We brought our ring in to be cleaned and were under the impression that the inspection would be done at the same time, as that's always been the process. However, the associate told us that whoever helped us must not have logged the inspection, -- so now my warranty is void because of their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, she just kept giving us excuses and pushing us to buy a new ring. What's even more disappointing is that we've always bought our jewelry here and have been loyal customers for years. You'd think they would value that and take some responsibility, but instead, we were met with excuses and pressure to spend more money. Really frustrating and disappointing experience.
