This ain't no "plaster fun time"!…read more Looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon? Feeling artsy? Want a great idea for a date night? Want to learn to make your own pottery? Then you have to go to Ceramics and More! This veteran, woman owned small business has become a fixture in Pflugerville for good reason. You can walk in and choose from a wide variety of "blanks" (ranging in size and price point, there's something for everybody and any skill level), to include seasonal options, to paint yourself. You leave the pottery item with them to be fired and get picked up at a later date. They can host individuals, groups and even host parties. They have snacks there too! And have a super helpful staff to help you with your project or give you ideas. And. Now. You can even learn how to make your own pottery there too with a room of pottery wheels and classes!!! A super fun way to MAKE pottery items for you or your loved ones. I LOVE THIS PLACE and am in there routinely. Check it out for yourself and if you see me in there please say hi!

Located in the near downtown Pflugerville, this is the place to get your pottery painting on!…read more They just recently expanded their site and can host large groups and now offer pottery making classes. We did a 12 person team bonding event here for my daughter's club volleyball team. It was perfect! The owner was kind and helpful throughout the process. We had the room that was part of the expansion and could bring in our own snacks. The girls picked the item of their choice to paint and then I picked them all up a few days later. I highly recommend supporting local and booking an event here!

If you have to any Hobby Lobby the lay out of the stores are identical. This particular one to me…read morefeels a bit smaller compared to most. I could be wrong, but I have noticed some of the big chain businesses in Pflugerville are a little bit smaller compared to most of the big cities in Texas. My experience here the first time was smooth and fast. My wife and I came here for some Christmas decorations. Needless to say when we shop together we have the same type of buying taste most of the time. The service of the front desk is pretty fast when busy or slow. All the staff have greeted me with a smile and ask how I am doing as I walk into the store and when I am shopping around. As another elite Yelper stated in their review this store stays stocked and has a great selection to choose from and value of their deals/sales for the products are not bad at all. Parking here isn't too bad at all. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a bit challenging due to the Stone Hill shopping center's layout of back to back intersections. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experiences here and I look forward to many more.

It is clean, and neat, stocked to the brim with everything you could ever want. The staff was very friendly, lots of bright and welcoming faces. I'm so excited for a new store- I love coming here for crafting items, home decor, and the occasional toy for my toddler. There is such a wide variety of items at Hobby Lobby you could easily get lost in the store for hours. My favorite thing about Hobby Lobby is the rotation of sales. Sometimes I go in to purchase something when it's not on sale so I just hold off until the next week and I get that discount. It makes crafting and decorating so much more affordable than other stores. I am so excited to have a store closer to home I might have to pick up a new hobby.

I have to be honest, Hobby Lobby is my zen place, my nirvana, my little slice of Heaven on earth…read moreevery time I enter their doors. As usual, my visit with my sister and niece the Saturday before Easter went well and lasted much longer than it should have because I always peruse every. single. aisle. (I might miss something if I don't-crafters, you know what I mean, right?!?) Anyway, our party headed up to the register, chatting away and laughing with one an other, having just a great time being present in the moment and looking forward to our upcoming holiday day with the family. Then, it happened: the cashier, who was clearly not having a good day, did nothing more than mumble my total when I checked out and then was downright nasty to my sister to the point that she asked her if she was ok as the girl scanned her purchases. The question seemed to exacerbate the bad mood, so we just walked away. She very obviously did NOT want to be there. Talk about a mood killer! I was so bothered by the interaction that I called the manager from the parking lot, who seemed pleasant on the surface but obviously just wanted me off the phone and seemed put out that he had to take a customer call. I told him what happened, explained that I'm sure she didn't really mean harm, but that he had a clearly upset employee in the most customer facing role in the store. I thought maybe if he knew, he'd want to do something else with her time while she was in such a bad state that day. I don't know what action he took, if any, but I did try to help. This was disappointing, but it won't stop me from going back into HL, which is one of my favorite places in the world. It definitely gave me pause and makes me wonder what she must have been going through that day to be in such a horrible mood. Also, I might check out the location in Georgetown, instead.

First and foremost, I want to give the huge shout out to the cashier named Andrea. She was so…read moreincredibly helpful and generous. I cannot think of enough for being such a kind person! My son and I really enjoyed the variety of Christmas decor. He was especially fond of the Grinch aisle. We will be adding some grinch items to our decor this year! And at 50% off right now it's a deal you can't pass up.
