Buyer beware this company is no more than a scam artist online. I have continued to try and buy a battery for my kids radio flyer car and I keep getting an error message on their website AVS error. I called a text. They tell me they didn't get it in without a screenshot or an order number. They can't help me. I send them documentation for my credit card company showing that they charged my card successfully and they told me that unless I have an email from them, they cannot give me a refund so they keep my money. Updated review 12/20/23: So I heard back from the company via text, and I was given my tracking information. It wasn't instant... it took about 2 days, I imagine it's because of the busy holiday season, but I ended getting my tracking number and the expected delivery date is on schedule as advertised when I purchased my item. I went ahead and gave 2 more stars. I would highly recommend that the company simply shoot out an automatic confirmation email after a purchase is made followed by tracking info shortly after that. -------- They don't send out any confirmation of your online order. The chat and number they provide to contact them is a joke because nobody responds to you. When you call the phone number instead of texting it, they have a greeting which is reassuring until it says they'll connect you to the next available agent and it doesn't even ring... you just sit there in silence. I ordered from Kids Wheels on October 16th. Thankfully, I ordered through PayPal. I got a receipt showing I paid for the items, nothing else. No tracking information, no order number. I waited 8 days and reached out, they was quick to ask for my order number. When I sent back what information I had from PayPal, they never responded back. Waited a few more days and emailed again, still no response! I was able to get a refund today from PayPal! I wish there was an option for zero stars. These guys are scammers. Perhaps one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with online an item for my son back in June where they promptly charged me for an item and would forget about it. No communication should've done my homework as there is very similar results. All these guys do is ship people their item once in a while to try to keep some kind of customer service to confuse people with these criminals you've been warned. I ordered a battery online. Received email asking for picture because there were different options. Before I replied to that email, I received a ship notification. The battery that arrived was incorrect. When I told them it was incorrect and I wanted a refund, I was told they would not pay to return the battery. I told them that I would not pay for return shipping as it was not my mistake. They told me oh well. I told them I would challenge the charge on my CC and file with BBB and they said do what you want and hung up. After a simple request to have my shipping refunded due to my item taking FOREVER (whether it be their fault or USPS, either way) the OWNER I had been emailing with was so rude. Good quick service for repair on 2 Razor products. They have a small shop ad what looks like low overhead so I feel like I got a good deal. The parts they replaced for me looked like they were at retail cost from Razor's website. The shop fee was reasonable also. If you have a Razor product sitting around that needs repair then this is the place to go. read more

Holy nostalgia! I remember being a kid and wanting a PowerWheels, a mini-bike style Razor scooter, and all the radio controlled toys ever. This place has them! They also have vintage pedal-powered cars, consignment PowerWheels, and little ride-ons for the toddlers. They also have a good selection of fun and funky helmets for the kiddos. I priced a small RC rechargeable plane for $40, not bad at all. The boats and skimmers were also well priced, as were the large variety of cars and trucks. They repair RC models as well. Keep that in mind if your kid's favorite RC toy stops working. I discovered this place by accident, sure am glad I did! read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service. I contacted them asking to return a package that I no longer needed. When I did get a response, they are quite rude and very unorganized. They told me I must pay return shipping and 20% restocking. A bit much, but whatever. I sent the package back and got an email from them asking what I wanted done with it. Well, like the previous email stated, I wanted a refund. First week, no response, no refund. Second week, no response, no refund. Third week, no response, no refund. Even after emailing them and asking for an update. See a pattern here? So I then opened a case with the Better Business Bureau. Thinking that would spark some interest into their customers. They responded basically stating they didn't want to give me a refund, but after a couple days of arguing, they processed a refund. Which happened to be more than 20% restocking fee, but rather than arguing over 10 dollars, I let it go and couldn't be more happy to be done with this horrible company. Obviously all they care about is money and not making their customers happy. How they are still in business with customer service like that is beyond me. And I am not the only one that thought this. I saw a bunch of BBB complaints for the same thing. Too bad I didn't research a little first. Live and learn. Hopefully this helps someone else make a better decision and go elsewhere for their needs. read more

Sadly I haven't found another repair shop for riding power toys but this place was pretty ick for customer service. My husband was told he could pick it up on a Saturday and that they'd open at 10am. He sat in the parking lot until 11:30 before an employee showed up!!! NO APOLOGIES or compensations for their lack of regard for their own business hours. He even asked for a discount. When he got home he discovered they'd broken another park of the power wheels! When they called to follow up he mentioned that the service was awful and they'd broken the radio and it was as if they never heard him. Very disappointed. read more

We were having the hardest time fixing our son's hummer. We ordered part after part to no avail from different vendors. We finally talked to Flavio on the phone and he was super nice and helpful.
