1st time here, came for the honeycomb lay out and my husband wanted to try the omurice. Food wise all was good. I had the ramen, my husband got the omurice combo. The tempura was alright - seemed more breading than shrimp, the sauce was good though Spicy Kyushu ramen had a good spice level and mixed well with the broth. The noodles were great. Omurice combo with donkatsu demi glaze and it came with a Thai tea. It was the first time we had omurice where the inside was "undercooked". Our serve did the demonstration which was cool to watch. Service was great. The inside was cute. We got to sit in the honeycomb wall which was really cool. The set up gave me a little anxiety cause the stairs are steep haha read more

I visited Kyuramen yesterday and had a great time. I arrive at 6:30 right before the big crowds. It was a Wednesday so not super busy. You can sit in the honey comb seating (see attached pics), traditional seating or they have individual booths that are covered by curtains for privacy. They are so intimate, note (all of the initiate booths may not be available, unless it's the weekend, so call ahead and inquire. The food is excellent! I had fried Oysters and Chicken Ramen. Their dishes are served in a big bow with broth. It was different but delicious. I also ordered a Passion Fruit tea, which is delivered to my table by a robot. The large tea is $6.25 and they give you a plastic collectors cup. You can choose the amount of sugar you like in your tea from 25%-100%. I opted for 50%, which was still very sweet. The place is very clean, organized and well run. Meals run on avg.$16.99 on up. Appetizers are $5.99 up. My meal with tip was $40. This was a treat and a great overall for dinner. Go check it out and reference my Yelp posting. Enjoy. Ken read more

Absolutely awful experience. That's what I get for listening to the hype on social media. Kyuramen is a ramen chain originating from New York. This restaurant location itself has a beautiful aesthetic. The honeycomb seats are really neat and it has its own boba shop inside called Tbaar. That's it. That's the only good thing about this place. My fiancé and I arrived one hour before closing, it was busy and there was a line of people ahead of us waiting to be seated. All of a sudden when it was our turn no one acknowledged us. When we tried to get their attention they tried to play it off like we just came in and told us they are only doing to-go orders. We told them we were in line behind all the other people before us who got seated, if they were doing to-go orders they should have told us earlier. After listening to our case they said they would seat us but it would be a 15-20 min wait. We eventually got seated in a private booth with a curtain, which was nice - but everything just kept going downhill from there. Service was poor. Our server hardly greeted us and was so confused and made so many mistakes the entire time. We asked her if it was possible to remove chashu from the ramen and add another protein, even if it's an up charge. She said no. That's the first time I've ever heard of that at a ramen place. We decided to go for two omurices. It comes as a combo with a drink for $19, and you can choose between Demi-glaze sauce or curry sauce. We asked for one demi glaze omurice and one curry sauce omurice. She told us the curry sauce would be an extra $3. What on earth?? It didn't say that on the menu. But fine, whatever. For drinks we got the Thai iced tea and the Amazing Lemonade. We ordered the salt and pepper crispy corn as an appetizer. The waitress comes in with my Demi glaze omurice with a side of tonkatsu. I told her I didn't order tonkatsu, and she said "Oh", backed out, and then came back in without the tonkatsu. Then she just starts cutting into the omurice. If this place is going to be overhyped on social media for its aesthetic, shouldn't they let customers get ready to take a video of the whole thing? Then she comes in with the curry sauce in a ladle but no omurice. We wait for 20 minutes. Then our crispy corn comes in but she tells us it's chicken karaage. Finally, an employee named Gorge came to check in on us. Thank God for Gorge. We clarify with him and it turns out you can remove chashu and add a different protein for an upcharge after all! Even though we were told no. And it's not a $3 upcharge for curry omurice. He goes to check in on our second omurice and looks like our server made a mistake on that end too, but he fixes it. He comes in with the omurice and let's us do the cutting and we were able to take a video, which was nice. Unfortunately we didn't get another curry sauce - we used the congealed and cold curry sauce delivered 20 minutes earlier because at this point we were just done. The first bite was good but honestly, the omurice wasn't THAT good. I think the service just soured the entire experience. The omurice also had bits of meat in it - whether it was chicken or pork - I don't know. But it was off putting because I don't eat pork and no where on the menu did it say the fried rice was mixed with meat. The crispy corn was okay. The thai iced tea was okay. The Amazing Lemonade was nice and refreshing. As for the sauces for the omurice, I personally liked the curry sauce more just because it was savory. We are self declared fatasses, and neither of us finished our entrees or appetizer. There was so much left and we didn't want to pack it to-go either. That NEVER happens. Their call button was broken and it took maybe 15-20 min for us to get the check. Gorge was super nice and we honestly thought he was the manager, he was the best thing about this place - but unfortunately not even he could save this experience. We were met with a passive aggressive bye on our way out the door by the hosts despite there still being people dining inside the restaurant. I get maybe the previous server might be new or frazzled or there is a miscommunication or language barrier. But they weren't THAT busy, we've encountered language barriers at other restaurants before without issues, and to make so many blatant and frankly rude mistakes is just inexcusable. Never coming here again. There are better ramen places. This place is overhyped to the max. read more

