I love the peanut butter sauce they put on this burger. Added a Tecate Tall Boy for $3. Nice combination. We sat at the tables along the window and people watched. Boy was there a variety of people in this area. Great food. I'll return one day. read more

My SO and I have ordered delivery at least 8 times. They've always been amazing! We love their fries and sauces, and they have a delicious veg burger. We've never been disappointed. However, last week I ordered our usual and my veg lettuce wrapped burger had bacon on it. I called back to see if maybe I could just get a coupon or something for next time. I was told there was nothing they could do, though my total order was about $35 and I've ordered there quite a few times. I realize it's partially my fault for not mentioning no bacon on a veg burger, but I wasn't really familiar with "bacon on everything." ‍ I shoulda known. Anyways, no hard feelings, mistakes happen! We'll still be eating their yummies. read more

So we stopped here on our way through Eugene because they had a vegan burger on their menu and I was starving after being in a car all day. When we came in and walked up to the ordering station, I asked for the vegan burger though they made you select a normal option from the menu to replace the patty with. Problem is all specialties have bacon. And cheese. And even the grilled onions are cooked in bacon grease. So as I learned this (and thanks to the cashier who thought to ask) I quickly realized my $11 burger was simply a patty, lettuce, and to accommodate, some chopped up onions. And to make it worse it came out the first time with cheese so I had to ask them to make a new one. Pros: the fries were great. read more

Great burgers, hearty and delicious. Only comment is they need to use another, more substantial bun for the barnyard. Couldn't hold the burger the bun was soggy and too small for such a beastly burger. We will be ordering from them again. So very delicious... read more

It was okay like it's just too expensive for an okay burger. Service was great and all are really nice

Wow. Atmosphere is great! Love the set up. Burgers are amazing, fresh, hot and oozing with goodness. My kid said that was the best grilled cheese she's ever had. Cider and beer on tap. Everything you need! Bacon and fries come with every burger. Enough said. read more

Man this has to be the best burger I have had in many years. Not sure if it's their house sauce or the unique bacon that they press in the meat before cooking. I came here in search of killing my burger craving and I got just that and more with their never ending delicious fries. They have a full bar also. The order taker/bartender was a great guy to meet. Him being a native in this city was a plus. This is a college kids dream. I look forward to eating here again in September. read more

Tried this place for the first time since moving to Eugene a few months ago. We ordered a classic burger and the Jose Mendoza, unfortunately the burger was missing on our classic burger which was a huge disappointment since there was a long wait to get the food and it wasn't near our house. I totally understand things happen and it was a very hot day and I'm sure 100x hotter in the kitchen. We called and let them know our burger had no burger and they were very apologetic and offered to remake our burger but we told them it was just too far of a drive to come back so they offered to refund us. The burger that was complete was very delicious and so were the fries. read more

Different burgers with bacon on all of them. All good. Their spicy chicken sandwich was good along with the shareable fries and house sauce. Would go again. read more

I want to add my thoughts on this restaurant. They definitely enjoy their music and it can occasionally be very loud. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are unique and tasty and they have a fun menu to choose from. I would recommend Killer Burger mainly because of its friendly staff. I was greeted by the person at the register with a smile and asked politely how I could be helped, I believe his name was Byron. Anyways, if that's correct-- way to go! You made a lasting impression. Although I am not a fan of a burger without avocado, I would consider coming back at another time. read more

You cannot go wrong when every burger comes with bacon! And their french fries are SO AMAZING! My favorite (and only) burger I get is the Bender. Burger, bacon, cheddar, grilled onion & jalapeño straws - it's delicious! The flavor is perfect and it has a slight spiciness from the jalapeño. We love everything about these burgers - fresh and juicy burger patty, light and tasty bun, generous amounts of BACON in every burger, and great topping combinations! And burgers are HUGE. I usually order the smaller version called the "girlie" size which is perfect for me. And they have a Killer Combo which comes with burger of your choice, a glass of beer and a shot of tequila! Oh and I can't forget to mention their little bar area. It's a lot of fun! The bartenders are fun and interactive - be sure to try one of their local microbrews they offer. Great place for a burger and beverage!! read more

Showed up because they said my order was ready for pick up. Then I waited for 20 minutes for them to bag it up. A mid-ass burger at best.

I've always loved Killer Burger not just because of the great food and drinks but great customer service. I placed an order to go for a group of 5. I picked it up the place was slammin! Everything was perfect and even though they were so busy the staff were friendly and great. Come hungry lots of food! read more

Cocktails and fries highly recommended!!! My friend and I were touring Eugene and saw this place across the street from Starbucks. (Landmark hint!) we were stuck inside because of the pouring rain but like things in the PNW, the rain stopped. We went and happy hour was happening :))) They had about 10 drinks for $5. We each got two drinks each. It was death punch and maneater. I wish I can remember the other two but they were good! We got a side of fries. I heard their burgers were awesome from locals at the place. Bummed we ate brunch before! read more

Got an order through grub hub. Food was cold, burger was flat. Will try again, but was disappointed based on the early hype

I'd give it 4 stars but the damned music is so loud it was uncomfortable to order and then sit and eat! Burger was great though!

