She brought numerous frame and matting options to our home. Based on where the items were going to be hung she suggested options and we were able to make decisions. They were very different items and in questionable condition. She was able to preserve both of the items and they look beautiful. She and her husband came back to our home and hung these pieces as well as numerous others. They were very helpful in putting together rooms which we hadn't gotten together with new and old pieces. This was verified by our engineer who tactfully said "I've seen better." Windows were installed not plumb or square, floor was not level, doors all had to be reinstalled and siding had to be redone numerous times. How much worse can it get? It took forever and they wasted a ton of materials and never cleaned up after themselves. I honestly cannot think of one good thing to say.