We thought this was a super fun spot, and we will definitely be back! We decided to drop in on a Friday night, and the crowded parking lot gave us a preview of what was in store when we went inside. There were a number of people waiting, so we took our spot in line and waited alongside them. We ended up waiting for about twenty minutes. There were, however, a number of people who were waiting specifically for the honeycomb seating (the cute booths in all the pictures). I think our wait was a little shorter because we were willing to sit at a regular table on the floor. Wait staff and robots worked together to make sure dishes were delivered quickly. We didn't have to spend time looking at the menu because we had checked out all the photos in advance. The Thai iced tea was delicious and photo worthy. Perhaps my favorite of the night was the agedashi tofu. Let me confess - agedashi tofu is just generally one of my favorite things. Kyuramen's was light, crispy on the outside, custardy and creamy on the inside with a light umami-loaded dipping sauce. *Chef's kiss! The pancake and takoyaki were both tasty, more filling appetizers. They kept us eating happily while waiting on our entrees. The ramen was excellent - in hindsight, I wish I had experimented a bit more with the spices and flavors that the restaurant makes available on each table. We ordered the garlic ramen, and I found myself wanting a little more spice. The noodles, pork, and vegetables were warm, cozy, delicious comfort food on a cold night. The star dish of the night was the omurice - a fun dish to look at and eat! Great textures and flavors. We tried the curry topping, which I liked, but the fam wanted to try the other topping next time. We finished off with the Cherry Blossom Jelly. Another dish that is fun to look at and a light, sweet way to finish a meal. We will be back - there is a lot more to explore on the menu! read more

I visited Kyuramen for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience! We arrived for lunch and were told it would be a 25-minute wait (it was very busy, as it was a holiday). We realized there was a bubble tea shop inside the restaurant, so we ordered drinks while we waited for a table. There was only one employee working the tea bar, so there was a bit of a wait to order and get our drinks, but nothing absurd. We got the Brown Sugar Boba and Brown Sugar Matcha, both were very good!! We were called within the 25 minutes to be sat and ended up getting one of the elevated honeycomb seats -- such a fun and unique experience! We ordered the popcorn chicken as an appetizer, the classic omurice with Demi glace sauce to share, the Korean Kimchi Ramen and Spicy Kyushu Tonkotsu. Everything came out in a timely manner and was so delicious! I wouldn't say it's the best ramen I've ever had, but altogether, the service, food, and atmosphere was all very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning again soon. read more

A major disappointment tbh. You are better off spending your money or $70 of a 2 person meal elsewhere or at Jinya. Why? Because all the food was cold. Not even warm enough to enjoy or finish the food. Plus, the pricing makes no sense for an omelette rice to be $23 and its not even that good and $10 Takoyakis that aren't even piping hot like how you supposed to have it. *Detail review below* The interior design of the place is okay and the concept they tried to do, but it looked too open and it felt like a more rushed restaurant than a enjoyable place to eat. The staff wasn't as friendly when you walked in tbh. The person in the counter just seemed annoyed and did not bring a warming atmosphere. You already know it is not going to be good tbh from how they great you and present themselves. Very lacking in character and literally has no care of the food, service, and just expects to get paid at the end of the day. If thats what you call a business, then might as well shut it down because everything is going to lacking and not be taken real seriously. The food was the worst all because it was all cold. We order an omelette tonkatsu combo with thai tea, Takoyaki, tempora, and ramen. Let me start of witht takoyakis bc I always order them at this style restaurants because it lets me know if it is going to be good or not, and the takoyakis where not piping hot and where just a little warm and the quality felt like they where frozen and not freshly made, which is a big no no to the culture and the food. The tempura also felt frozen and did not even come out warm or seemed like it was genuinely fried. It tasted like they just had leftovers and didn't even decide to warm it up and the shrimp wasn't even good quality. The ramen was a disappointment tbh bc it also wasn't hot and they did not have minced garlic which is a unheard of and they only had oil garlic, which I find ridiculous for a restaurant that sells asian type food (get with the program). Now what I am pissed about, is the omelette bc for $23 for a half-assed omelette and frozen tonkatsu, that they probably bought at Hmart, was done done so poorly and not tasty or warm whats so ever. The tonkatsu was at least hot, but it was not good quality and felt frozen bc of the texture of it. Plus, when they brought out the omelette, the server brought it, and didn't even let us have time to take pictures and all bc she was rushing to just give us the food and not care about the presentation. The curry sauce was cold, egg was cold, and the rice was lacking in flavor and it was cold. They probably only know how to use the microwave and that is about it. Or at least try to use the microwave. This place is not worth the money and time and you will get a better experience else where. I would have asked to not pay bc it was just crappy overall, but I paid just out of a kind heart and pity that you have a business and this is the quality you serve? Do better tbh.......... Presentation does not when customers, its quality, service, atmosphere, and authenticity. Also, the thai tea was a joke............ read more

