He can be shy, he can get spooked at something new like this, and we were ready. No need to worry. Rachel made sure he was comfortable and knew what was happening the whole time. They had a cute little red car chair that he could sit on (although he opted for sitting on my lap the whole time - which was fine, Rachel didn't mind). She was fast, accurate, and knew what she was doing. Have 20+ years of children's hair experience, she knew how to keep our guy entertained ... feeling safe ... and timed perfectly for not taking too long as to bringing on a bored toddler. The cut itself was great too. Stylish and modern, she did a great job at trimming/cutting his hair and layering it so as to bring out the natural waves and curls.
