Unfortunately after I ordered from here I mentioned it to my grandsons school and met a handful of people who were also displeased with the company . There reasons all had to do with false advertising and poor customer service I was searching husky pants I found this company and thought I'd try them I did wash them as most people do before I put on my grandson . I have been a nervous wreck since Covid . Everything gets washed yes it did say -did u wear and wash ;but I didn't wash because I wore them I washed because it came from somewhere I don't know . I tried them on the next day hoping they fit and they were too snug I sent back They sent me a picture and said I sent back damaged pants . I wanted true to size. literally have always been a true to size medium- this is waaaaaaay too small. I get that it was a final sale- I do. but when THEY say it's true to size, how is this my problem? Buyer beware - if you're not a "traditional" family in their eyes, you will not be treated with the "kindness" that you would expect from a supposedly Christian business. If you're a family with two moms or two dads, you will not be treated with the same respect as "traditional" families. The store's owner and employees seems more aligned to the Hobby Lobby type of business than for anybody looking for kind, fair treatment in a professional setting. Absolutely heartbreaking that this sort of store is so popular in downtown Edmonds, which has been working hard to become a place of equality and openness for all those who visit or move here. I don't like to write any negative reviews but I was kind of bummed out by the customer service and see that this is a trend. I went to try some clothes and they had a really good sale going on these cute cardigans, that I think were technically for younger girls, but I am very petite and the bigger girl sizes fit me easily so I figured why not try it on. I was carrying the cardigan and a few other things and a lady asked if she could take my stuff to a changing room, which was very kind. When I got to the changing room the lady who helped me before said to go on in, and didn't mention anything, but the cardigan wasn't there with the rest of the things I picked out. It seems she put it back on the rack. I am not sure why she went out of her way to put something back I picked out to try on and when I went to the room she didn't even mention it. I would've even been more okay if she just said these items are specifically for that age group, which I mean a sale is a sale for a business, but I would've at least felt respected by her communication. It honestly just made me uncomfortable and I felt awkward asking about it, especially since I was the only customer in the store at the time and when I went in to the changing room I could hear them whispering and laughing quietly while I was in there. I don't want to assume the worst that it was about my situation, but it did make me wonder if they were talking about me. Overall, I do love the stuff in this store but this was just an experience where I didn't feel comfortable or respected, and it feels like pretty basic customer service to communicate with people who are looking to support your business. read more

Fantastic little specialty store and excellent customer service. We stopped in and bought a tee shirt snd two pairs of shoes. My bad, I only tried one of the shoes on. When I got home I took my pair out, and discovered I had two left shoes. I called the store and explained the problem. They had indeed heard from the other person who had two right shoes, but they were way out of town and I'm out of state. Very disheartening to even be writing this post. Our family loves Brittani and her family and give them ((& their clothing line)) an easy 5 stars. However, the edmonds staff, specifically Sophia, Madeline, & a very young looking gal (don't know her name) made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome -- if I could give 0 stars for them, I would - but I would hate to bring down LB's overall rating because of these three individuals. When my mother asked a question, the three girls laughed amongst themselves and whispered, "just tell her it is what it is." Our family spends thousands of dollars here and volunteers every chance given. For the staff to make us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unhappy is upsetting as we used to love coming into this store. I truly hope Brittani is made aware of this and teaches these individuals professionalism and respect. I truly believe the disrespect and unjust behavior of these girls are examples as to why people say the Edmonds staff isn't as friendly as the Warehouse store, and have quit shopping at this location. I was introduced to LB by my sister who was just going through her IG social media. She was just looking at baby clothes for my son (he's the first grandson/nephew of the family) so she just happened to send me the link. Finally a girl in the family so it's time to spoil! This is a great little mom and baby boutique. I like how the baby choices are modern and stylish, nothing too frou-frou. I found a lot more than just clothing though. They have wonderful bibs, binkies, cups, socks, teethers, you name it, they have the best of everything. Staff was very helpful, I loved their (excuse the oldster term) diaper bags, so stylish and not at all cutesy. Mom will find a lot to love for herself here too. Maternity clothes are stylish, comfortable and well priced. Since I was buying for a baby shower she wrapped everything in their signature black tissue and packed it very nicely into their stylish bags. Very nice touch, saved me from wrapping. Worst experience I've had in a retail store by far. I'm a young 22 y/o male that obviously doesn't frequent baby clothes stores often. I went to pick up two gifts for my niece and nephews. As soon as I entered I was glared at by the staff and avoided. I asked for help twice to find gifts (which I was ready to spend a large amount of money on) and was disregarded. I ended up leaving and going up the hill to a second hand shop and they helped me right away. Great local boutique baby and maternity store. Being 8 months pregnant, my wife and I have been to LOTS of baby stores. Land of Nod, Pottery Barn Kids, Village Maternity and so many more. This place beats them all. Why? Simple. Product wise - they have top of the line products just as all the other stores above. So a whopping 5* for their products. Store - the store is really nicely laid out, easy to walk around, not crowded, well presented. Service - now here is what differentiates them. Pottery Barn Kids absolutely hounded us the entire time we were there, Land of Nod ignored us and didn't say a word. Belly & Co was great - the manager working on Sunday was friendly, helpful and offered the right amount of interaction not trying to sell us every product under the sun and thus forcing us out of the door, and not leaving us to ourselves endlessly. She offered help, suggested things to us and offered us fantastic service. Will definitely be heading back to this store - if you're expecting or know someone who is, head here, their prices are the same as mainstream retailers but with the boutique feel. read more

