This is the place to go for your framing needs. I brought 3 pieces in a few days before christmas and was met by Ursula. This lady knows her stuff. I gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she immediately went to work designing a mat/frame combo. She quoted me the price and I told her it was too high and to just go with a basic frame with no mats. She said ok, gave me a lower price quote and assured me they'd be ready by christmas eve. On the afternoon of chrismas eve, she called to say everything was ready. I went by and to my surprise, she had framed the pieces with the original mat/frame combo that I had said was too expensive. Then she tells me it will still be the lower price I agreed to and that it was her gift to me. That was a super sweet gesture by a great person. Well, I have found another business with terrific customer service. I had a bunch of old photographs, some around 100 yrs old. These were all of family members, all deceased. I never knew exactly what to do with them. Most of the pictures were quite faded even though they had been in a trunk and not exposed to light. I was clueless about how to preserve and display them. This is why I highly recommend this business. They don't just take your picture and stick it in a frame. They scanned all the photos and brought out detail that I could not see in the originals. They put the photos in a collage type frame in an order that makes prefect sense. The total experience here was very satisfying. The owners, even though they are experts in restoration and framing, they didn't make me feel like anything less than a valued customer. I'm a General Contractor, owner of Romnes Remodeling, LLC in Round Rock. A customer wanted custom cabinet doors with glass inserts for his bar cabinet. I took care of removing the wood panels from the door, but then I ran into the issue of finding a glass company that was able to cut the glass for me. After calling four or five other companies I came across Hang Ups. I called ahead to make sure that this is something that they would be able to do. When I arrived Ursula took measurements and cut the glass within about five minutes. She made sure everything fit the way it should and then packaged the glass for easy transport.
