The customer service at this location is completely stupid and incompetent. I received an email saying my order was ready to pick up and this girl kept saying it wasn't ready she didn't even bother to look for the order. I went back the next day for the same order and she said the same thing. But after taking her lazy self to the back and searching she magically found this order. I hate this store the staff is rude and will have converstion while customers wait. They wakk right past you sometimes they dont even stop when you ask for help. It seem most of the mangers are teenagers that just hang around and half a soical hour or something and the prices for the cloths is over priced. I can't help it. I love Kohl's. Their sale prices are ridiculously cheap, so cheap I don't care that I can never find anyone to help me. What's also nice is there are multiple check stands around the store so you are sure to always find at least one with a short line. Ok, this is my first clothing department store review, so forgive me for those who are veterans reviewing clothing department stores. The store itself is not that large - something I do when visiting any new store is traverse the entire perimeter of the store to get the layout memorized. Traversing this store took didn't take much, probably less than three minutes. Anyway, while perusing the Men's clothing, there are items on rack and items folded. All of the racks goods are neat and organized. Very easy to find items based on size. The clearance goods is somewhat chaotic, given the disarray of no organization, and people look and toss things everywhere. Anyway, I was able to find what I needed perusing the dress shirt selection - it was it was priced lower than what I was expecting, which is nice. I'm happy to shop here when I need some dress shirts or pants. read more

I will never shop or order online from Kohl's ever again. In September 2017 I submitted an online order for a variety of stuff amounting to $200. A couple days later I looked in my email to see if the order had been processed and shipped. I found an email in my junk box saying that the order couldn't be completed and to call the customer service line. I called and spoke to a kind customer service representative, named Michael. He assured me that they just needed to verify my order since it was such a large one. I understood and gave him the information he requested. I then asked him to apply a 15% discount on the order that had been emailed to me. He processed the order with me on the phone and assured me it would ship soon. I never got an email with the tracking information for the order, so I called customer service again after the weekend and had the worst experience with customer service I've ever had. I talked to a woman who said it didn't look like my order had been processed at all. I said that I had just spoken with another representative two days prior who assured me everything was fine with the order and that I had verified who I was, etc. She then said I would actually need to go into the store to verify who I was. I was stunned, and asked what?? She said there was a new policy and she couldn't do anything to help me unless I went to the nearest Kohl's store to verify who I was. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was transferred to a man. He reiterated what she said, and I was like, that wasn't the policy when I had spoken with Michael, the first representative I had dealt with in this mess. He said it was recently implemented. I asked in what world did it make sense to make a customer who ordered something online to go into a store to address this issue. It was such an inconvenience for someone like me who was moving from one house to another, working two jobs, and a full time student. I then told him to just cancel the order because I wanted to take my business elsewhere. He again told me he couldn't because I needed to verify who I was (and couldn't just do that over the phone). Since they were beyond unhelpful I went to the Kohl's in Redmond, WA where I went to the customer service counter and explained the situation to a nice girl and her supervisor. They were both as confused as I was as about why I was redirected to a store. After about 45 minutes of the supervisor playing middle-man on the phone with customer service I was finally told my order was processed and an email would be sent to track the package. The reps there were WONDERFUL and very sympathetic to my situation. I asked if they could expedite the order since it was almost 2 weeks past my original order date. They said they were unable to do so. My order was processed and my items were shipped to me almost a month after my original order date. Since I had ordered so much, I had accrued $20 Kohl's cash. Against my own better judgment, I decided to order another item online to use the Kohl's cash. I've just now discovered that this order cannot be processed. I'm not entirely sure why Kohl's has the option for online ordering since they make it so difficult for customers to actually receive the items they've purchased. I've been a loyal customer to Kohl's for many years, but because of all the headaches I've endured in the last month--I'm done. I won't ever shop at Kohl's again, and I plan on loudly voicing my opinion and story to my friends, family, and colleagues about the lack of service and the notion that Kohl's supposedly cares about it's customers. read more

Great store, great customer service. If you forget your kohl cash, they allow you to use it against your purchase even after the validity period, just give them the cash coupon and the receipt, they will price adjust. Wow, I love the trust they have on their customers. read more

The gal behind the jewelery counter that peeved me. They're never "busy" so I expected to look at some of their jewelry rather quickly. I waited, and waited while the girl behind the counter continued to mark items for stocking the store shelves. She said "I'll be with you.. bla bla bla". I waited and continued to watch her mark items. hmmmmm.... I would like to see your "expensive" jewelry that would increase YOUR sales! I waited some more. She proceeded to grab these items and bring them over to the make-up area (outside of the jewelery counter). She looked up at me (as I waited, annoyed at this point) and continued on working on her important task. I gave up. If she wasn't able to help me, she should have stated that she would get someone to help me. I'm thankful the gal at the cash register lightened my mood. She deserves a 5 star! read more

