I communicated with Lisa via text about my trip to Seattle, WA. We arranged for her to pick up and…read moredrop off at SeaTac Airport Cell Phone Waiting Area. It was a very smooth process and Lisa assisted with the installation of the base and car seat. She also took extra time to explain how the stroller works. She was extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process. These items were perfect for my 4 month old. I l loved that the stroller was adjustable to lay it all down for my baby to sleep in, and I liked that it was easy to click in the car seat. The bath tub was also good and was the cheapest rental at $9.25 a week. The stroller and seat combo were $64 for a week. Drop off and pick up to the airport was $40 each way. It sure beat having to worry about carrying all of this through the airport and luggage while also carrying a baby. I also liked the fact that I was able to use different baby equipment than what I already have. Might buy the stroller for my baby later on. I definitely recommend Lisa if you're traveling with little ones in Seattle area.

Pick up instructions were precise and clear. One can pick up or drop-off at any time of the day. The car seat was clean and came with instructions.

I am feeling so much better about myself right now! I am currently pregnant with kiddo #2 and…read moreweigh about 150 pounds less than I did with my first child, so my old maternity clothes are long gone, and wouldn't fit anyway! In the space between pregnancies, it seems as if all brick and mortar maternity stores have disappeared. Buying maternity clothes online is a sure fire way to make you feel like garbage about yourself, which has been what I've been going through. I walked into the store and immediately found an employee who was completely happy to help me find something! She asked about my fit preference and color preference and whether I wanted over or under the bump jeans. She came through with a HUGE selection to try on. I found two pairs of jeans that made me feel really good about myself. Some people might consider them spendy (jeans run $70-$200 depending on brand) but I feel that it's worth it considering that these clothes will probably be worn daily for the next year. They also carry my favorite brand of bras, so I found a nursing bra in my size (which, again, is unheard of in a brick and mortar store...yes...H cup is a real thing!) and it was so nice to get to try something on before I bought it! Oh, I forgot to mention that they carry all range of sizing! It's so nice to go into a store where they realize that some pregnant women are not a size 6! And they have baby bump pillows to try on with your clothes so that you can see how adorable you'll be full-term! Keep being you, Village Maternity! This mama feels pampered today!

This place is amazing. One of the only retail stores where you can try on maternity jeans, pants,…read morebras, etc. Most places (gap, etc) only sell maternity online. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. And will leave you alone if you just want to browse cute baby stuff. This is the only store I found maternity jeans, pants, tops, and bras that I loved and felt comfortable in during pregnancy. The baby clothes, supplies, and toys are all high quality and have lasted through two kids and were handed down to friends. Better for the environment and lower cost per use. All of the items are adorable too! It is a well curated, locally owned store, with a great selection.

I wish I could give zero stars but it's not an option. I can't believe this is a children's store…read more The 2 women working today were "thinking" of NOT selling a toy to my kids because they wanted to keep it for themselves WOW! What kind of store doesn't want to sell their items? Unbelievable! How do they stay in business? She even asked my 10 year old are you following me? I found that very rude! The worst store I've ever been in. First of all, we were a family of 4 and my children each got one. You took out that jelly cat you did not put on the floor on your own. We did not ask for you to take anything out besides asking if you had another quantity of the pink bunny. We knew nothing about the another one you brought out on your own. It's doesn't especially mean if we're a family of four we could do 4 transactions. So don't say we're lying when you caused all this. We are not your only bad review, we have seen your past reviews on Google. I still don't recommend this place to any families with children or anyone in general. Have a great day. You can stop replying and not opening it to the public because it's showing guilt. I'm sure I'm not the only bad review you'll ever get considering how you run your business. I didn't see your goggle reviews before I went to your shop but it is what it is. What happened and said is done and at the end of the day my kids got what they wanted despite you hesitating to sell to kids. You tried to save the jellycats for a collector FYI my kids are collectors! Take care!

Update: Trish Anderson, the Director of Evergreen, got in touch with me soon after this happened…read more She went out of her way to take care of this for me- she was able to take care of the return, handled the paperwork, and assured me that they'll look into handling this better with future customers. She actually came to pick the pump up from me- amazing! Thank you Trish, I really appreciated all your help! ---------------------------- I had the worst pump buying experience at Baby Boutique this week, and wanted to share it with you. I had heard that buying a pump at Evergreen saves you the hassle of submitting reimbursements with Premera, so on Monday, I made the trip to Kirkland to get one (as my Medela Advanced Pump In Style is dying). As I told them that I was there to get a pump, they asked for my insurance card, made a copy, and gave me a paper form to sign. The form is generic and just talks mostly about what renter policy is, nothing much about buyers. So I sign it, and the lady hands me 'a pump'. I look at it and it's a basic Medela's basic breast pump starter set (~$140 on Amazon). So I tell her that I need the Medela PIS Advanced tote instead, to which she tells me that well, this is all that your insurance will cover. For a PIS, I should pay $100 out of pocket. My insurance covers any regular pumps upto $300. Once I got home, I checked what all the starter kit included, and checked that the entire PIS was ~$250 on Amazon. So I called them back and told them that I'd like to return this. At that point they tell me 2 things: 1) Bring it back as long as the seal is not broken, and 2) We will hold the paperwork for you, so it is not sent to your insurance company for a claim. I then went ahead and ordered a PIS from Amazon that night. So I took the pump back on Tuesday, and they refused to take it back saying: pumps are not returnable. I told the lady at the counter that I had spoken to a store employee the evening before who had told me otherwise, and that the pump was still sealed and unopened. But she insisted that as the 'manager of the store, she knew' that the pumps were absolutely non-returnable, sealed or not. She reminded me that I had signed 'the paper work' for it, but the fact that the paperwork doesn't talk about any return policy, or that no one told me about 'no-returns' at the time of purchase, meant nothing to her. I also spoke to the overall facility manager, who also said that they couldn't take it back- apparently its Federal Law. I then called Premera, who coincidently was also are unaware of this federal law, and were confused about why they were refusing to take it back. The Premera rep said I could file a claim if I wanted to, but that can take more than a month to process. I also called Medela, and they are also surprised by the fact that the boutique is refusing to take back a pump back, esp when it is sealed and unopened. If it is Federal Law that a pump cannot be returned once opened, I'd assume as one of the primary manufacturers of the product, Medela would know. My online search for this federal law hasn't yielded anything yet. Well, the bottom line is: 1) The pump has a seal that says 'once opened, it can't be returned', which implies that before it's open, it CAN be returned! 2) The paperwork provided to me does not mention *anything* about no-returns. 3) When I called them, the store employee said I could bring it back! But unfortunately, the store is refusing to engage in any further discussion. I feel like I've hit a dead-end there. I now have two pumps, one that I don't want/like, the other that is ideal for me. My insurance will only cover one, so it looks like I will need to return the latter (which is returnable btw), even when it's my first choice and my insurance fully covers it. I do understand the every place needs to run by its policies, but my biggest frustration is their lack of transparency and unwillingness to work with the customer. I feel cheated, helpless and frustrated. Thank you for reading thus far, I really hope someone can benefit from this. I had honestly expected better from such a great organization.