Just passing through Eugene & found this place bc it was close to REI... Holy cow! The burger was amazing! And so quick, too. Thanks for making my day! read more

I've just got done washing my hands for a second time, and I'm still leaving greasy prints on my phone screen. Went for the meathead and it's arguably the best burger I've had in a long time. Well cooked, perfect amount of bacon and onions. The cheese was basically a sauce by the time I ate it. Going to be honest, my first take on the fries was "meh". I was wrong. Great balance of potato fluff and crispness. Special shout-out to the house sauce. read more

My fave burger place in the area so far. The peanut pickle bacon burger is bomb. I will be back.

Absolutely delicious burger. I appreciated the option to choose a smaller size because I never finish my burger and burgers are not good as leftovers. Glad we chose Killer Burgers. read more

Killer Burger is the right name. Perfect juicy and well seasoned. Great burger sauce and juice everywhere. Prices looked a tad high, but I didn't realize they include perfectly cooked fries. I asked to substitute raw onions and I was glad I did - I love onions. Nice slices of crispy pickles. What more could you want. Since we;re still in lock-down mode, the girl at the register (at the front door) was really sweet and friendly. I gotta take my old friend here as soon as he's out of self-quarantine. Just thinking back to last week at The Bun Stuffer at our little town of Roseburg, we decided they were both solid 5 stars. Slightly different reasons, but both are as good as we could ask for. read more

Burger with fries $11. I asked the server for a recommendation as the menu is a little chaotic. She recommends the traditional burger which I ordered. The burger was good but everything was super salty....and I really like salt so this was just too salty. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. I also ordered a side of mail for the fries. I got the sandwich and the side of mayo, but no fries. Then, when I tried to call them, it went straight to Voicemail, but I also ended the call before I could leave a voicemail. They want to fuck up your order and then not allow you to contact them about their fuck up. Losers. read more

My wife and I were wandering around downtown Eugene and decided we were hungry. Sizzle pie sounded good, but the pizza today looked... less than fresh, so we headed next door to try Killer Burger. It was busy (good sign), they were playing classic rock, and the host & servers were very friendly and excited to be there. The menus exclusively burgers & fries (it's Killer Burger), the headlining burger is the Peanut Butter Bacon and Pickle Burger. I ordered that one 'cause... why not. My wife go the Fun guy burger (mushroom, Swiss, bacon). They were both great. She had tried the José Mendoza before & preferred that one, but enjoyed the Fun Guy nonetheless. The meat was great, bacon with every burger, and bottomless fries! The only thing keeping them from 5 stars was the wait, but for fresh burgers - it was worth it. read more

Came recommend to us. Mediocre at best. Fries were good, burger was overly salty and the bun was too soft and fell apart.

You will find this Killer Burger in Eugene's 'Barmuda Triangle' right around the corner from Voodoo Donuts. I was visiting from out of town and was brought here by a friend who was acting as my spiritual burger guide for the evening. At first, I was unsure of his mystical talk of the PBPB. It seemed almost unholy to partake in a burger AND peanut butter in the same mouthful, but my food faith intervened and soon the plate was passed to me. After one bite I was intrigued. After two bites I was a believer. After three bites I was tasting & speaking in tongues...the fluid vocalizing of my grunting and moaning speech-like syllables lacked any readily comprehended meaning, but it was obvious by the smile on my face that I was having a spiritual burger experience. The PBPB is the Peanut-Butter-Pickle-Bacon burger. Within you will find the book of Bacon, Acts of PB Sauce & Smokey House Sauce, Immorality of Mayo, Grilled Onion, & Pickle...and all together, the revelation of the mind blowing apocalyptic experience of this burger. Holy burger salivation will set you back an offering of $9.95 Some notes: - This place is carnivore central...every burger comes automatically with bacon. - The line can move slowly at times...but it's worth the wait! - Get the PBPB burger. Have faith and you will be peanut-butter burger saved. read more

Once in awhile even vegetarians would like a greasy, cheesy, and messy burger. Unfortunately, this can be challenging to find. Veggie patties are mostly misses than hits with them being too dry, too crumbly, and too boring. That's why I love the 'going green' option at killer burger. It's such a satisfying burger that fits in the vegetarian diet. My go to is always the 'fun-guy'. A burger drenched in cheese and fried mushrooms. If their veggie option is this good I am certain their regular burgers are good too read more

We walked in and the music was SO loud that we decided to go somewhere else. The music selection was edgy. Not a relaxing atmosphere. Upbeat is ok. Finger nails on chalkboard, not so much. All my friends say the food is outstanding. There needs to a little more detail to cleaning. We will try again when the weather is better for outdoor seating. read more

