Someone emailed me to see my preference on whether I wanted both items to go together, go separately, or if I wanted to find a different item. They took the time to put a list of similar items for me to pick from. I have to say that this store has beautiful things that are high quality. I shop. For baby clothes. Seems premature, I know.. I don't even know what the little bugger is yet (I will tomorrow!), but go ahead and stop me from buying whatever cute things I find.. Just try. I walked into Bootyland the other afternoon, not knowing anything about it. What an awesome little shop! Tons and tons of great new and gently used, kids and grown people clothes. Lots of local designers, along with some not so local brands. I was thrilled when I saw that they have loads of OshKoshB'Gosh overalls (the real vintage ones!) in stock! They've also got some awesome looking vintage clothes (I'm talkin' 60s florals and prints, people) if you really wanna make your kid look dated, er.. I mean cool. Along with tons of really fun kids clothes- 'Babylegs' and Matthew Porter's 'Red Panda' line of baby tees and onesies, they also sell children's shoes and women's Yoga apparel. Really nice people working.. relaxed atmosphere. I cannot wait to come back once I know if I should be buying everything in pink or blue!

The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. And will leave you alone if you just want to browse cute baby stuff. This is the only store I found maternity jeans, pants, tops, and bras that I loved and felt comfortable in during pregnancy. The baby clothes, supplies, and toys are all high quality and have lasted through two kids and were handed down to friends. Better for the environment and lower cost per use. All of the items are adorable too! It is a well curated, locally owned store, with a great selection.

In the space between pregnancies, it seems as if all brick and mortar maternity stores have disappeared. Buying maternity clothes online is a sure fire way to make you feel like garbage about yourself, which has been what I've been going through. I walked into the store and immediately found an employee who was completely happy to help me find something! She asked about my fit preference and color preference and whether I wanted over or under the bump jeans. She came through with a HUGE selection to try on. I found two pairs of jeans that made me feel really good about myself. Some people might consider them spendy (jeans run $70-$200 depending on brand) but I feel that it's worth it considering that these clothes will probably be worn daily for the next year. They also carry my favorite brand of bras, so I found a nursing bra in my size (which, again, is unheard of in a brick and mortar store...yes...H cup is a real thing!) and it was so nice to get to try something on before I bought it! Oh, I forgot to mention that they carry all range of sizing! It's so nice to go into a store where they realize that some pregnant women are not a size 6! And they have baby bump pillows to try on with your clothes so that you can see how adorable you'll be full-term! Keep being you, Village Maternity! This mama feels pampered today!

WOW! As a sustainability/fashion aficionado, I am extremely impressed with Eres. Really great,…read moreholistic selection of pieces for folks with a variety of styles. The pieces here were actually curated with a vision in mind, and the price was RIGHT. These two things are extremely rare in Seattle. Even more rare-the person working there was absolutely delightful to chat with. This is a huge WIN in my book! Walked away with the best vintage japanese blazer jacket w mother of pearl buttons for like 70 bucks. Not too shabby at all!

I would not…read morerecommend any one to work with this company as the service has been poor and borderline suspicious. I dropped off a large bag at the Madrona store, the in-store staff were pleasant. 12 items were selected and 4 were returned. I appreciated that they took the initiative to email me that 1 item was deemed lost. They advised that they would try to find it and after no updates, I had to follow up. THEY (the folks who email do not provide any names but a signature of Eres) stated that they "lost" my $200 brand new with tags Aritzia dress and to make it right, they will pay out $8 stating that since it didn't sell, they will consider it a markdown item, THEN still apply their cut and payout a remaining $8 to me. Why should they be getting a cut of my dress if they lost it? They then emailed me the fine print which states, they are not liable for any lost items under ANY circumstances. With this policy what protects a consignor from even a staff member from selling it offline or taking it themselves? All they emailed me is that they can't find it. I am not accusing anyone other than it leaves the business in an oddly good place and the consigner is a bad one. Please note, this is my FIRST time consigning with this company and was left feeling like 1) they do not have a well-run business to lose items so easily, 2) do not want any accountability by negating to provide staff contact names in communication 3) poor communication as it can take a week if not more for a response and 4) very quick to apply a hefty discount to your items to sell fast without prior notice to the consigner. There should be an option for consignors to pick their items up before a drastic markdown. In addition, there seemed to be a lack of remorse and an understanding of their customers' point of view. Their argument will be "read the fine print" and so if you do consign here, I'd recommend providing items you're willing to donate. I am incredibly disappointed I consigned here as I mistakenly assumed a nice town and storefront would yield reasonable service and wanted to share my experience to prevent this happening to others.

There's convenient off-street parking right by the shop, which is a total win in Madison Park! The moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, curated, and somehow both upscale and completely approachable. The merchandise is jaw-dropping - gorgeous clothing, accessories, home décor, and vintage pieces that look straight out of a magazine, yet the prices are shockingly fair. What truly sets Refind apart, though, is the staff - specifically Jade and Sydney (not sure if they're the owners or just the world's best employees, but either way, they're incredible). I read the reviews for Refind online and I couldn't believe the other reviewers and I were talking about the same place!!! I never wear designer clothes because I am a lawyer that works with oil, ethanol and other fuels on Harbor Island. Consequently, i generally have to take my work clothes off before I get in the car to go home and instead change into comfy sweats! the salespeople were very pretty, and the two Refind employees I interacted with directly were total sweethearts! I never felt disrespected or intimidated even though I came in looking like a hot mess. Refind isn't just a consignment or boutique store; it's a very unusual and amazing place that somehow feels like a secret you're lucky to have found. If you like well made designer clothing, you should definitely go check out Refind. If you have designer clothes or pocketbooks you haven't used, you should also connect with Refind. They never told me what my items were going to sell for ahead of time but six months later, I checked in and found the prices the items sold for, extremely fair+!