Service & Ambiance both 5/5 The place is pretty cute with the honeycomb seats and other decors Server was really nice and checked in with us few times if we needed anything and explained the menu thoroughly after I asked a question, which we really appreciated. Food 1/5 Popcorn chicken was good. But that was the only thing that was good here, we came here for ramen... how is it that BOTH of our ramens we're disappointing. We both looked at each other in disbelief after one bite and agreed we won't be returning. 1.Tokyo tonkotsu shoyu ramen - NO FLAVOR. Seriously.. there's color, but no flavor. Like how is that possible? Noodles itself...were not good either. My husband added cayenne pepper and the other spices that were available on the side after having few bites. 6. Kyushu spicy tonkotsu ramen. - I asked the server how spicy it was and he explained that the spicy broth is spicy but powdery rather than saucy. I was a little confused when he worded it like this, but that was actually the perfect description broth tasted powdery. Spicy is pretty spicy but that's it. AGAIN. Just spicy. Service, ambiance, and popcorn chicken are the only reasons I am giving this place two stars. If you are a ramen lover... rethink visiting here or order omurice. read more

I had a chance to check out Kyuramen for lunch. The lunch crowd was in full force. Since it was a holiday a lot of people were off. We decided to sit at the bar area and got first look at the food preparation. We ordered shrimp tempura and vegetables rolls as appetizers. They were both really good. I order the Thai ice tea which was really good! I enjoyed it. For my main, I ordered the vegetable ramen. It was really good and filling. I had enough left over for dinner that night. The customer service was excellent. The waitresses continually checked on us to ensure our food was good. The ambience of the restaurant is really nice. They had robots bringing out food as well which was really cool! This was a great dinning experience. I would come back next time I'm in the area. read more

Walked in and was sat down immediately. Was unaware that this would be just about the most interaction I would get after getting to my table. Was left alone to stare at the menu for the next 25 minutes without any waiter or waitress to come check up on me. Because of this, I ended up missing out on the lunch special I had initially made it in time for. After asking about it to the waiter that finally took my order 30 minutes after being sat down, he told me I was too late despite being here for so long. Once I ordered a ramen and was brought my food (which to my surprise didn't take very long), the quality of the food was... okay. The noodles were the same quality that-of the cheap ramen noodles you can get at the store. The broth was too watery-tasting, and everything else was okay. On top of that, the waiter never checked in on how I was enjoying the food, and only came back to bring me my check without asking if there was anymore that I wanted. Won't be coming back read more

What a fun place! You would never know from the outside. Fun honeycomb booths, regular tables and private booths. We got the pork ramen bowl, it had a nice smooth flavoring. I did add a little of the middle spice that was on the table. We also got the chicken ramen bowl with light spice. You can choose the level of spice for your broth. It was such a cute highlight to have the robot kitty bring my tea to the table!! Our waitress was so helpful in explaining the menu for us and helping answer any queen had. We will definitely be back!! read more

One of the step kids wanted to try ramen - because she started watching anime. LOL. I KNOW. Just wanted to note, that I'm not a fan of ramen.... I prefer Pho or other dishes. Anyways, this place popped up because my coworker sent me a cool Instagram reel of this restaurant. The honeycomb shape booths in the restaurant. So, one Friday evening we headed here. Sadly, the drive and the first impression of the restaurant was the only thing that was great. The service was okay, the food was "ok" to me it was bland and lacked flavor (and super pricey), the water was sooooo terrible tasting. I wonder if this affected the taste of the ramen, if they're using the same water? I shudder thinking about the taste. I hope that because they're fairly "new" that these were hiccups. Not sure I would try it again on my own dime though, read more

