I myself came for nothing, was there just for moral support. but I found a few things I liked and based on that they curated an entire fitting room full of clothing I loved. I left with a like 20lb bag of clothes. the associated don't work on commission and they were very honest when a size was wrong or a style and found something better for you. it was an incredible experience. Let me be clear, he has worn this clothing item ONE TIME since it was purchased last December (2024). We washed it and followed all instructions (gentle cycle, tumble dry low) and the zipper still ripped off and is so damaged that it's not possible to repair it. The sweater is no longer usable which is why I reached out to them via email. I was asked for my customer information such as name, order number, etc. I provided this info. I was then told that since the clothing item was purchased "quite some time ago" that there was nothing they could do. I spent $60 on this half zip only for it to break after one wear/wash. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of support from their customer service department but also in the obvious poor quality/craftsmanship of their clothing. It's cheaply made while being outrageously priced. Apparently 10 months is "quite some time" according to them and customers shouldn't wash items from them since they just fall apart so easily. Ridiculous.

My most recent visit was while shopping for my daughter's upcoming 3rd birthday. When I walked in, neither of the two employees in the store acknowledged me. After a while, I received a very cold greeting from one of them. During checkout, I commented that it was nice to see they carried adult clothing as well, and the owner responded with, "We always have," in a tone that came across as harsh and dismissive. On its own, this interaction might not have been a big deal, but it reflects a pattern I've experienced over the years. I've repeatedly found the atmosphere to be unfriendly, particularly in my interactions with the owner. As a parent who regularly shops for children's clothing and enjoys supporting local businesses, customer service matters. I want to spend my money where customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Because of the consistent lack of warmth and customer care I've experienced, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. She was fast, accurate, and knew what she was doing. Have 20+ years of children's hair experience, she knew how to keep our guy entertained ... feeling safe ... and timed perfectly for not taking too long as to bringing on a bored toddler. The cut itself was great too. Stylish and modern, she did a great job at trimming/cutting his hair and layering it so as to bring out the natural waves and curls.
