I came because they have Torani syrup for my Italian Sodas!!! No more spending $8 on them at the coffee shop!! The store has some really eclectic selection of furniture and rugs! We spent way to much time browsing the furniture and food! World Market has so much cool stuff to look at yall. They were super friendly! We ended up leaving with the syrup, of course, but also chips, tea, beer, candy, and we are coming back for a light fixture!!

As a born & raised Texas girl, my motto is usually "the bigger, the better" ;) but there are a few exceptions to this.. And these exceptions are ALL the cute things at World Market!! I'm talkin'.... ~mini Tabasco to go for $5.99 each ~mini disco ball light that plugs into your phone $9.99 ~teeth magnets! :)) these were super cute! ~kitty phone clip..never take a bad photo of your kitty cat again!! ~mini karaoke microphone..just plug into your phone & pretend you're Mariah Carey! ;)) ~Emergency Mustache :)) They really did have so many cute things that could be given as a gag gifts or as stocking stuffers w/ Christmas almost here. They even had a great selection of nickel free, super cute earrings for $4.99 each. Hope this info helps you get a jump start on your holiday shopping! -Rebecca out

Floor in women's restroom needs help.

Stretching for a fun snack pitstop on a cross country road trip brought us to this World Market location. The manager Sara indulged my kids' requests and questions about the euro candies; we left with salted licorice and mochi candy. The one thing about this store that needs help is the bathroom!! You can see new posting has been done in the hall, but the women's restrooms, though hygienic, could use help. For such a nice store the floor should not be in this condition. Corporate, let's get this fixed.

Really cool place. I headed straight to the wine, beer, and champagne section and they do have some great choices and some unusual choices. I also browsed through the food section and found some really great items such as habanero salsa, assorted hot sauces including ones made with scorpion peppers and the feared Carolina reaper as well. I also saw some food items we use to purchase in Germany such as potato balls and jagerschnitzel gravy. As I walked to this section I did see some neat household decorations and furniture as well. Perhaps next time I'll have more time.

We have a close friend that has to drink decaf coffee and she loves flavored coffees, not many retailers sell that these days, so we were pleasantly surprised when we ran up on some decaf turtle flavored coffee, we've looked at numerous coffee shops, H.E.B. and other major stores...nada....the coffee guy at Spec's even told us they quite making any of it because they couldn't sell enough of it. Kudos to World Market.

So I go to World Market today and have every intention of buying quite a few things. There is a huge sign in the window stating all holiday food gifts are 40% off. I could not find anything that was 40% off so I find an associate who tells me it's up to 40% and that the sign says that. The girl then tells me most is 25% off. I check out the sign again and let another associate know and she tells me they are aware and they have notified corporate but they can't help me. They will not honor it. I know it doesn't seem like much but I will not be back. The sign is below.

They always have everything I want in stock! I love this place. They have an amazing membership program (which is free) and they send out awesome coupons all the time. I got some potato gnocchi today that I can't wait to try, and only $2.79 per package! I always always always get the Torani brand sugar free syrups. They have flavors like almondroca, caramel and French vanilla that are great for coffee and raspberry and peach that are great for teas and adult beverages : D Soooo sign up for emails and become a member!

Enjoy your world that much more by visiting theirs. Almost never is there a time that I visit the store and not walk out with something that I came for or something that reminded me of my travels. Sure you can go around Austin and get that German candy you were looking for, but when you come here you get that plus a while lot more. It is a great place to come, look at items for the house, taste flavors from around the world, and have a simple affordable family night or date night where you get to look and explore. German candy, Maui Sweet Onion Chips, and seasonings to flavor your palate, it can't be beat.

Clearly shows 8am open for Friday on CPWM website.

The details are below and I have pictures and text messages to back this up. On 24 Aug 2025: Star Furniture consultant (Maria P) informed us a price on a new bed frame was good for 2 weeks and that we had time to go purchase a new mattress, then when we knew the mattress delivery date we could order the bed frame to be delivered on the same day. This baited us to call back after we purchased the mattress. Sale Price: $2669 List Price: $3669 On 28 Aug 2025: We called back to purchase the bed from and were told (By consultant Angela) the was now $4787. That was $2116 more than we were quoted 4 days prior and told the price was good for 2 weeks. Sale Price: $4787 List Price: $6587 On 1 Sep 2025: We thought it was an error. So, we called back to talk with the original consultant (Maria P) a few days later. The original consultant remembers us and said she would try to get the price down but failed to do so. This seemed to be a deceptive practice in commerce. Telling us the price was good and then encouraging us to come back later to make the final purchase, and then jacking the price up. I left a very bad feeling that we were trying to be taken advantage of. So, we ended up going to a different furniture store to purchase the bed frame. This is sad because we liked a lot of items they had for sale and may have purchased more items at the location if they hadn't done the bait switch.

