Helped me get the perfect ring for the perfect woman ! Thank you to the ring for helping me pick out the perfect ring!!!

My wife and I purchased my wedding ring from here a few years ago. I love the ring and the quality of it. The reason why I give this a 3/5 is because of the service provided by the employees that work there. I'm not sure if it is because of who I am or what, but I have never been greeted or nicely helped when I've gone there, be it to purchase my ring or to come back for a cleaning or even to look at purchasing more jewelry. Love the quality...hate the service...

My experience with The Ring and with Katie was amazing. Katie worked with me from what our original design we received from an online vendor and helped us design the most beautiful, sturdy, and unique ring! Katie was so patient with me for MONTHS as we went back and forth with the designer and narrowing down my perfect ring. My fiancé and I both had a vision for what we wanted the ring to look and feel like and Katie was our advocate with the designer in creating our vision. I cannot say enough great things about The Ring but we definitely will be back to design the wedding band as it gets closer to the wedding date! Thank you so much, Katie, you truly made our experience creating our ring so special and stress free!!

Thank you for helping my fiancé pick out the PERFECT ring for me! It's exactly what I wanted.

I cannot review the buying process, but I can tell you this place helped my boyfriend purchase the most incredible ring for me! It made me gasp AND made my eyes leak. (And I guess now I need to start referring to him as my fiancé!) When he asked me a while back what I wanted, I told him something very simple. Just a princess cut solitaire on a plain narrow band. After he proposed, he told me that he went to several places and each of them tried to talk him into something I did not ask for..."She needs diamonds on the band and a halo setting." Um, no I don't. He said the people at The Ring worked with him on exactly what he asked for. And oh my...what a ring it is! The diamond is simply breathtaking...pictures don't capture its beauty. I catch myself so many times a day playing with it in the light, and I have already received so many compliments on it, and not only because I am showing it to anyone who comes within five feet of me. :-) We cannot wait to come back and use The Ring for our wedding bands and any other jewelry needs that will come up in the future.

The ring made my ring dreams come true! I had a dream in mind and didn't know where to go. I am so glad I found the ring. Shannon in round rock helped us and she was a jewel, haha. My ring is very important for many reasons. We used four small diamonds from my grandmas ring and the small diamonds from my original ring for the band. (This is an upgrade). Shannon was able to do all of this customization in house for me. My ring setting had also never been done in an emerald cut, Shannon was very patient and purchased several diamonds for me to choose from. I can not recommend The Ring enough. I will never go anywhere else. Just like when you find the right partner, when you find the right jeweler, it's for life.

I love this jewelry store, I have never seen a place with so many different choices in just wedding rings and engagement rings and I have shopped a lot in my lifetime. Plus the ladies there are so friendly and helpful, Jeanette was my sales lady, she was just as excited for me as I was, she opened the cases and handed me a tray to collect my choices to help keep track and to be able to see them side by side, I must have collected 2 trays of different rings then was able to narrow it down to my final choices. Then I had to choose my choice of cut for the diamond, many choices as well. She placed it within the setting to compare the how they looked, I tried the 3 karat pillow cut and the solitaire, I chose the solitaire, so gorgeous!!! My husband and I decided to also find him a new wedding band and again so many wonderful choices to look at, he found his band a nice thick titanium band. In the same visit my husband mentioned that I wanted an emerald, they found the highest quality emerald and then I found a beautiful setting for that, the jeweler helped to design the setting so that it could hold the emerald as I chose a setting I really liked but couldn't support the large emerald alone so he fabricated it to work, a beautiful setting when he was done. As we were about to walk out a beautiful and unique diamond bracelet caught my eye and I just had to try it on, Jeanette was awesome, she pulled it out and put it on my wrist and I fell in love with it, so I had to add that to my cache of jewelry. I left a very happy woman and the experience was so awesome. I have returned many times for cleanings and window shopping, the ladies always welcome me and even sent my husband the list of items I looked at and decided they should go on my wish list, so my sweetie can refer to that list when he decides to surprise me in the future. I'm a lucky lady, so I'm sure those items will soon come off my wish list and onto my body soon. Update: I walked into The Ring a couple of days ago and walked out with another gorgeous ring.

