Cute cute cute clothing extort they haven't held up in the wash. I wash my kiddos clothes on delicate and a gentle dry cycle and the stitching just doesn't hold. Kinda pricey for three washes... otherwise, love the style and softness and versatility of all the clothes.

Great local boutique baby and maternity store. Being 8 months pregnant, my wife and I have been to LOTS of baby stores. Land of Nod, Pottery Barn Kids, Village Maternity and so many more. This place beats them all. Why? Simple. Product wise - they have top of the line products just as all the other stores above. So a whopping 5* for their products. Store - the store is really nicely laid out, easy to walk around, not crowded, well presented. Service - now here is what differentiates them. Pottery Barn Kids absolutely hounded us the entire time we were there, Land of Nod ignored us and didn't say a word. Belly & Co was great - the manager working on Sunday was friendly, helpful and offered the right amount of interaction not trying to sell us every product under the sun and thus forcing us out of the door, and not leaving us to ourselves endlessly. She offered help, suggested things to us and offered us fantastic service. Will definitely be heading back to this store - if you're expecting or know someone who is, head here, their prices are the same as mainstream retailers but with the boutique feel.

The kids were not touching anything, they were just looking around like grown-ups do. The owner told me to hold onto the kids so that they would not play with the candle light which my kids did not even attempt to play with. My son tried to climb up to the chair to seat down, but the owner told him to get down. My daughter who loves fashion was walking away from me to look around while I was getting my son from the chair, and the owner directed me to get my daughter, and told me that her store was not for kids and asked for us to leave. When we were just leaving, I heard her saying "the lawsuit to be waiting" Hey, I understand that the kids are active. However, her attitudes were extremely rude. All I want was a nice scarf since it was little chilly. My kids did not cause any problem in her store. They are very good kids, and the matter in fact, I get many compliments from strangers how well my kids behave. With my husband being a pediatric psychologist, we try our best to teach our kids with very best behavior with good ethics. Any mom will understand the difficulty of shopping with kids. I did not expect any support from anybody, but I certainly did not expect such a shameful treatment by any business. It was even embarrassing to talk with her in front of the other customer. Was that a discrimination against kids? Or since I was an Asian, she didn't want me in her store!?

I had not been out here in a while and was looking for a winter coat in summer, having envisioned miles of aisles of coats. I was wrong. There is no coat factory any more, just an out-of-the-way store full of things you don't really need. I was really disappointed. I was looking for a store that I could go into to buy a coat rather than shop online, because I wanted to try my new would-be coat on. I'm a big man with a 58" chest and it is hard to find a nice coat in my size. And I'm loathe to go downtown and overpay. So I guess the deal is you have to wait for winter to buy winter coats so they can charge you more. At least one or two coats that are on sale in my size. But not at Burlington. When I hear that name I think of trains roaring through Golden Gardens. They do have a massive parking lot though.

I thought I was wrong about that but now I'm just not going anywhere else because I have found the Burlington area to go on my own! Service was very good, the cashier was nice, friendly and wonderful. Let me tell you about the selection of Burlington in clothing was phenomenal too many to choose from brand names dressed for the special occasion like wedding to celebrate the anniversary and birthday in which we are looking for! As we are looking for the perfect outfit as well as the best price tag that you could possibly afford to pay!!! I love to shop in Burlington. I've been looking somewhere else for the past couple of years but the prices are too high. The Burlington store was great for me because it has the selection was so much cheaper than any other store!! I recommend Burlington store for any one to go there and I think it's really good quality clothing that you could find in Burlington and it's really great value!!!

*I just want to state upfront that this review is specifically for The Children's Place online…read morestore. I cannot find anywhere to post a review specifically for them. The Children's Place has GODAWFUL nonexistent customer service. I made an order back in March 2024 and 4 of the clothing items I purchased did not get shipped even though I was still charged for them. I attempted to file a report with them online and selected from a list of options to have them sent to me, but they immediately diverted me to another option with the statement that I would get faster service if I requested a refund and then bought the items again. I didn't want to do that since I had gotten the specific items on sale and the sale had since ended, but they wouldn't let me select any other option. So I attempted to write them an email with screenshots of my missing items ordered and all I got was an automated letter back that gave me a confirmation number, but I've never heard from them further and it's now almost July. I've tried calling their customer service number directly and have never been successful in contacting anyone about this. I have even attempted to request online for just a refund but they wouldn't let me do anything more when I already had a case open with them that no one has ever once contacted me about and I've never spoken to anyone at the company either online, via phone, or email. So basically they've gotten away with stealing my money and I can't do anything about it. I love their prices for kids clothes, but it's not worth it if they're not going to even send them to me. Obviously I will not be doing business with this crap company again.

I've always loved shopping both online and in person at Zara…read more But now they really have a customer for life! I purchased a few items at the Alderwood Mall Lynnwood Store on 4/6/24 and paid with a gift card I had received. Was chatting with the gal behind the counter about the weather we were having. Left store and got home and my gift card was missing. I know it still had a balance, and was bummed that I didn't get it back. I totally figured that probably someone else would use it and thought it was lost. I decided to go to the mall on 5/2/24 and checked with a few ladies behind the counter and they referred me to the manager on duty. I had my original receipt with the gift card used and its remaining balance on it. She left the counter and went in the back, and several minutes later came back with my gift card! I was so pleasantly shocked! I was impressed that there were honest employees working there! Thank you so much, it wasn't the balance amount, but the fact that I received it back! This speaks volumes about management and training and customer service and satisfaction! You are all the best!!

What happened to Zara? This would be an in depth thesis question!…read more I used to shop in Europe and Zara was the IT clothing spot for fancy, classy, and timeless staples. Made in Italy, Spain and Portugal the clothing was well tailored and fit a 32/30 general male physique. When Zara opened in Vancouver it was more boutique like and slightly pricier and the quality was good. This was before COS and other European brands making their way to the States. I shopped at Zara during the latter half of 2010 - 2018 quite regularly and the website was eye catching, the blazers on sale were $39, and the quality was good. You could still find made in Europe clothing and the production seemed to transition to Bangladesh, Vietnam and other countries. As of late, the quality before pandemic is garbage. The clothing unravels after hanging it in a rack, the fabric is cheap, and the material appears to be of the lowest quality. The Westlake and Bellevue locations appear like outlets with rejected clothing from 5 seasons ago and little change with new or updated fashion. It's like a European Ross evoking a European douche bag at the club with skinny jeans, frayed pants, Zara shirt and cologne. Staff are still pretty snooty and don't often help. Maybe one staff will but it's rare. They seem too busy folding clothing that isn't selling. Really sad.

Well over that 20-year time period I can probably count on one hand how many times I walked out of there with something worthwhile. For one thing the store is always in a fair amount of disarray. The racks are overcrowded. Too many items where they just have one or two things and it's really hard to find what you want in your size. A lot of stuff on the floor and if you do find something you love you have to wonder if it was stepped on or rolled over by a cart at some point. The prices probably are more reasonable if you do find something but you really got to dig. The thing that really burns my hide is the line. It's been long often in the past but it could be worthwhile if you found something. This most recent time I went the line was ridiculous. I would guess there was 35 or 40 people in line and three cashiers. The people were lined up all the way to the dressing room. I expect this if I go in Ross or the Goodwill. Not Nordstrom rack. Never again. But I want to give credit where credit is due, the cashiers despite the crushing workload where personable and did not display any stress despite the obvious frustration of everyone staring at them doing their job.
