No one at Diva would give us the time of day. When we asked about a project they finally showed interest and scheduled a paid in home appointment once they heard our budget. While looking at the Hunter Douglas blinds some self empowered guy, walked up to us, said the remotes for the blinds shouldn't be out, took them out of our hands and took them to the 2nd floor!? My wife and I just stared at each other before asking, did that really just happen? We went back the next weekend, talked to the one of the people who visited our house, asked our questions, but she couldn't find the remotes that Chad took from us the week before. We got the message. There is good customer service, no customer service and bad customer service. They actively treated us in a way that pushed us to find someone else to do business with.

After the installation, we noticed that the shade was damaged and the fixture was a whole bubble off level. Upon closer inspection, the box had been damaged and repaired before it left the store. After some wrangling, the store agreed to return the product to supplier. Problem is who is going to remove the damaged light and reinstall the replacement light? Texas Bright said that it was not their responsibility for any removal nor re-installation of a replacement light. Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars. I will never set foot in their establishment again and I intend to inform our decorator. The staff exhibit an attitude and customer service is minimal at best.