I actually like a lot of the merchandise they sell, I'm just not a fan of how they price things. I can't tell you how many times the posted "sale" price I saw doesn't match the price that comes up on the register. I hate "Kohl's Cash", they try to make it seem like they are giving you something awesome but you can only use it for a limited time and if you return an item, you must return the Kohl's cash with it. It's just a big ol' scam, if you ask me. The employees here that I have encountered have not been friendly or helpful. It could be because they always seem very overwhelmed. I only come here when I'm too lazy to drive all the way to Bellevue so I can go to JCPenney's (Kohls and JCP have a few brands that they both carry). THIS A REVIEW OF THE ONLINE SERVICE Two different sales that offer Kohl's cash I have gone in the day before the sale to check on the silver iwatch with the white band. I can purchase it that day, But Kohl's can knows based on my visiting that page on their site that I want that particular watch. The next day when the Kohl;s cash is available to earn they have removed the watch and say it isn't available. The only time it is not available is during Kohl's cash. Really poor Kohl's. I freaking love Kohl's. Kohl's Kohl's Kohl's. Most of my wardrobe comes from this particular store. Watch out for their ads or sign up for the email list for crazy coupons that knock an extra 30% off EVERYTHING. Which is amazing considering most of their merchandise is discounted 30-50% pretty quickly after it shows up in the store. The clearance section is ridiculous, crazy discounts and fun clothes. Customer service is super fast and friendly, but you might have to wait in a long line depending on what time you show up (avoid that lunch rush, ew). My first experience at Kohl's was to purchase a sweater. When I got to the register the clerk went out of his way to see what discounts I was eligible for. After a coupon and giving them my email address I paid about half of what I was expecting to so I became a fan. I downloaded their app and when I'm near there it sends me some kind of special to get me in. I had a very poor customer service experience at Kohl's about a week ago during which I was charged for an even exchange on a return. When I went back to return the item the CS rep and store manager went above and beyond to fix the situation. They gave me a full refund and gave me some Kohl's cash for my trouble. Worst experience for my wife. She ordered a bike for our nephews birthday. They cancelled the order and didnt notify and after bday when we called to inquire, they said it was cancelled due to first time online order and fraud detection On top of that they wont even add an expedited shipping. Never going there again. The customer care was the worst experience ever, giving the same info to 4 different departments. and then getting transfered. It's fine in general. My issue is the last 3 times I've purchased clothes, I have gotten home to still have those alarm things attached. They never beeped when I left, but of course beeped every time I came back to have them removed. Just annoying that's it happened that many times. Just make sure to check your clothes before leaving to avoid the hassle, and everyone staring at you when you walk in and set off the alarm. read more

I love shopping at this store, mainly because of the great deals on kids clothes and shoes. They have the name brands my kids want and with my Kohls card I get up or 30 percent off! I've always had good customer service at the register and in doing returns. Kids shoe selection isn't always the greatest but that's my only complaint. read more

Be careful with this store, they have the worst customer service you can imagine. I went to the store and couldn't find my size, they send my to customer service and they told me they couldn't help me place an online order, that I have to do it on my own.... I place the order online and the order went through.... hours later, the decline the order! I call them and they said they need to verify that I exist! (first sign of how unreliable their online site is!!). They couldn't verify me and told me that I have to go to the store again! I went there and since I only had my driver's license, they said it wasn't enough!!! that I needed to bring a utility bill!!! ohhh my! that means, a lot of fraud happens here! I had to leave the store so mad, so frustrated!!! I went to GAP and what a huge difference, they treat you like you are a king! they place my order online, it went smoothly! I purchased a Dyson Pet vacuum ($650) back in 10/11. The cord ended up having a short in it, so I took it back the "Let Us Help" department (didn't know that's what they called it, but I like it). I had originally purchased it using a 30% coupon and $100 Kohl's dollars, so I was bummed that they didn't have any in stock, thus it quickly turned in to a return. I asked how they handle the $100 Kohl's bucks and he said immediatey offered up a merchandise credit. Not only that, but he also offared me the 30% discount if i happened to find a replacement (I hated to leave without one as we are a 3 pet family!). In the end he gave me 30% off on everything I purchased today. That, is good, smart customer service...sometimes a rarity these days. Kudos to Alex! read more