I love ramen, but good ramen is hard to find in this part of the country. I guess I'll still be looking, this place is just okay. I got ramen with pork and shrimp, and those were good, but the broth and noodles were fairly bland. My wife got a beef rice burger and she said that was bland as well (the menu said it was teriyaki, and she said it didn't have a teriyaki taste at all, more like Mongolian beef from the grocery store frozen section). My daughter got a beef skewer, which was so tough that it was like jerky. The edamame, tonkatsu, fried gyoza, and sweet potato fries were good. They provide spice blends you can add, but I felt like I was dumping hot sauce all over a cheap steak to make it taste like something. Service wasn't great. My daughter wanted the fried gyoza with no sauce on top, and they gave us pan-fried gyoza. We sent that back and they gave us fried gyoza with sauce, so we just wiped that off rather than send it back again. My wife didn't get the drink included with her combo meal until we specifically asked for it. The tables have call buttons but more than once, after pressing ours, I saw all the servers chatting by the host station for several minutes before one of them came by. They all had a very "is it my break yet" attitude about them, which is a shame, because the restaurant is decorated and laid out well. They kind of ruined it. In the end, all that may not have been so bad if it wasn't so expensive. I've paid less in the Bay Area for much better ramen. . read more

I hardly write reviews but I can't help it this time. Have to express myself. This place has gone downhill. Food is terrible. There were 6 of us. I ordered the Seafood Kamameshi and it was not worth the price. The waiter said it would take a while since the kitchen staff was busy but then this came to the table first. I suspected that it was prepared for someone else and canceled or it was pre-prepared and sitting there for a while. It was cold, the shrimps were dry and overcooked. The scallops were small. The eels were ok. So disappointing. I don't think I'll go back again. read more

Not bad actually pretty good with their price! No how can you find a meal that comes with drinks and desserts within $25? Or $19? I tried the store in Japan and they taste awful but surprisingly the one in US taste better than in Japan lol. We got the classic Tokyo Tonkotsu ramen with black garlic combo A2 and a omurice combo. The presentation they have for the omurice is pretty good! The flavor of the rice is alright but love the sauce. The ramen on the other hand surprised me cos they seem to make with actual pork. The chashus are tender and well grilled. Noodle...normal. But the soup is wow way better than the J***a lol they even form gelatin as well. The matcha dessert on the other hand is a meh, you can taste the milk flavor over the matcha. read more

Food service and ambiance are all excellent! You really can't go wrong with dining here. Plenty of options. Prices are just right. Cool space with the hexagon seating. But is it THE BEST ramen you can find in Gwinnett county?? Well I'm not sure. I'm on a quest to find the best Raman in the greater ATL area and there are a lot of options in this county. I can't give a definitive rating right now but I can give a tentative rating of 4 stars and will reupdate this rating when I can make a more conclusive judgement. I really love the design and layout of this spot! It feels very inviting and the decor is five stars, but was not all that impressed with the food quality after two visits. Might be an issue with it still being new, so will revisit the spot in a few months and see if things improve. The Tonkatsu curry ramen just okay, was not all that impressed with the curry flavour and the chicken breading was just okay. The noodles were nothing special and no where we good as Umado or Jinya just up the road. Then for my next visit the Tokyo Tonkotsu black I was very disappointed as the broth lacked flavour and Chashu was good tasting but smaller cuts of meat than I am use to having, the seasoned egg was really good but they only give you half an egg. Overall I wanted to love this place but it failed on a flavour level and I hope it can improve in the coming months. read more

This is a popular chain from NY. Attended their soft/grand opening. This place nails the atmosphere . Staff were really friendly and helpful despite opening kinks. Purely food based review: Omurice with Tonkatsu - Only shown on side table menu but I would come back just for this! The Demi-glace sauce is so good, egg is so fluffy, there's beef in the rice too. Tonkatsu is a small portion but delicious. #1 Tonkatsu ramen - Pretty good! Broth is very savory and umami but not too heavy. Good portion of noodles and veggies. Wish the Cha Siu was a little bit more fatty. Thai Tea - Comes with the Omurice combo (or lemonade). Surprisingly good! Would recommend. Dragonfruit Milk Tea - One of the more unique drinks we saw. We got it with less ice and 75% sugar. Very refreshing. Matcha pudding - For $5 it may be small but it is very creamy and goes from bitter to sweet! Would definitely get again. Cherry Blossom Jelly - Much more unique dessert. It's refreshing, would probably get in summertime. read more

