First and foremost, I want to give the huge shout out to the cashier named Andrea. She was so incredibly helpful and generous. I cannot think of enough for being such a kind person! My son and I really enjoyed the variety of Christmas decor. He was especially fond of the Grinch aisle. We will be adding some grinch items to our decor this year! And at 50% off right now it's a deal you can't pass up.

I needed Christian themed fabrics to construct a puff quilt for a friend. We stopped by and were pleasantly surprised at the selection! We found just what we needed and the gentleman in the fabric department was a delight. Please give him a raise. Thanks again!

Do not buy foam craft stickers or crafts in the holiday ailses because they have a very strong chemical odor. They will not go away even if you air them out. It has a very toxic smell

Anyone who shops at Hobby lobby for any length of time pretty much knows what to expect. The layout of the stores is pretty much the same wherever you go and as always crammed full of every artistic and craft item imaginable. My favorite part of the store is the picture framing area. I've used their services on a number of occasions and they've always been very reliable.

why does every single worker look and act miserable, and can't do simple tasks? bad customer service from literally every worker in there.

Yet my coworker always finds the cutest shoes on sale. Same goes for clothes for me. I may browse and browse the racks and mostly leave empty handed. My coworker will find a great bargain on clothes. The thing I do love about this store is the beauty aisle. Face masks, hair care and makeup brushes. Score! Household items? Score! Organization boxes or shelves? Score! These are the items where I have to tell myself to calm down and not overdo it. I love to browse the household items they have. I bought a lot of great stuff here to organize my overflowing closet. Now it's in great shape! My coworker scored a great gift for our White Elephant gift exchange one year. It was a Moscow Mule set and people were fighting over it. The checkout lines used to be so long and I usually come during lunch so I am in a hurry. That has actually improved when I visit. The lines definitely go faster than another big discount store. I definitely appreciated that. Check this place out to see if you find a great deal.

We were looking in the jewelry aisle for upcoming holidays and almost tripped on a shitzu that had wandered a bit from owner-yikes..then we went to the candles and almost backed over a small chihuahua that was not leashed.mom went to the ladies room and there was another small dog in the next stall leaving a dump on the floor..dog fatigue us getting frustratingly stressful. How did common sense and manners become a past life. Everyone welcomes REAL ADA service dogs in retail stores but these pets being brought in is ridiculous . We are into being in close spaces with other human beings; not having to avoid almost tripping over an emotional pet..I would never stress my dogs into being around strangers than leaving them at home where it's familiar/safe/non-triggered environment. Such a world of entitlement is childish to subject the public.

Kohl's - The main reason I visit Kohl's: Amazon Returns!

Kohl's

I always make this my preferred Kohl's location…read more Pros - convenience to the area and other shopping options - they have an actual Big & Tall section versus other store locations (even up to 4x) - staff is always friendly - store is always organized (they even work hard to keep the dressing rooms cleaned) Cons - some of the rotation for the Big & Tall gets stale so you need to catch it as the seasons change, but I am still happy they have the options for a tall guy like me who needs the LT or XLT sizes

I've been a Kohl's customer for many, many years, but no longer. I doubt I will buy anything here…read moreagain. They so rarely had my size in Levis that I just stopped looking, anyway. I can go to the Levis website and order the exact pair I want in my size and they will be on my doorstep in a day or two. So why bother coming to Kohl's anymore? Amazon Returns. A few days ago, I was here for an Amazon return and they handed me a coupon for 20% off my purchase at Kohl's. So I thought I'd use it. In a nutshell, that 20% off coupon Amazon gives you is bullshit. Allow me to explain... I went to the area where all of the men's sportswear clothing used to be to discover that there wasn't much to choose from. There was a lot of Champion gear, but their track pants felt like burlap. Seriously. Burlap. Nevertheless, I found a nice pair of Under Armor joggers. Good enough. I also found a Yellowstone board game (a gift for my parents - they love the TV show - shush, don't tell'em I got'em that until after this Christmas). My wife got some bras. So three totally unrelated items: pants, bras, and board game. While checking out, however, we were informed that we wouldn't be getting 20% off of anything because the coupon wouldn't work for the things we wanted. It says it all right there, in that tiny font wording on the coupon that no naked eye can read, the giant list of everything in the store that the 20% doesn't apply to. After I took the coupon home and put it under my microscope so I could read it, I would venture to say that the 20% off coupon does not work for 95% of the stuff for sale within Kohl's. After paying a lot more than we thought we would have to pay for our stuff, we were walking out when I noticed that there was a second larger location for the rest of the men's sportswear on the other side of the registers, hidden behind all their Christmas stuff. Silly me! Why didn't I just look behind the mound of Christmas swag back where the women's clothes used to be for my men's pants?! This store sucks. Unless there are some big changes, I doubt Kohl's will be around much longer. This place continues to go downhill, year after year. I seriously doubt that putting a Sephora in the middle of the store will save them. I remember when Blockbuster Video tried to save themselves by having a Radio Shack outlet that sold a small selection of cords, batteries, adapters, etc. in some of their stores. That did not work out for either of them in the end, and I predict history repeating itself in the end with Kohl's (Sephora may survive, though). Hopefully, by the time Kohl's goes under Amazon will have a drone service available to pick up my returns in my driveway.

Kohl's - Can a Sephora outlet in the middle save this dying department store? Only time will tell.

Kohl's - Clothes for the average man, but be careful because most Kohl's-brand items won't last for more than a year or two.

Stephen greeted up upon entering and was not pushy about anything. He gave us space to explore but the moment we needed him, he was there ready to answer all of our questions!! He was so helpful and him being able to speak three languages was amazing! My husband likes to ask questions in Spanish to understand better and Stephen helped a lot by utilizing the fact he could speak Spanish! He made us feel very welcomed and heard! We loved how amazing he was that we made sure that the following day we would get him for the sale. He helped us with so much and we are so sad he's going to another state! We would definitely go back for him! Best experience we have ever had at rooms to go and the store he goes to next is so lucky to have him! Wish Stephen nothing but the best on his new journey and appreciate him for putting up with our craziness!!

Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with Rooms To Go. Before they arrived, I moved my large, rare, and expensive plants out of the way to make things easier. Somehow, they still managed to bend leaves on two plants and break another. That alone was frustrating. But it didn't stop there. They knocked over a cup in my kitchen--completely separate from the living room--spilling water everywhere. It soaked through an entire roll of paper towels and even got onto the arm of the sofa. The worst part? They didn't say a word. I discovered it after they had already left. To top it off, we purchased a $500 area rug with a rug pad. The delivery person laid it down, realized the pad was larger than the rug, and instead of fixing it, told me to cut it myself. Unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability. Lesson learned.