First off I would like to say, that I absolutely do not burgers! However, with the help and assistance of one of the workers (Makaela) I got to enjoy the infamous peanut butter pickle bacon burger! Although it sounded absolutely disgusting, my tastebuds never been on a ride like that one and it was hands down the best burger I ever ate! I hate eating burgers, however Makaela really talked me into it and I'm so thankful she expanded my pallet! read more

If you want a basic boring burger, don't come here! This place is known for their crazy amazing burgers and it's a reputation they work hard to keep. Don't get me wrong, they taste amazing! Located in the perfect place in the middle of downtown Eugene this is a great place to eat at. During the summer there is some great outdoor seating, but still plenty available inside as well. I am more than comfortable bringing my kids here and there are some good food options for them also. This is a staple of Eugene when it comes to burgers! Make sure to stop by! Oh did I mention they also have beer on tap and a full bar as well. Makes it a great date night location in addition to everything else it has going for it! read more

Love the burgers, great flavor, love the music and the vibe. Also I like that I can pint size the burgers and they charge -$2! How cool!

Had a wonderful experience at this business. I was greeted by the cashier named Riley who was very friendly and helpful. I did end up having a mix-up on my take out order but that was easily remedied by Riley and his manager Slater. Coming from the service industry I really appreciate that these two employees were willing to take the extra mile to make my experience better. Everybody there was very friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend checking them out! read more

Killer Burger I don't think so. Good burger, but nothing killer about it. I don't think you can find a good burger in Eugene. All overcooked well done piece of ground beef smothered in salt, dressing, and toppings. It's just a mess of ingredients. read more

I can only speak for delivery and one item. But if you're in the mood for an old school juicy burger that hits all the notes the "Meathead" is the best burger in town at the moment IMO. Two perfectly cooked patties with just the right amount fatty goodness, cheese, grilled onions and bacon. I add a couple pickles and it becomes the best bite of burger around. I've been wanting to try this burger joint since I moved to Eugene 2 years ago... specifically for the bizarre peanut butter bacon pickle burger. But holy. Hell. It was so good. It wasn't really what I was expecting, but then again I really don't know what I was expecting because who puts peanut butter on a burger..? The peanut butter was seasoned heavily and resembled peanut sauce used in Thai food so it was more tangy than sweet. Burger was juicy and the house sauce / mayo combo was bomb. Definitely try it, even if the name of it scares you, because why not, when else would you? 10/10 would eat again. Not going to lie, the fries suck. They need some serious seasoning (rosemary or Cajun would be cool). Also an option for tots wouldn't be a bad idea. After trying it once, I found myself back for more later that week because it's that good. I think the worst part about this place is deciding on what burger to order because they all look / sound so delicious. I ordered the Classic Burger this time after changing my mind about ten times. It was pretty standard. The pattys are soo good and cooked just right and I'm obsessed with the fact that every burger comes with bacon. I'm still bummed I didn't get the Teemah but I'll be back to try more. read more

I'm back here after a 6 year ago review. What's funny is that I ordered the exact same thing as I reviewed on that first visit. I had the Teemah then and again tonight. The quality of the burger was 5 stars! everything about it was delicious. For me, the bun is one of the most important parts of a hamburger; if its hard or just too much bread it ruins the burger. I loved the bun to burger ratio here; I think they changed because I remember being twitterpated over the bun. Good job Killer Burger read more

Here is a how-to guide for ordering, based off of my experience. Step 1- ensure you are the first in line of your group. Order your burger from Cashier #1 (he'll make an appearance later) and receive an order number. Step 2- Find a table. The other members of your group will receive their food after about 30 minutes. The waiter will say "I'll check on yours." He won't. Step 3- Wait until the other members of your group have finished their meals, then go inside to check on your order. The cashier will say "They're wrapping it up right now." They aren't. Step 4- Wait for another 5 minutes, then ask another cashier about your order. He'll say "Should be about 20 minutes." At this point you may be a bit confused and frustrated. Step 5- You might question this and mention your group has already finished and you've been waiting for about 45 minutes for a standard burger, watching wistfully as other customer's burgers come and go. Cashier #2 will have some kind words for you. "Sorry." Step 6- If you are persistent with Cashier #2, he may point you back to Cashier #1 and subtly say "He should be able to 'hook you up.'" Step 7- Do as he says. Ask Cashier #1 if you can add your burger back to the queue, since it seems to have been forgotten. He'll say something along the lines of "That's not how it works here." Don't be deterred. They are just testing you. Step 8- If you continue to ask Cashier #1 about the order, he will look back to see that your order has actually made its way to the queue, after paying its dues idling by as orders that follow it get fulfilled. Step 9- Keep an eye on your burger as it gets cooked. If you break eye contact it may disappear back into the abyss. Make sure to check in with your group and let them know you'll just meet them at home. Step 10- The glorious moment has finally arrived. Your burger is ready. Make sure to thank Cashier #1, Cashier #2, and Waiter #1, which you had preemptively tipped well at the time of ordering. Without their incredibly mediocre efforts and lack of service in the face of adversity, you may never have received the burger you ordered an hour prior. Step 11- Enjoy. read more
