No one at Diva would give us the time of day. When we asked about a project they finally showed interest and scheduled a paid in home appointment once they heard our budget. We just dropped in to look at additional fabric choices and get a better understanding on how the Hunter Douglas motorized shades worked. Again we were ignored by everyone in the store. While looking at the Hunter Douglas blinds some self empowered guy, walked up to us, said the remotes for the blinds shouldn't be out, took them out of our hands and took them to the 2nd floor!? My wife and I just stared at each other before asking, did that really just happen? We went back the next weekend, talked to the one of the people who visited our house, asked our questions, but she couldn't find the remotes that Chad took from us the week before. We got the message. There is good customer service, no customer service and bad customer service. They actively treated us in a way that pushed us to find someone else to do business with.
