This store is a disaster. How about the managers of this store either make their employees do the jobs they are hired to do or hire people that will still work and do their jobs correctly with little supervision. I blame Managment when stores are a mess and I see people sitting around talking about when their next break is. From cashiers, to stock, to floor merchandise to dressing rooms--- a disaster. It's a shame. Employees of Kohls are either treated like crap or Kohls hires the laziest people they can find, because you can tell that no one from the top to the bottom cares what the state of this store is. read more

Kohl's - This is just the dressing room I came into, the rest were equally a mess or worse. - Department Stores Near Me - CAMPBELL, California

Kohls is a throwback to the Mervyns days - just as unorganized and badly staffed. If you want to make a return, make sure you don't go to any register, they'll tell you to go upstairs where you will linger in a long line waiting for a single employee (2 if you're lucky) to handle returns and online orders. This place is a joke. Good luck. read more

Horrible and snotty staff. I bought a toy, but before I left the store, a dress caught my eye, and decided to exchange it. Had to go through a huge ordeal before I could get the exchange done even though the items were the same price and I had the receipt. Worker was rude and refused to do the exchange cuz they were from different depts. when I asked for the store manager, she pretended to be the manager and told me nothing could be done about it. I located the assistant who helped ( the one star is for her) resolve everything. These workers will try to bully you if you don't speak up. I saw plenty of that while waiting in the return line. They were making up policies that weren't at all consistent with other Kohl's. read more

If you're shopping for women's clothing, this store is a disorganized mess. There are far too many over-packed and disorganized racks of clothes to navigate. Items are left on the floor. There are too-few dressing rooms and often the clothes haven't been removed for so long that they pile up and spill over everywhere. This is the everyday experience--not the holiday exception. The clothes are often attractive, but management needs to step up to organize the women's department better. I find Ross easier to shop and more organized, and that's sad to report. read more

I have always liked Kohl's, even though I have never thought they are necessarily the cheapest of places to shop, but I do think they are pretty reasonable, considering the quality of the items they have. But my latest visit has got to be the best shopping trip I have ever made! I was in the market for a casual men's blazer (sports jacket), and popped into Kohl's to have a look at what they had. They had an amazingly large selection of blazers, in all sizes & styles, and it was getting difficult to decide which one to buy - until my wife saw one in almost the exact size and colour I was looking for (a "soft" light green). It was originally priced at $160, and was on a rack that said 50% off. But then my wife noticed the stickers on the sleeve which said "90% off"!!! That would put the blazer at $16. Not believing it, I took the blazer to a price-check machine and YES, it was $16. Guess what's hanging in my wardrobe now?!?!?!?! Thank You Kohl's from a very happy customer :-) read more

I don't shop at Kohl's usually but I was looking for a pair of specific Adidas slides and surprisingly this was the only store that had them in stock. Walked out with a two-pack Real Techniques blending sponge as well ($7 when they usually cost that much for a single pack). The store is two floors so it has a lot of things, and seemed pretty organized for the most part. Staff seemed nice as well. I google searched in-store coupons on my phone before paying and was able to snag 20% off of my items on top of their already marked down prices. Overall I had a great visit. read more

The manager is RUDE and doesn't know how to deal with customers and their issues. Instead of resolving things she behaved in a very rude and disrespectful way. Thanks to her, we are never shopping at this Kohl's again. In fact, we went and returned everything we bought. Work on your customer service or you will definitely lose customers. read more

On the 27th of Oct I had a item that I needed to have a price check. I went to the Jewelry Department where 2 female employees where gossiping. I ask the senior sales clerk if she would scan the price. She preceded to tell me the scanner is past the escalator to the left. I could not believe she wouldn't scan it for me. She preceded to get back to gossiping. I don't mind going to the price checker but when you are doing nothing and It seem like a inconvenient for her. I like shopping at Kohl"s but when you hire people that don't care you get a review thats rated 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

It's 2019 and please explain to my why "services" is aka "returns" on the 2nd floor? What happened to fast and friendly check out? You would think returns would be from any register in this store? Poor customer experience and inconvenience for your customers. read more

I just wanted to shop for some inexpensive shoes and maybe a pair of pants. Instead I get harassed by a Kohls charge card pimp, harassing me to get another credit card. This is a market ploy used in the 3rd world to sucker shoppers. I don't need to shop at Kohls. I'm going to JCP next time. read more