It fits the space perfectly (I am terrible at measuring, so I measured, measured, and measure, then blocked it off with painter's tape, daughter's suggestion). I did not feel rushed, so I was able to take my time to make the right decisions. I will admit the wait time was hard, I wanted it now. But the wait was so very worth it! ****A Warning to All Shoppers, Especially Active-Duty Military and Veterans*****…read more My recent experience at this Ashley Furniture store was a stark lesson in aggressive sales tactics and the illusion of a "magnificent deal." My goal in writing this is to arm and help future buyers with the information they need to avoid similar pitfalls. For my fellow military members and veterans, I have a particularly important piece of advice: always check the Exchange Online before you buy anywhere. Our visit began pleasantly enough. We were greeted by a kind sales associate named Amit, who helped us navigate the store and even followed up with us about a 0% interest financing deal. We appreciated his straightforward approach, and we were left to browse on our own. It was a positive start. As we moved through the showroom, we found a beautiful bedroom set that caught our eye: the "Signature Design by Ashley Foyland Panel Storage bedroom 5-piece set." We quickly realized that, priced at roughly $8,000, it was well outside of our $4,000 budget. Disappointed but resolute, my wife and I decided to leave and consider our other options at Living Spaces and Rooms to Go. This is when the experience took a turn. As we walked toward the exit, a man in a Tempur Pedic-branded white coat, who introduced himself as the sales manager, intercepted us. He asked what it would take to earn our business and offered to "make us a deal." My gut feeling was already on high alert when he confirmed he was the store manager, a common red flag in high-pressure sales. He asked for our price range and went to his desk to "see what he could do." He also claimed it was real wood, but we all know today's furniture from Big Brand Name stores is not real wood and made primarily of plywood or particle board with the faux wood laminate. He returned with a seemingly incredible offer: the full bedroom set, plus an extra nightstand, for $4,500. However, there was a catch we had to purchase a $1,000 furniture warranty, bringing the total to $5,500. The deal was contingent on us qualifying for the 0% financing, which required me to share my credit information. When I asked for an itemized breakdown, he left again, and returned with a tablet, all while repeating the typical sales jargon about how great a deal this was and how happy we would be. He sounded like the kind of salesman you see in movies like The Wolf of Wall Street. I quietly texted and told my wife we were not taking the deal, and we politely thanked him and walked out. We left feeling relieved and confident in our decision to walk away from the high-pressure situation. On our drive home, we talked about how much we loved the bedroom set but knew we couldn't justify the price. It was then that I thought to check the Exchange Online website, something I should have done from the start. And there it was. The exact same "Signature Design by Ashley Foyland Panel Storage 5-piece bedroom set." Before any sale, it was listed for roughly $4,700 with the extra nightstand, which already included free shipping and no sales tax. This price that was nearly $3,300 cheaper than Ashley's initial quote and $800 cheaper than their supposed "deal." The true savings came with the Exchange's ongoing Labor Day sale. With an additional 20% off and an extra 10% discount for using my Military Star Card, we ended up paying a total of just $3,608. This price included everything we wanted: the full bedroom set, the extra nightstand, and even two lamps (Signature Design by Ashley Sharolyn 30 in. Table Lamps) we had liked in the store. We got two years of 0% interest, no sales tax, free shipping, and best of all, there was no mandatory $1,000 warranty. This experience taught us a valuable lesson. What might seem like a once-in-a-lifetime "deal" is often a carefully constructed sales tactic designed to make you feel like you're getting something special. For all shoppers, it is crucial to do your research and price-compare online before making any major purchase. ****For my fellow Active-Duty military and veterans, the advice is even more specific: shop the Exchange Online. They offer significant discounts and perks that a salesperson cannot match, and they do it without the pressure and deceptive practices. A quick search can save you thousands of dollars and spare you a bad experience.****

For more than half of my time in the store I continuously had multiple workers staring me down, and then two just following me around multiple times which gives me the feeling that I'm being looked at like I'm going to steal. This normally wouldn't bother me because I'm not a thief but it bothers me because I've given zero reason for anyone to be looking at me or following me like this. It creates a nasty narrative, and a hostile environment. Until you've been given a reason to need to follow someone, don't... I'm an indecisive person, but I'm also a gay male in a thrift store playing gospel music, so it's bad enough I already feel like I'm not wanted here but to follow me around and look at me while talking to co workers multiple times doesn't put a good feeling on a customer. And there's a chance that maybe this wasn't the case but I'd be an easy target. There's not a huge selection of men's clothes or shoes and if there is it's mixed up with the women's so I look in ever aisle and I feel like I got stares because I was in the women's aisles but there was a plethora of women's things in the men's aisle so maybe they just need to reorganize? The prices on some things seems incredibly capitalist, I see a whole couch for $19.99 which is a great price, but then I'm looking at a pair of shoes for $24.... Where's the relief in that LOL I have to admit they have some pretty good items, but the prices seem greedy. I don't know how much of the proceeds go to disaster relief but if it's not 100% then it seems pretty disturbing, prices are getting to be like Goodwills and there's no good will in that ‍ All in all, this truly is a great store but this was not a good experience for me so I may seek another store.
