Excellent watch repair service. Fast, exceptional, and well priced. Will be coming back for future needs. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer for many years. I always go here for watch repair and battery changes. I have gotten high end items like a 14K gold ring, an Invicta watch, etc. I highly recommend this shop. When husbands get their wives flower bouquets in HEB, they can stop by here and get the wife a ring or a necklace. It's so convenient! Check out some of my coolest finds. read more

Shops like this you go for the service. The one on one personal touch. The proprietor gives the very effective vibe of a clockmaker. Right down to his sleepy demeanor, soft spoken tone, and friendly. Yet his meticulous, delicate touch with watches are juxtaposed to his Father Time nature. While watching him work on my watches, he gave jewels of wisdom on watches, their movement, and why they can sometimes break. I was there for over an hour, but to be fair, I came in with fifteen watches. Most just needed batteries, a couple needed repairs. So I can't say if it was pricey or not because of the quantity lol. However, I feel he's better served in a small brick and mortar shop littered with exotic clocks and time pieces, all ticking in unison. But that could just be me. Instead you can find this adorable vendor inside the heb on Palm Valley read more

Too expensive for the value - I recently took my automatic watch in for just a battery replacement and minor strap adjustment. The cost for the service was significantly higher than I anticipated, better alternative is go to Fiesta . read more

Watch Galaxy - Watches Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

I've been 3 times. Once the minute hand on my son's watch fell of for the 2nd time He wasn't involved with that one. He fixed it while we waited. He even had disparaging words about the guy who fixed it last time. Apparently they scratched it up while fixing it. The other two times were showing me the proper way to change the day/date on my watch, and the next was to fix the band after I messed it up. All right while I waited an didn't look at me as if I were the idiot I felt like. He's good. Other jewelers have sent me to him because they would have had to send out the fallen minute hand to the mfg. read more

Thought my husband's watch needed a new battery. Owner checked it and told me it did not need one. Very friendly and professional.

Friendly, honest service. Fixed my watch while I waited. Will be my go to for watch repair from now on.

I took in seven watches, expecting the worst since I had taken my favorite into Penney's for a new battery on one and it wouldn't work. I had saved six months for that watch 20 years ago as a newly single mother. The others I had won at an auction with the exception of one my sister gifted me, and wasn't expecting much. I had actually won two more at auction, but they were working. I haven't had a wind-up watch in years so it took me awhile to figure those two out. I got to sit and watch Ali work. He is a master of time and a very nice, thoughtful, generous person. I highly recommend this business, not only for repairs, but for purchases. He has a beautiful array of watches, watch bands and jewelry in stock and does have a lay-a-way plan. It's never too early to start holiday shopping! The wall and mantle clocks were nice and I believe he had two cuckoo clocks on display. In the end, all but one watch was repairable. The unrepairable one looked like I had soaked it in the bathtub on the inside and we couldn't even get the face off to change the Swiss movement. (I'm an expert now) Go here for your battery changes and repairs and tell him Mo sent you! read more

Best around the owners no joke very professional and knows what he's talking about 10/10

Great service! The owner is a kind man. Just as I arrived an elderly woman was in the shop and had lost her keys. He dropped everything to help her and made sure she was able to contact her family and he ensured she had the help she needed. I'll keep doing business here. read more

Ali is the BEST with watches. I am a watch collector and he is the only person that touches my watches! My last experience was about two weeks ago and he fixed my Movado watch and saved me hundreds of dollars. EVERY time I take one of my watches the repair is done right the first time and the fees are fair! Ali even goes the extra mile to explain what was wrong and what he had to do to fix the problem. I promise you will never find a more skilled watch professional that is as honest as he is! Greg M read more

I brought my watch in to have the battery changed. The man said that there was 25% charge on the battery, but I said, just put in a new battery since I was there. I was charged $16.23 (price not normally an issue) but the charge on my watch still show no charge - I think he put my old battery back in the watch and charged me for a new one. I am most unhappy about that. read more

Honest man who really knows his stuff. He let me sit down and watch him fix my Tag (not bragging -- it was a gift) and explained all that he was doing and why he was doing it. My watch works great now, and I witnessed him earning his money. Nothing I could have done with a few small tools and a YouTube video. I'll go there again if I need another repair. read more

Thanks Ali for helping me out with getting some broken links out of my watch...truly got me out of a jam. Appreciate your professionalism and great service. I will be a returning customer. Highly recommend for any watch needs. read more

I have been looking around town for a local watch repair that will even look at my seiko watches. This man was very respectful, honest, and reasonable. He was able to fix my watch in less than 10 minutes (had movement corrosion and button contact misaligned). I support local business, ESPECIALLY in these troubled times. I will not hesitate to come back next time I need a watch repaired. Plus I can get groceries while I wait if needed. read more

Needed 2 watch bands fixed. Gentleman there had them fixed in 10 minutes for $10. Professional and crisp service. Thank you.

I was hesitant to go here because it was inside the HEB Plus. I don't know what kind of experience the shopkeepers have and if they are run by the "mother" store. As a matter of fact, I took the watch to Z&M jewelers, as they looked more experienced to me. Kudos for them. They referred me to Watch Galaxy because he had the tools and experience to fix it properly. I was surprised, because when he saw what was wrong; the hands had come loose. He quoted me a fair price, then offered me a seat and got busy. When he saw some previous tech had left scratches. He commented on poor workmanship. He was careful, dexterous, and done in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone in need of watch repairs. One other thing, he exuded confidence, and talked about other stuff the whole time, stopping only when he had to pay close attention to his work. When he finished that, we started talking without missing a beat. He had an air of confidence that you could trust him. And you got to see what he was doing. How many jewelers do that? read more

The owner is an honest man who's first priority is customer service. I have a 20 year old watch that no one in the Austin area would touch. I walk in and within no time my problems were solved. This guy is amazing. He took a watch my wife sent through the washer and dryer and brought it back to life. Granted I left it in my pocket. I love you honey. Still I was without hope and after about 15 mins of cleaning the watch came back alive. Super happy with his work. This is my first ever review shows how impressed I was. Thanks again read more

I was charged $29.99 for a battery instead of $9.99. I think it was because it was a 14k gold watch. Aren't all watch batteries the same regardless of the watch they go into. I am going to go elsewhere now. Disappointing. read more

I went into the Watch Galaxy just to see what it was all about and was met with a pleasant smile. I needed a new watch and the selection was great so I bought one. Several weeks later I had an issue with the watch that turned out to be a manufacturing defect. Mr. Ali immediately accepted the watch back and offered to replace it right them with one in the inventory. When there was not another one like the one I selected her returned it to the manufacturer for replacement. He also ordered a pair of earrings for me and had them adjusted at no cost. I will continue to patronize the Watch Galaxy because of the excellent customer service and the ready smile. read more
