Walked in (15 minutes before closing) with a faulty vintage bracelet clasp on a 1966 Accutron wrist watch. They spent 20% of their time repairing the clasp, and 80% educating me on how to make sure the clasp is closed securely every time. Walked out a happy-happy customer. read more

Have Omega Seamaster Professional that after 20 years of constant use and zero service, stated loosing significant time. I took it to the top Austin Omega dealer who wouldn't even look at it even though they claim to have factory trained technicians. Their only option was to box it off and ship to factory, wait months and pay who knows what. Frustrated, I came here after reading reviews and am so happy that I did.
