I communicated with Lisa via text about my trip to Seattle, WA. We arranged for her to pick up and drop off at SeaTac Airport Cell Phone Waiting Area. It was a very smooth process and Lisa assisted with the installation of the base and car seat. She also took extra time to explain how the stroller works. She was extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process. These items were perfect for my 4 month old. I l loved that the stroller was adjustable to lay it all down for my baby to sleep in, and I liked that it was easy to click in the car seat. The bath tub was also good and was the cheapest rental at $9.25 a week. The stroller and seat combo were $64 for a week. Drop off and pick up to the airport was $40 each way. It sure beat having to worry about carrying all of this through the airport and luggage while also carrying a baby. I also liked the fact that I was able to use different baby equipment than what I already have. Might buy the stroller for my baby later on. I definitely recommend Lisa if you're traveling with little ones in Seattle area. read more

I texted Lisa at 6 am after a sleepless night where I discovered my baby absolutely hated the pack n play we borrowed and was waking up screaming every hour. Nicest owner and customer service EVER!!!! So I have two babies on the way. First time mom. I am in my 40s have no clue what I'm doing and don't have family or friends that live in WA to help me get settled. She stayed on the phone with me, consulted me, told me when I get a car seat I could bring them to her for proper install because she is a certified car seat technician too (which I had been googling a few weeks prior). Absolutely call to see how she can help. She will even be honest and direct you to other baby stores if you want something she might not have. I have been communicating with Lisa at Crybaby Comforts and she's been very responsive, with a reply to my initial inquiry not only within 24 hrs of sending it via Yelp Messenger, but within 12 hours, since i wrote it late at night on a Friday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply bright and early in the morning of a Saturday weekend day. I had lots of questions and she walked me through the varied scenarios and options. We're considering using Crybaby Comforts as travelers to Seattle, WA in need of a stroller for our baby, so we don't have to lug one on the airport, check it in, etc. They also rent nearly everything you need, and most certainly the basic essentials for safety, comfort and convenience at what looks like reasonable pricing, with both pick-up and door to door delivery (drop off / pick up) options. What a great service! We had company in town from California, including an 18 month old. We rented a crib, highchair and Diaper Genie. All three items were in great shape, clean and worked well. My 15 month old granddaughter came to Edmonds to visit and I needed bedding, toys and several items that babies need! I found Lisa's company online and rented several items from her!! She delivered all the items on time and set up the crib. Everything was extremely clean, like new equipment and the toys and books were appropriate age range for her. Everything was in perfect working order and we forgot one item and after contacting her we got it quickly!! It made my granddaughter's stay more comfortable which makes it easier on her mom I will definitely be using Crybaby Comforts services again when my granddaughter comes back to visit next time!! read more

Crybaby Comforts was recommended to me by a Yelper, and it is truly a genius service! Started by a stay at home mom, Crybaby provides short term rentals and long term rentals of baby gear. My neice and nephew, both under 2, were coming to visit via airplane and I needed some equipment. They have everything: car seats (everything is top of the line and comes clean and sterlized), high chairs, swings and bouncers, cribs, toddler sized beds, strollers... everything. Prices are totally reasonable, especially for the long term rentals which I plan on using once I have children of my own. They drop off and pick up free of charge, and Lisa (the owner) was really awesome about coming by in the evening. All this and she's a really friendly person too. read more

Life saver. We rented a pack and play with quilted sheets, a high chair, a box of age appropriate toys, and a tricycle with a long pole with a handle and helmet. All of the producers were super clean and well maintained. The toys were so great that we added half to our amazon cart for purchase when we returned home. Several options for pick up and drop off were made available. The prices were less than buying half of these items for temporary use, and not much more than having to pay for extra checked items in the flight. So glad this option was available! Lisa was AMAZING! She was so accommodating and eager to help with whatever we needed. She was very communicative and prompt with her delivery and pickup which was important for our schedule. The equipment was in great condition! We rented a pack n play, a booster feeding seat, and a box of toys. The toy box was the highlight for the kiddos. She makes she to ask the ages of the kiddos as well as their interests, so she was able to send toys, puzzles, games and books that were developmentally appropriate and awesome for the kiddos (ages 5, 3, & 1). The super hero costumes were a great surprise. We also loved the books, especially the ones that introduced us to all the fun things to do in Seattle, a very thoughtful selection! Taking a trip with a 1 year old and a 2 year old is no joke. Especially when you forget to get the car seats with the car rental agency. Instead of lugging two very heavy car seats from Honolulu to Seattle, I did a little research and reached out to Cry Baby Comforts. And I'm glad I did! It's a genius service for families! Lisa was very accommodating. They picked up and dropped off the car seats where ever we were going to be. She was always on time or waiting for us! It's truly a great service and Lisa was the best. We had a great experience with this company. Lisa was so helpful and accommodating. She had a nice full-sized crib which she delivered with a friendly attitude. When our plans unexpectedly went haywire, she was able to pick up the crib on an earlier day than scheduled. We were really grateful for her service.