I cannot say enough how wonderful of an experience we had at The Ring. My then boyfriend and I were looking a several ring stores that day and were met with salespeople that prejudged us and showed little interest in showing us rings (we think this must have been because of our casual attire and ages). They would either heavily push payment plans and cheap rings, or give us no service or education on the process at all. Jeanette at The Ring treated us with respect and zero judgement. The layout of the store also allowed us to have a non-intrusive experience and really spend time looking at all of the rings. Jeanette took the time and attention to educate both of us on what to look for in a diamond, and even showed us alternative diamond options since I insisted (why not right?). We even shared with her another ring that I had loved for years and she helped me recognize why it would not be my ideal choice. The funny thing is, the ring that we bought was actually a dupe of a ring from a popular online jeweler (and more expensive at The Ring too!) - but we knew we had to purchase from The Ring because of the care and attention they showed to us. We ended up going with a gorgeous rose gold ring and diamond, and even found a wedding band for my boyfriend. We are happily engaged and intend to do all future jewelry business at The Ring - you will not get the same care, attention, and one-on-one service anywhere else. Major shoutouts to Jeanette and to Michael for their helpfulness and kind attitude towards a pretty massive life decision. We love you guys! -Cynthia and Jacob

One of the things I like about Ranch Road jewelry is they are able to do small repairs right on site. I was able to come and retrieve it the very next day. I did have a little bit of sticker shock-probably because it's been quite some time since I've had any jewelry repaired. It was a little over $100 with tax. It looked as good as the day I bought it! They also have some lovely jewelry in their display cases.

I can't say enough good things about Ranch Road Jewelry…read more I found them through a recommendation in my neighborhood Facebook group when I was looking for a jeweler willing to repair two of my daughter's pieces. These were not expensive items, in fact, they were cheaply made, but they were incredibly meaningful and irreplaceable, as they were gifts from her aunt who lives in another country. From the very beginning, neither the woman who helped me nor the owner hesitated or made me feel like the job wasn't worth their time. One of the pieces, a bracelet, turned out to be especially difficult to repair, but they kept working on it until they figured out a way to fix it, and they succeeded. Seeing how happy my daughter was made it all worth it. They even apologized to me for how long it took, which was completely unnecessary, as the extra time was clearly due to the care and effort they put into finding a solution. On top of all of that, their pricing was more than fair, and they even cut me a deal! Which truly felt above and beyond and completely unexpected. The customer service was exceptional. Every interaction was friendly, kind, and down to earth. I was genuinely impressed and will be recommending Ranch Road Jewelry to anyone and everyone. I'll also be buying all of my jewelry there from now on. Just a great place all around.

The lady seemed put out as if I was asking her to wash my car. She asked to see the watch and when I handed it to her the trap was sprung. I had a new battery for the watch and wanted to see how to get the back off of a snap back and she said it shouldn't be an issue and she would ask. She literally walked 8 feet to a doorway and that's where she threw anchor for the next 18 minutes. It was probably longer and I figure about 3 or 4 minutes had passed before I took notice that she never even asked if I could watch how to get the back off so I started timing her. I let her know it had been over 15 minutes and I needed to go and she didn't even turn around and acknowledge me. Instead, she walked into the room and out of my sight. I asked another employee if she could just return my watch and this whole situation was weird. Snag my watch, never tell me what the cost is and then ignore any simple questions or requests. She went into the magical back room and I took account of the time and 7 minutes later the first rude lady came back and handed me back my battery and said it was the wrong battery. This is a lie. I have 3 Movado Bold watches. She digs up a chart that has all the CRAZY prices listed and tells me it will be $38 due to the cost of the battery and it being a luxury watch. I told her I paid $145 for it at the Navy Exchange at Pearl Harbor and they should raise the prices. It just so happened to be Veteran's Day and she asked if I'd served and I told her that I was in the Navy for 8 years. She thanked me for my service and said "that will be $38". I asked for my watch back and she said it was in pieces and I let her know I would love it in pieces and to please return my property and $38 for a battery is ludicrous for a $145 watch. She stuck to her crappy business model and said to fork over the money or the watch was staying there. As I was getting the extortion payment the other lady comes out and walks over and tells me a different lie. The battery had to come from them or the watch wouldn't be covered under warranty. I asked what all this warranty covered and she wasn't even ready to back up her lie. The rude lady chirps in and tells me it covers just the battery and I immediately shot back with "for how long?" She said she would have to ask. So I gave her 2 twenties and then after another 12 minutes they finally gave me back my watch. I asked again how long was the warranty and she said they would find out and I would have to comeback for the info. What a terrible business model to grab someone's property and then hold it for ransom to return it. AND ON VETERAN'S DAY
