This is a great location with friendly staff and fresh quality donuts, easy parking and a drive through option. In 2025 it feels like a single donut costs about $3, sticker shock to a guy who grew up in the 1980's paying $.50 and feeling like the Y2K era was $0.75 to $1... but that was 25 to 50 years ago, so it's just grumpy old man perspectives that are outdated

Biscoff, pumpkin old fashioned and 2 raspberry filled

I paid a visit through the drive-thru and they had new flavors available for fall I tried the pumpkin old fashioned and the bis off glazed both were absolutely delicious! The pumpkin was slight not overwhelming at all and the biscoff had a whipped filling that was very yummy! The raspberry filled is my absolute favorite there everytime

was headed to Idyllwilde for the weekend and picked up doughnuts for my neighbor. got a second box because I had a coupon. ate half of "mine" on the way up, and it's only a two-hour drive. stuck the rest in the freezer in a half-assed attempt at self discipline. turns out, they're completely irresistible frozen too. it's high time a KRIPSY KREME whistleblower admits the obvious: crack's the secret ingredient in their recipe. doughnut holes are a gateway drug. first crack and then the coupon or maybe vice versa. their evil plan is clear. how many more lives have to be ruined before the truth comes out? admitting I have a problem is the first step, right? but, if I miss a meeting or a session with my sponsor, I turn back into a junkie with a goatee crusted in a sugary glaze who can look you straight in the eye and swear he doesn't even like doughnuts. I can resist anything but temptation. another month in rehab, I'll be back on the street. I get a box of mixed and always eat the pink one first.

It's been a long, long time since we have bought some Krispy Kreme donuts. We decided to try some after dinner. It seemed like the drive thru line was moving much better than ordering in person in the store. We actually had to wait for quite awhile before we could choose our donuts. Overall the staff were friendly but I felt that they were understaffed. My son really enjoyed watching the automated donut machine with the conveyor belt and all of donuts getting made in real time. I remember a long time ago when I was young when Krispy Kreme used to give out freshly made glazed donuts right after there were made. That was what made Krispy Kreme special. I wish they would still do that so my son could experience that too but looks like no more free donut when you visit. Overall the donuts are okay. We like the original glazed the best. The other donuts taste very similar but sometimes overly sweet.

I finally succumbed to my Krispy Kreme craving that would not cease! I went in later at night and they were fully stocked in all donuts. I was impressed at the selection at the end of the day. I was offered a sample donut by Isaac. He was so nice and provided excellent service. The sample was an original glazed fresh off the belt. It was quite warm and amazing! I also purchased one of the cinnamon bun donuts which were a slice of heaven! Sorry I didn't get a picture. Best I ever had! Such great donuts. I am a big fan! I will be back.

Order was delivered in horrible condition. This was a surprise for my wife & I's wedding anniversary and this is how it was delivered? Clearly tampered with on multiple levels - open box, the donuts are all jumbled and frozen cold. Highly disappointing as we have been loyal customers for decades. Asked customer service for a call 3 days ago, called into the store and asked for a manager. Customer service horrible. Nobody has called. All pictures attached.

BRENDA! She is FANTASTIC. In an error where customer service is lost, Brenda makes up for it! She worth the trip in itself.

I love Krispy Kreme and I hate that I LOVE Krispy Kreme. It really should be banned because you can damn near eat a whole dozen to yourself without even chewing especially when they just came out of the fryer. Luckily I downloaded the app and got a free donut, but then it was also my birthday so I also got 3 free original donuts as well. 4 is a lot better than 12 per a doctor's recommendation even if we wanted a whole dozen. Also check out their emails because they are notorious for a BOGO dozen deal which makes it really good steal for bringing in donuts into the office!

Awww...Krispy Kreme, the home of the original glazed doughnut. Whenever there's a festive occasion, I always make it a point to stop by Krispy Kreme. I'm a curious George...wanting to see their creative featured doughnut collection. They never disappoint! I do wish they had a mini box for a single doughnut instead of the paper bag...that would ensure my nicely decorated doughnut is intact. Overall, the staff is usually friendly and the service is quick.

Came by today to get a spooky donut, Brenda is an absolute doll! So sweet, customer service was great. Inside was also very clean and nice.

My son loves their donuts I was nearby and got him some. They had special pop tart flavors I got the fudge & strawberry pop tart donuts, and a dozen glazed. Raschael was the person in the drive thru who provided friendly service.

Almost 8$ for these, and what's up with the size of the raspberry filled?!
    Aiko M.

2.5 stars, rounded down. These things are now way overpriced for being essentially sugar, flour and oil... not to mention, they're getting small. We paid at least $2.40 for each; at that price, I'd rather pay a bit more and go have a "specialty" donut from Parlor or the Goods. Short and sweet, so no "pros" or "cons".

They have a massive selection to choose from, and I ended up trying the French Toast donut. It had that exact light, pillowy, croissant-like texture the other guest mentioned. I also loved that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet like donuts from other shops can be. It was so light that I enjoyed it in the morning and still had plenty of room for breakfast afterward. My only regret is that I didn't have a bigger group with me--I wish I could have ordered a bunch of different flavors to share. My fiancée & I had seen Parlor Doughnuts numerous times after the Oceanside Sunset Market. & every single 1 of those times, we were already too full from grazing at all the food stands by then to give it a try. So on a Saturday afternoon, when we just happened to be nearby, we popped in for some impulse buy doughnuts. With a staggering variety of delicious looking toppings/ flavors, the possibilities looked enticingly intriguing. Staff behind the counter was friendly attentive, & helpful. Although there are some savory options available, which seemed to me like pizza toppings on doughnuts, we stuck with sweet: maple bacon & bourbon caramel. Tried & true flavor combinations, both. But the dough, whoa. For starters, the 2 doughnuts we got didn't have holes. That actually makes a difference in how the doughnut cooks. Secondly, the dough ate more like bread dough than a doughnut. Doughnuts have a hole for a reason. You see, it's physics, son. When you consider how thermodynamics affects an oblate spheroid vs. a toroidal sphere, it becomes evident that a doughnut without a hole will not cook evenly throughout inside. In fact, this was specifically proven on MasterChef Canada Season 8, Episode 8 during a doughnut pressure test. In that episode, Andres forgot to put holes in his doughnuts & they were undercooked in the center. Hey, I did start this review with admitting I'm a nerd who watches too many cooking competition shows. Uniform doneness aside, there was also the breadiness. If I'd been told these doughnuts were some kind of new take on Pan Dulce, maybe I would've liked them more. But given the expectation of a doughnut, what I tried at Parlor Doughnuts just wasn't it. The staff was great, & the toppings were fine. But with the word "dough" literally in the name of the product, to come up short there leaves something to be desired.

I assume they make a certain amount and when they're gone they close and that's probably the way most places do it. Donuts were good, not greasy. What I really came for was the ham and cheese croissant but it was a little disappointing. Prices were actually much higher than I was expecting. We paid almost $20 for a ham and cheese croissant, blueberry cheese danish and 6 donuts including a cinnamon twist thing that I assume was supposed to be more than the others but I can't wrap my head around $18.30 for what we ordered. I legit think she charged me for 15 donuts instead of 5 cuz I saw something ring up as 15. Based off that I can confidently say I won't return. Items werent worth what I paid and if it was an error charge, the employee should have known that what I ordered was not close to $20 so I cant recommend this place