Came here to celebrate a birthday and could not have been more happy. We had called ahead since we were a party of 13 on a Saturday night. It was really easy to do so and the hostess was super sweet and attentive. Since we were a lot we didn't want to be an issue but she was able to make sure we were fine and didn't have any issues! I had the spicy ramen and the broth was AMAZING it had the flavor of pork while still not being a lot I chose not to have the onions but the serving portion was enough for one and some leftovers. I'll be honest I have only seen social media posts about this place and thought it would have been bigger but nonetheless the food was delicious and the service was amazing! We traveled an hour to this place. I loved everything. The setting is very aesthetic. There's boba available while you wait on your table. It's a very hip and new feeling to the restaurant vibes in Georgia. We started with ordering gyoza and steamed pork bao. It was delicious. Super soft and tender. Most of the ramen options consist of pork. Which isn't too great if you don't eat any pork. I went with the chicken ramen. We also ordered the omurice combo. Interior wise, this place is hands down the best decorated restaurant in this area! It's very instagram-worthy and has lots of private booths. Taste wise, however, everything was too salty. We ordered the Japanese fried oysters, popcorn chicken, and the kyushu spicy tonkotsu ramen. The fried oysters were amazing and sooo crispy it was my personal favorite. However, the popcorn chicken was not crispy at all... it was quite rubbery and salty. And the spicy ramen was quite... odd. I guess this place does fusion between chinese and japanese cuisine because the soup had a strong mala flavor that tingles your tongue. I liked mala so i was fine but i feel like they should clarify it in the menu. Also, the ramen was sooooooo salty and left me thirsty all day. But if you like salty food, you probably wouldn't mind. read more

Kyuramen - Suwanee - Too cute!! - Ramen Near Me - Suwanee, Georgia

This place recently opened up last week and I've already been seeing it pop up quite a bit on my Instagram. Place looks very cute so I went with my boyfriend tonight. We were seated immediately in the corner spot of the bar, but as soon as we sat down there was an older lady who tried to get our order already. We barely picked up our menus to look at, so we asked for her to come back. She never came back. We waited 30 minutes and saw other people at the bar who came after us get their orders put in. I guess an assistant manager? (James) saw we were looking around displeased so he took our order. Had he not come when he did, we would have left the restaurant. I ordered the #1 Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu with black garlic while my boyfriend ordered the #6 Kyushu spicy tonkatsu ramen mild. I thought my ramen/broth were just ok. Everything else in my bowl was delicious! My boyfriend liked his ramen as well as appreciated there was a mild spicy level he could order. The manager, Coco, came afterwards and asked us our experience. I told her what had happened and she apologized/let us try some teas from the connected tea shop in the building. I very much appreciate that someone noticed our bad service and let management know; otherwise this 4 star review could have been a 2 star review instead. I do understand it is busy/might have been understaffed (what place isn't nowadays)/pretty much just opened so they are working out their kinks. The drinks we got were the fresh passion fruit tea and strawberry lemonade. The drinks were phenomenal, best part of the night. tldr; Service was not good, food/drinks were good. Found out about Kyuramen about a week ago while scrolling through social media. I told my girlfriend about it and we made it our next date night spot. What really caught our attention was the atmosphere. The layout is outstanding and that's what drew us in. After being seated almost immediately after we walked in, the server came directly to our table. They even had a robot bring us drinks! Both my girlfriend and I got the brown sugar milk tea. It was so sweet and creamy! The flavor was strong but subtle all at the same time. I should have ordered another one. I also got the AMAZING lemonade. It had cucumber in it and that eased the tart from the lemons and left you with a refreshing taste. The lemonade just might have been AMAZING. For our appetizers we got the pan-fried gyoza, the shrimp tempura, and the boa buns. The gyoza was good but did not seem "fried", which I actually liked. Usually when I have gyoza it can be really oily and this gyoza was a pleasant change. I would definitely get it again. The shrimp tempura was outstanding also, fried to perfection. The boa buns were good too! Full of pork belly and we both were blown away from just the appetizers! I was definitely excited for our entrees. My girlfriend got the #2. Kyushu Tonkotsu Shio Ramen. She stated that the ramen broth was not as fresh as other Ramen places she has visited but was good nun the less. They gave her a lot of meat and she was very satisfied. I got the K6. The soft shell Crab rice burger. Honestly I was ok. I didn't like that the crab was not seasoned but it seemed to be masked with a heavy amount of yum-yum sauce. But I will also say that it was again a really good size crab. I loved the amount of meat they give out. The meal also cam with fried corn. I was really good! The corn had some heat to it. I gave KYURAMEN a 8.5/10 overall score. FOOD: 8/10 SERVICE: 9/10 ATMOSPHERE: 9/10 read more

