We joined for a mixed ages demo class in the summer with Ms. Elizabeth (she was wonderful!) At 4 months my son was the youngest one there, and I didn't know what to expect but he was so engaged and interested in seeing the other kids dance and sing. We signed up for the babies class (0-8 months) for the fall semester and he was 5 months when it started. We are about to wrap up this semester and I only have great things to say. The babies class is small, with 5 babies max in a class. It's very clean and Covid protocol is taken into consideration where everyone needs to show proof of vaccination. Ms. Sarah brings a warm energy with prompts to engage our babies through music and play. Sometimes it's an instrument to play music with, interact with silk scarves, dancing for your baby, and more. My son loves the drums. As a first time mom I highly recommend Music Together. It's a great way to play and connect with your baby through songs, have social exposure to other babies, and meet other parents, I even made a great mom friend! I really love how kids can continue taking these classes into their preschool years and learn new original songs with special instruments for the semester highlighted in the songs. Every song has a different activity involved and keeps the kids engaged, though if they decide to wander around during that is completely ok! They get to play instruments, throw scarves in the air and be as noisy as they want. While I am not normally one to sing and dance in a crowd of people i felt totally comfortable doing it here, in fact I may have had more fun than the kids! If you are looking for an activity to do with your toddler, do this one, it is awesome!

Wandered into this art gallery yesterday in downtown Edmonds. Attracted by the beautiful…read morephotographs in the picture window. After being greeted by the photographer and his dog, I looked at all of the photographs with my boyfriend. They are mostly stretched on canvas with some framed prints along with a selection of photos on metal. He also sells his work on cards, individual prints and on a calendar. All of the items on canvas and metal are the same price, based on the size. I purchased one of the photos of Second Beach, WA for $39 pretax. Randall gave it to me with a certificate of authenticity, autographed it, and included a free calendar, free Edmonds guide where the cover pic had been taken by him, and a handout of his classes. Randall offers photography lessons at various on site locations. He proudly told us that he loves to teach and offered to teach us. Not a photographer by any means, so not going there. All of the pictures are nature scenes. We saw some of Utah, Arizona, and Oregon but most of them were taken within Washington. He captures great light and colors in his pictures. He explained that he uses a slow shutter time and doesn't use PhotoShop or alter his pictures in any way. This is a great find. I'll be back!

His impressive work isn't PhotoShopped--it's all Randall taking the perfect shots. In addition, he's just plain a nice guy. He teaches excellent classes and has proven results. After a one evening class, I felt like I could take beautiful photos. He uses old school film techniques with digital camera. He gives great feedback and is very available to his students. He helped me feel confident and competent with my camera. I highly recommend his gallery and lessons!

We were lucky to snag some training lessons at a lower cost and those were great for my daughter to experience and get used to the location. They're patient and take the time to teach important techniques - my daughter, on the other hand, gets easily distracted and it can be hard for her to focus and listen to directions. Nevertheless, we look forward to scheduling her for more classes! I only wish the classes were longer than 20 minutes.

I liked the jumping part of class, but was a little heavier than some of the other students so tended to be a bit snubbed by some of my classmates as the skinny girls formed a clique and would push themselves to the front of the class during movement practice. The space (classroom) fit the nature of the classes and could get a bit camped depending on enrollment and attendance. We did get to wear a leotard and tutu, which was what I found the most fun. A couple of years later I started competing for a local swim team and found the swimsuits we wore were the same cut as the leotards we wore in ballet. I thought that was cool, what I wore for ballet extended beyond the classroom and prepared me in some form for the attire of swimming.

They do not make an adult wear a leotard, nor do they have you perform in a recital. (you'd be surprised at thow many places with adult classes do require these things.) Helen is the owner and she teaches the tuesday class. She does an amazing job at tailoring the class to which students are there. Many dancers are advanced but beginners are always welcome. The beauty is that classes focus more on technique than super challenging advanced steps, making it so you always get a killer workout. Thursday classes are good too, but you definitetly have to know your ballet lingo and be in a mindset to focus. Overall, love this place!

It was so perfect we had her do our master bedroom, family room and she just finished our powder bath. Our house now has some great definition and depth instead of just a "paint job." Whenever we have guests over, they can't believe how nice the artistic textured walls are. It's hard to imagine what our house looked like before we hired Annette.
