We are diaper stock customer for 3 years, started when our son was born in February 2019, and until he is potty-trained in January 2022. Linen diaper really helps in potty-training, especially boys, and our son prefers linen diaper than disposable ones. He rarely has rash, he likes it because it is soft and it feels comfortable for his skin. For the service - Diaper Stork has been amazing for us, they never miss a day, and if there are heavy snow days, they make sure we get the fresh pile the next day or two. They are delightful to work with. Especially Sarah, she followed my son's growth, she will remind us and offer a larger diaper size when it is time. Being a busy mom, both working full-time and taking care of my son, Diaper Stork team has been wonderful to us. We really love the wipe service, we use the wipes for everything, wiping runny nose, dirty hands, etc. It helps us reduce using paper towel and tissues. The wipes are softer and gentler to baby's skin. We will miss having Diaper Stork team in our life, since we have their service for so long. It becomes part of our routine. Diaper stork took the fear away from cloth diapering. I was not sure if cloth diapers would work for us, the options out there were overwelming so I didn't knew were to start. For me, their most basic rental service DIY was a great way to "test" if this was something that was sustainable (for the planet and for our lifestyle), and it was! We successfully cloth diapered both of our children! Also, thanks to their learning resources, we moved easily to potty training at 22 months, great community. Actually caused more environmental waste then disposable diapers for breastfed babies. Have to change frequently or diaper rash becomes an issue. Often can leak out onto clothes and cause additional laundry to be needed leading to more environmental harm. For breastfed babies that do poop as often I do not recommend the service as disposable diapers yield less diaper changes and less time spent on diapers and the extra laundry these reusable diapers create. For those using formula though this might be a viable option if you are changing clothes often and baby goes to bathroom more frequently. The refund policy and satisfaction guarantee was terrible. If wanting to try reusable it makes sense to first buy some at target or Walmart and see how they work for your feeding situation before using this service. read more

We used Diaper Stork with both of our children. We used their cloth diaper service until my daughter was potty trained at two years old and with my son who is currently five months old. I see in the reviews that some people had issues with their children who are breast-fed, but both of ours were breast-fed, and it worked well. We did choose to use disposable diapers at night to help avoid diaper rash. Every step of the way their service has been amazing, from cloth diaper service, to reminding us when we need to size up, to tutorials for cloth diapering at the beginning when we had no idea what we were doing. Ha! We even took their free online potty training class, which helped us recognize the signs our daughter was ready to use the toilet earlier than I would have thought! All along the way, they've been super helpful, answering all of our questions. I have friends that live in other areas and their cloth diaper service was not nearly as supportive or affordable, which made it really daunting, however Diaper Stork and Sarah were so kind and supportive throughout the whole process and we were able to continue for a long time. Used Diaper Stork for 5 months until baby went back to daycare. It made cloth diapering possible for us to not have to wash ourselves! The pail didn't smell when closed. We rented their cloth liners and used our own Mama Koala covers and they worked great together. Customer service is also responsive and there's a self-service portal online for changing sizes, pausing for vacation, cancelling, etc. My only complaint is that they don't offer a compostable diaper service so we can continue while at daycare, but from their site it sounds like they're working on it! read more

We use disposables for his appointments and in the diaper bag, and we've found he busts through the disposables with his pee and poo, but not the thirsty covers they rented us. I cloth diapered and do diaper laundry with my first two. Now that I have the third one, I want to cloth diaper again but I'm not sure if I can manage the laundry. So I decided to use diaper service. The cloth diapering kit (pail-liner-prefolds and cloth wipes) arrived in our house smelling and looking really clean. We cloth diaper her since she was a newborn and my what a blissful time it was not to have to worry about washing diapers (just the covers) Every Monday we will get our dirties picked up and our clean dropped off by a guy whom my children called "Diaper Grandpa", he is very kind and friendly. The Diaper Stork Team are also very responsive and helpful. Now after two months I'm ready to embark the cloth diapering world on my own again. I see that my laundry still is under control and I believe 2-3 extra loads a week will not sink the ship and I can do it again. So I say goodbye to Diaper Stork and would really recommend their service to everyone. They are so GOOD! Do not hesitate to cloth diaper. It's easy and actually until today with three kids under my wing, I experienced Zero diaper blow out. I know it's a bit weird to write a positive review for a business I didn't really use, but I feel they really deserve it. My hubby and I knew we wanted to use a cloth diaper service even before we were pregnant. So by month eight, where we are now, we'd done our research and used the Diaper Stork website to set up our account and to order a starter bundle of diaper covers, fasteners, and other stuff we'd need. Unfortunately, as it turns out, we live just outside their service area (and yeah, kinda in the boonies). How did we find out? The founder of the company personally emailed me to apologize that they would not be able to serve us. She made a recommendation for another service (which turned out DID serve our area), offered to ship the starter bundle we ordered to us for free, and gave us a little gift for our interest. All while offering to promptly refund the money we paid for the service. So even though we will not be able to avail ourselves of their service, we got a good sense of what it would have been like. We used Diaper Stork for about 2.5 years. Our oldest is 2.5 years old, and he used cloth diapers with DS all the way through his potty training. (We had to give up cloth diapers for our youngest at 7 months, but it has nothing to do with DS.) The service was always good. Pickups were on time. The customer service was always flexible and understanding, even when we were making changes to our service fairly often (sometimes multiple changes in one month). At one point we tried out renting the diapers from DS and washing them ourselves, but found that it didn't work for us and switched back to Full Service after only a couple weeks. Again, customer service was understanding and didn't gripe about any amount of changes we requested. We also purchased "Bag o Rags" (used diapers that were not up to aesthetic standards) to use as burp rags. For that, they are great and MUCH cheaper than buying new. Once our kids have graduated from burp rags, we'll be converting them to be used as cleanup rags (because let's be honest, there are 2-5 spills per day when kids are learning to use open cups). read more

She was really communicative leading up to this, always responding to emails within 24 hours (usually faster!) when we had questions. Our diapers, liner, and pail arrived when expected and were as expected. Easy. The real quality in service came when our kiddo started soaking through the newborn diapers. Jen suggested that we go up a size before giving up on cloth diapers all together. We did this and, unfortunately, learned through trial and error that our kiddo absolutely hated the feeling of wet cloth diapers. This led to less sleep on his part...and ours. We found disposable diapers to keep him sleeping much longer.