Over the Christmas season, I thought oh no Kohls will be crazy. My first trip there was great there was a young lady working the register that was not only great with customer service her friendly and sweet disposition made all the time waiting in line worth it.Good for you khols for getting great faces at your registers.I will be back Thank you Courtney for your great Service read more

Wonderful customer service experience. Had some questions and concerns regarding items I had bought and wanted to possibly exchange and Sarah was a great help. Patient, knowledgeable and a great overall help. She went above and beyond to assist me, which is a great sigh of relief, because you do not get that much anymore. Thank you... I will definitely be coming back!! read more

A small frustration fix, foiled. I love the clothes at Campbell Kohls. They NEVER have enough carts, and even though the Manager runs a very profitable store she has no say about this. Corp. office says no to more carts, they cost money. So, no bags, they are green after all, and no carts because they cost money. Ladies if you shop here be ready to load up an arm and carry everything as you try to shop, so you can save Kohls a few pennies. read more

I hate going in to Kohl's because i can never find what I need. This Kohl's location is one of the cleaner ones, but with limited space comes limited sizes and goods. Their customer service is pretty non-existent unless you go and approach someone for help. I'd only come to Kohl's if I was looking for something I'd know they would have in stock. read more

There are over 50 people in line and only 5 cashiers. This is ridiculous. I will never shop here again

This kohl's is huge, 2 levels and super affordable! I have to constantly re-evaluate my shopping basket when I come here. "is this something I really need and/or came here for?" read more

Good location that it's easy to get to right off the freeway and not in a crowded shopping center, but I'm not too crazy about it being 2 floors. Recently had to go in for a possible gift exchange. I wanted to find out how much I could get for it without a gift receipt, but to find out, I had to go upstairs to Customer Service. I couldn't just go to the register, which was a pain. In the end, I couldn't find anything to exchange it for so I kept the gift. read more

2-STORY KOHLS! DAYAM!!! So big! I don't like Kohls for their clothes because frankly they kind of SUCK. But their decorations and bedding and dishes are great and so is the mens section I can always find clothes for my man there. Kohls is alright but I always feel like I find more for WAY cheaper at Target and it carries a lot of the same things. read more

This place consistently provides for a great shopping experience. I was surprised by their vast selection in men's clothing. We got a great deal on our quality clothes for work. This place was extraordinarily tidy. The service was very friendly. On the continuum of department stores, this place is in between the former Mervyn's and Macy's. What they had available for housewares as limited. I look forward to the opening of Kohl's in Captiola. read more

This Kohls is pretty clean overall and the ppl are pretty friendly. I usually will pop into here to kill some time when I'm in there area. Definitely would come back. read more

This place looks like a tornado travelled through every time I have been there. I can't stand this store.

Got a lot of Xmas shopping done here... For myself lol, there was so much stuff. I needed and it was all there, day 1 400 dollars day 2 200 dollars but applied for a kohls card and saved 400 on day 1, day 2 in the newspaper 25 percent off if spen over 100 , with my brother but he was scared to get a charge card from kohls to save us 20 more percent so we only saved 200 bucks , read more

Been standing in customer service for a return for 15+ mins, with two cashiers assisting a line of 12 people. I come here very rarely for a reason. It's Monday afternoon and the store is by no means busy. I would expect for someone to call for backup help as the line continues to grow or for the management to come by and check up on the line. read more

I was burning some time in the area so I thought I would stop by. I know this is a rather new store and it didn't look like it. The store was in really bad condition. read more

I spent about an hour and a half in the women's section to end up only trying on about 10-12 items. As others have said, the sizes on the hangers don't match the clothing sizes. a Medium hanger for a size 18 jeans, Size 2 hanger for an XL top...it is so disorganized. They seem to carry pants for teeny tiny people or very tall, larger people...nothing for those in the middle. The racks are packed and hard to search through, which you have to do, given the hanger situation. I had my heart set on a couple of pairs of jeans I had seen online, but couldn't find the wash or the right size. And, there was absolutely no one on the floor that could help me. The only people I saw working were at the cash registers. Kohl's is super close to my house, and I would love to be able to pop in, buy a cute top and head out. But, it just takes way too long to sift through everything to find what I'm looking for. The prices were a bit crazy too...2 tops and a pair of capris for $86 is a rip off. I might end up returning something. read more

Couldn't find what I needed, but that's not their fault, really. I just need really huge curtains and a cheaper rug. This Kohls is much much nicer than the one in Santa Clara on El Camino/Lawrence. I'll be back when I need to refresh my wardrobe. read more