Heaven forbid customer service come first these days. Purchased a few sets for my son a couple months back, got addicted and thought how cute would it be if we matched... picked up a few tops for him and a matching set for me. Little did I know that day I should have stapled the receipt to my forehead to prevent being crucified later. My first purchase was easy. Bought items had the receipt emailed, all was easy. I figured this was the system, cool right? WRONG!!! Went into the store to do an exchange for something for the kiddo and pick up some other goodies. First sign things wouldn't be good. Pulled out the items and tags fell out of my bag with the clothing. Store clerk turned manager said they had to be attached. Well good thing they were and those were part of the tags from my sons outfit, but that was a taste that she was not in the mood for an exchange. I proceeded to give the info; email, phone number, etc. I'm a working mother, I do not know the exact date I came in for these, but gave a ballpark idea. She gave me the rundown on tags and receipts needed to be had. Okay, I understand, but I didn't get an email like I did last time and thought that was the protocol. She "looked up" my info and the dates and said nothing was purchased during that time. Whatever lady. This is your product, the brand is LB, little Bipsy. I'm not trying to scam you, this is your own label. It's still has the fold creases for being in the bag the whole time Look all I wanted was an exchange, not cash. The item is your brand and I could have done a color exchange or purchased a shit ton more clothes for my kid, but noooo you want to scold me policy and why we give a receipt. Well should you hold the same standards for your employees? Make sure they get the customers info for emailed receipts? Obvious the person did it right the first time, I assumed it was the same. Long story short, no exchange. And no more will I shop at this retailer or recommend it to friends. In a .com world, local businesses struggle. When you try to support local and realize why people it's easier to shop online with better sales, easy returns, etc. Sorry little Bipsy. While your clothes are cute and I was willing to pay boutique prices, your service and manager suck. I received an item with a defective zipper and I called into Little Bipsy after my email didn't go through (likely an issue on my end). Amy Hirata answered the phone and this girl needs a raise! She was so kind and patient with me and troubleshooted the email issue until we finally got something to work. Ordered matching outfits for my husband and baby as a birthday gift from baby to dad. Extremely disappointed at the lack of communication to notify me that something in my order was out of stock and wouldn't be shipping. Instead, I get a shipping notification that includes everything but one piece for the matching outfits. I emailed asking where it was, two days later I still get no reply, instead a refund email notification for the item. I again emailed them and they finally wrote back saying everything I bought was final sale so they wouldn't take the now useless items back because of their own lack of communication. I do NOT recommend this boutique, especially operating this way. Find a better small business that will actually do better by their customers. Ordered clothes for my 3 month old from their online store and was very happy with the quality of the clothes and received tons of compliments. Shipping was very fast which was great because I wanted the clothes for an upcoming trip. I'm also very happy with the customer service. I had a question about the reward program (which is a must if you purchase from them!) and I received a response quickly and they were extremely helpful and nice. I LOVED this store when it was Belly & Co., but my opinion of it has declined since the new ownership. My parents bought me a Bumbleride stroller for the birth of my kiddo and I love it. They specifically invested in this from a local store because of the service that was provided, and with the thought that I would receive the same level of service when I needed assistance with it. A month ago, I went in to Little Bipsy inquiring about a snack tray accessory for my stroller. The new owner was working that day, and had no idea what my stroller was, what her inventory was or how to work her computer or internet connection. I was with my 9 month old, at the time, and said I'd be back another day. Fast forward to yesterday and I went back in. New sales associate, at the register helping another customer. After 5 minutes of her trying to fiddle with her cell phone and the computer, with no help, I left. The customer being served seemed equally annoyed, as I watched her bag her new stroller. I'm all about investing in local business rather than purchasing accessories online. But this store really needs to step it up. I absolutely love all the clothes I get from LB. I had one issue with a hooded denim jacket..the stitching was coming undone and I didn't notice it until my son wore it for the first time, which was weeks after I bought it because it's still summer here. I emailed customer service about it and they immediately sent me out a new jacket and told me to donate the damaged one. I know most other companies require you to print out a return shipping label and send the damaged item back which is understandable but LB made the process so much easier on us which deserves a 5 star review for sure! BUYER BEWARE - I contacted Little Bipsy after one of the sweatshirts we purchased came out mis-colored after using gentle, child safe detergent and gentle stain remover designed to treat children's clothing. I had the item for approximately 1 month when this occurred and explained the situation. Little Bipsy refused to provide a replacement item. Instead they advised that were were "sorry to hear the product has reacted in this way." Little Bipsy does not provide adequate care instructions for their garments. Had these care Instructions been provided, I would have followed them OR I would have never bought the product to begin. It is not reasonable to expect a consumer not to use child safe detergent or stain treatment on a sweatshirt for a 9 month old. Terrible customer experience, particularly when I only asked for a replacement given their negligence with inadequate care instructions. Don't waste your time since there are plenty of other good brands that stand by their products. read more

Excellent customer service .! This is an adorable little boutique with high quality products and high quality customer service. Purchased a stroller from Belly & Co that ended up having a defect (the stroller company's fault not Belly & Co) and the staff made sure we were more than taken care of. They took care of the stroller (dealing with the company, which ended up sending us a brand new stroller to replace ours) and included store credit for our troubles (which I will happily be using!) All in all the staff really helped us really feel taken care of. I am very thankful we went through the boutique rather than a bigger store. Belly & Co will for sure have my business .! read more