The place is well lit and clean with funky Hexagon Booths in the Back, but we opted for a Table. My date also has the Lemonade which I tried and also really liked, tasted natural which was a huge plus. Service was very efficient. It didn't take long at all for our order once placed for the meal to arrive. They cut and dress the Omurice right in front of you, it was actually kind of exciting to watch, since we both have been wanting to try this for a very long time. This place interior is Instagram worthy. I really like the unique honeycomb seating and the restaurant is clean and modern. We were able to sit upstairs as we tried this place out on a weekday lunch. Now on to the food! I ordered the following: Pork bao (huge piece of meat, somehow reminded me of "thit kho" if you are Vietnamese lol) Takoyaki (ok) Tonkatsu ramen w white garlic - the broth is a little bland compared to other places I have tried. Spicy tonkatsu ramen: this one just tasted different maybe it is a spicy five spice flavor? I was shocked by the flavors as they were unexpected. Now I am no Japanese food connoisseur - but the dishes do not seem to taste "Japanese" and are leaning more Chinese. Just my personal opinion though. Service was friendly and fast. It is a place to give a try to experience it. read more

I had seen a lot of hype about this place and finally decided to try for myself. The first two times we came they had a long wait so we decided to came right as they open for business. I would recommend come during non-peak meal hours if you can. Service was great, the staff was attentive and very nice. The place was nicely decorated and definitely picture worthy. I really liked the honeycomb configuration and those seats were actually really spacious and comfortable. Where the place fell short was the food. It's not bad but it's nothing special either. I didn't think I would be wowed by this place but I did expect to have a tasty meal which sadly didn't happen. I was the most excited for the Omurice but had my reservations, because it's a seemingly simple dish that's actually quite difficult to master. Sadly it was pretty bland. The curry sauce didn't have much flavor, the rice inside was lukewarm. Presentation on the other hand, was very nice. In all, great service, nice place, food was mediocre and quite expensive for what you get. If you want to try a cool new restaurant Kyuramen would be a nice choice. If you want to be impressed by the food, I would look at other options first. read more

I have come here many times, and it is insanely popular. There is always a big crowd of people eating and sometimes even a 30-40 minute wait time. Service is very friendly and I was able to get booth (the honeycomb thing?) seating with a 20 ish minute wait. All good here is very tasty. Their ramen broth is well made and rich in flavor, and the ramen itself has a nice springy texture. Food was served VERY fast once we were seated, surprisingly. The shrimp tempura is perfectly cooked and the sauce is SO good. I would skip out on the crispy salt and pepper corn - not crispy at all, but tastes alright (tastes like corn in popcorn chicken form). Drinks (Tbaar) are refreshing but FAR too sweet, and I got my fruit tea at 50% sugar. Overall a beautiful and fun spot for lunch/dinner - i especially enjoyed the view & bonus points for their broth condiments on the side, the sauerkraut and chili powder are to die for! For the price and wait time, however, this spot is definitely not worth the hype :( I do think the food is very good though. read more

Really cute spot- especially for dates if you have a mid-range budget! A bit more $ than advertised, but it's suppa cute

Don't go. Save yourself the money, the hassle and the time feeling frustrated at mediocre food and worse service. They brought things out one at a time, forgetting my kids food completely. Blamed it on kitchen even after telling us that it just takes longer. Cold staff. No personality at all. Makes for an awful, lackluster $150 night out! There's a zillion ramen places in Gwinnett. Try somewhere else! read more

Great time with the family. Drinks were delicious but wayyyy too much ice for the price. The robot was definitely cool. The pork bao bun was AHmazing!!!! We waited about an hour on a Saturday night. So not too bad. Service was fast but also seemed very rushed at the same time. So maybe if you are wanting time to talk and enjoy your company, come on a less busy evening. Will be back for the food, but may be a take out order so we can take our time. Recommend for sure. Ramen was delish!!! read more
