This is a terrific addition to the Junction in the Bonjour Vietnam space. The three dishes we ordered were each outstanding. The wonton noodle bowl my wife ordered was amazing - packed with flavor and a bit of spice. My daughter had the udon noodle bowl, which was a great kid option as it's just broth over one of two types of noodles (Japanese or Vietnamese udon). I went with the char-siu noodle bowl - a simple arrangement of succulent and seasoned charred pork, fresh cucumber, carrots, and corn. But on a bed of high-quality noodles, the whole dish came together. The only downside is the ordering system - you are handed one tablet for the whole table. It's one more place you need to stare at a screen, and then if you want a recommendation on food or have a question, you need to call the server over. Would have appreciated some printed menus to coordinate our orders. Still, that's minor and we will definitely be back! read more

This is the kind of restaurant West Seattle desperately needs! A friend and I went right when they opened on Sunday at noon. Service was great! We were greeted and seated promptly. The server came with a tablet from which we could see and order from the menu. We both ordered, under the heading of 'Dry Mixed Noodle' (meaning no soupy broth), the spicy shank mixed noodles. Our order came out promptly. The portion size was perfect for two females. The spicy shank mixed noodles were delicious! Not too spicy but spicy enough to have a little kick. Several people came by at different times to check up on us and to refill our waters. I told the server I was very happy they opened up this restaurant in The Junction in West Seattle. I said I definitely will be back but with my family. He told us they were there on a trial basis. They didn't know if the landlord will allow them to stay. I think he said they'll be there until January 22 but I'm not positive about the date. It would definitely be a shame if they are not allowed to stay. read more

Stopped in on the way out of Easy Street Records. I ordered the fried dumplings and spicy wontons. They threw in some wings as part of their soft opening promotion. Dumplings and wings were crispy without being overcooked or greasy. The dumplings were amazing. Perfectly cooked although I would have liked them to be the chili oil to be more flavorful and spicier. We've gotten carryout from here so many times, but we went in person tonight and were blown away! The food firstly, is amazing. All of the noodle dishes, particularly the curry are our favorites but the dumplings are also great. This is by far the most kid friendly restaurant I've ever been to! Brandon was our amazing waiter, and he came right over with a suction cup plate, kiddo utensils and a little cup. He also brought out a box of small toys for our son to pick one and keep.