First time here. I lived in this area for 7 years now and never been to this location. It is either they do look that clean everyday or maybe I visited them in a good day. Anyways, the bathrooms were super clean and fresh smell of air freshener. Their prices are not bad as well. read more

Sunday afternoon and 2 cashiers working with a line of at least 40 people, other employees walk by and then run and hide. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Where has customer service gone? read more

Horrible customer service Annelise here's looking at you. Condescending, privileged cashier that thinks she is above other employees and insulted one to excuse her own social deficiencies. Yumin is a piece if work! when i got to her register she didn't greet me and when she noticed my scarf didn't have the tag she wrapped it up and told me she wouldn't sell it to me...I got a different scarf so she could see the price and she refused to work with me and kept putting her hand in my face when i was explaining to her that she can use look up the numbers on it. the manager had to come and tell Yumin HOW to do it... read more

Poor customer service reflects poor management! I was in this store AT LEAST 20 minutes and there was NO sales associates ANYWHERE!!!!! I was looking for a pair of pants and to say that the clothing was disorganized is a major understatement, so I just gave up. Very disappointing. read more

This Kohl's was a dump. We went not long after opening and the store was a mess. I would understand if it was in the middle of the day and busy, but it was morning and just a few customers were shopping in the section. We needed help finding something. We went to the check out desk to ask for help and he called for someone. She did try to find it, but she couldn't find what we were looking for in stock. When asked, she said to go upstairs to customer service and they would call another store. The person in customer service had very little interest in helping us. We finally ended up leaving with no help from her. I usually like Kohl's and ended up going to another one and getting quite a few things. The other store was much better organized and the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. read more

After my last visit to Kohls it's obvious why they're going out of business. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The people working are extremely unintelligent and not knowledgeable about their own store inventory. If you're working in customer service you should know how to speak fluent English, i would never waste my time going to this place again. read more

I am not sure what store these people are shopping at, but today was my last trip to this Kohl's! I looked today in a variety of departments, woman's, juniors, children's & lingerie & they were all a mess. If I found something cute, there was no chance of finding the correct size. It is no wonder Department stores are going the way of the dinosaurs! Who wants to dig through piles of clothes to find the size you need. If they want to stay in business, they need to hire some employees to clean up & put things away. Then on top of everything, after wandering the store for an hour, there was a long line of people to check out. They had 2 checkers, & one started today and admitted that he came in & got thrown on the register. This store is a disaster & I will not go back there! read more

I am now holding the Havana Jack's Cafe shirt that I bought at Kohl's a couple months ago. This is the second one that the material has failed in. Not the seams ~ it's the silk that just suddenly gets holes in areas where you wouldn't even expect there to be any stress! We threw the first shirt away but may ask Kohl's if there is something they can do, since this is the second one. I like this store, just the checkouts at this and other Kohl's are somewhat slow. They do have good sales! read more

Kohl's has wonderful clothes for great prices. I love to shop there because the customer service is good, the clothing selection is great, and they play nice music. read more

When i got there i noticed alot of clothes on the ground. The emloyees were very friendly, but the line took forever to get thru.

My friend and I decided to go to Kohl's to get his watch band shortened and shop for a watch for myself. The lady at the counter said she could not shorten his band because it was not bought at the store. She gave us the name of a place where we could get it shortened. I then asked if I could try on a certain watch. She said she does not want me to try on a watch because it is a lot of work to take it out of the packaging. This discouraged me from buying anything at the store. This store needs to work on its customer service. read more

I've gotten some really good buys at Kohls, lately lots online. I just wanted folks to know that they are not posting negative things about a review we might give. Sample: I reviewed some cotton nighties recently with mostly pros: thin and airy for summer, light weight and feminine, pretty pastels, short sleeves welcome now, with Cons: I tend to wash my nicer things by hand so they last - in cold water, hanging them up to dry. Well, they are so darn wrinkly! I mentioned that I might be like the odd couple, where one ironed his undies and socks! (Reporting that I would not recommend these to others unless they like to iron) Though, possibly if I stick them in the dryer for a mere 5 minutes on delicate it might loosen the crinkles? My next trial. Ha, I looked for my review for some reason the other night, and it was missing in action! Fair reporting right? No wonder they don't understand why we think most are FAKE reviews! NO USE POSTING A REVIEW FOLKS!! They are not looking for honesty. Just a warning....I won't waste my time anymore with my upfront, mostly positive reviews. read more

Worst service. No one is around.... Lines get long nobody comes to help. I've been here twice in 1 week... Never again
