I've been a Kohl's customer for many, many years, but no longer. I doubt I will buy anything here again. They so rarely had my size in Levis that I just stopped looking, anyway. I can go to the Levis website and order the exact pair I want in my size and they will be on my doorstep in a day or two. So why bother coming to Kohl's anymore? Amazon Returns. A few days ago, I was here for an Amazon return and they handed me a coupon for 20% off my purchase at Kohl's. So I thought I'd use it. In a nutshell, that 20% off coupon Amazon gives you is bullshit. Allow me to explain... I went to the area where all of the men's sportswear clothing used to be to discover that there wasn't much to choose from. There was a lot of Champion gear, but their track pants felt like burlap. Seriously. Burlap. Nevertheless, I found a nice pair of Under Armor joggers. Good enough. I also found a Yellowstone board game (a gift for my parents - they love the TV show - shush, don't tell'em I got'em that until after this Christmas). My wife got some bras. So three totally unrelated items: pants, bras, and board game. While checking out, however, we were informed that we wouldn't be getting 20% off of anything because the coupon wouldn't work for the things we wanted. It says it all right there, in that tiny font wording on the coupon that no naked eye can read, the giant list of everything in the store that the 20% doesn't apply to. After I took the coupon home and put it under my microscope so I could read it, I would venture to say that the 20% off coupon does not work for 95% of the stuff for sale within Kohl's. After paying a lot more than we thought we would have to pay for our stuff, we were walking out when I noticed that there was a second larger location for the rest of the men's sportswear on the other side of the registers, hidden behind all their Christmas stuff. Silly me! Why didn't I just look behind the mound of Christmas swag back where the women's clothes used to be for my men's pants?! This store sucks. Unless there are some big changes, I doubt Kohl's will be around much longer. This place continues to go downhill, year after year. I seriously doubt that putting a Sephora in the middle of the store will save them. I remember when Blockbuster Video tried to save themselves by having a Radio Shack outlet that sold a small selection of cords, batteries, adapters, etc. in some of their stores. That did not work out for either of them in the end, and I predict history repeating itself in the end with Kohl's (Sephora may survive, though). Hopefully, by the time Kohl's goes under Amazon will have a drone service available to pick up my returns in my driveway. read more

This is a new location for Kohl's and is well stocked and clean compared to other Kohl's stores in the area (looking at you, Round Rock). Shelves were organized and the aisles were clear and uncluttered. Service is about average, decent but nothing exceptional. Overall it meets the standard. read more

Declining sanitarily. What happened to the bathrooms? Why did the MEN's room become men/women and the WOMEN's room become women/handicap? Why??? I like the store but the bathrooms are getting disgusting. For the life of me, I can't see why any woman would be ok with men being allowed to come into their bathroom to pee all over their seats? I used to shop at Kohls all the time when I lived in Oklahoma... but since I moved to TX not so much. I got a coupon in the mail for 20% of my entire purchase and my boys needed some summer clothes. So I decided to go and take a look. First thing I'll say is this location was way more organized, cleaner, and put together then any other Kohls I have ever been in! Usually there is stuff out of place everywhere... but not here... it was a pleasant surprise. One thing about shopping at Kohls... you have to be willing to dig! There is no one to help you. So finding what you want can be a treasure hunt! At least in clothes. There was quite a bit of selection for my boys, but admittedly a large percentage of it was not what I would normally buy. However I methodically took my time, mixed matched and sorted until I found stuff that worked together, looked good, and was their style! There is a large selection of what they call "collectible Ts" for sizes 4-7. T-shirts of just about every color, design, and look... there I had more of a problem limiting myself then finding something. (I will go back and get a few more I think) I was successful in finding some very cool stuff for them and while I was looking around some things for my wife as well. (Not clothes but other neat things) Kohls really does carry something if everything... from clothes for all, to toys, to kitchen stuff, to electronics, to shoes, to bedding, etc... I think I'll have to start coming here for my treasure hunts a bit more often. read more

Kohl's is very top of the line with their online ordering system that allows you to pick up items in store if they're in stock at the location you select! Throw in some Yes2You Rewards and Kohl's cash...yyyeeaaa buddy! My coworker scored a good deal on Fitbit watches and used his Kohl's cash along with the sale going on to get four pairs of pants for cheap! Under five bucks! I bought an Air Fryer and later used my Kohl's cash to score the accessories for it for cheap! I just bought a mattress protector on sale and used my Yes2You rewards so I got a good deal. Ordered it online and picked it up in the store when I got off work. I'm glad I did since there were zero left in my mattress size on the sales floor. I don't shop here regularly, but the Kohl's cash and Yes2Rewards makes it worth it. I have scored deals during the holidays the last couple of years. I usually just shop online and have it delivered but I needed to pickup here and it's a bit chaotic. They have a separate line in the back now for amazon orders but there is a tiny sign that tells you this so keep that in mind. The online pickup is with the customer service line but it's not really staffed - there was one poor woman waiting over 15 mins before she got helped to pickup her online order. I just stayed in the regular line. the gal that helped me looked pretty miserable and I'm not sure why she was put in an area to help people, she didn't check my ID either. But it's all good - I still love kohl's just not their store front which is a shame because this is a pretty well stocked and organized store. read more

Could not believe the condition of this store! Clothes hung on every varying size hanger and sizes all mixed together. Racks were not organized as the clothes on the racks did not match the signs posted on them. I've heard of mix and match, but this was just disorganization to the extreme. Guess I won't be back. Used to enjoy shopping here. Very sad. Update: I was also told by the cashier my coupon wasn't valid. There was a line so I didn't argue. Looking at it today, it WAS valid! Pros - convenience to the area and other shopping options - they have an actual Big & Tall section versus other store locations (even up to 4x) - staff is always friendly - store is always organized (they even work hard to keep the dressing rooms cleaned) Cons - some of the rotation for the Big & Tall gets stale so you need to catch it as the seasons change, but I am still happy they have the options for a tall guy like me who needs the LT or XLT sizes read more

This location had so many clearance racks!! 50%-80% off and I googled a Kohl's coupon on my phone which took an additional 15% off each item!! This store location was really big and open. Kohl's = Ross for rich people. Pretty much it's the same layout and type of items as Ross, but it's $45 for a tissue box cover here, and $12 at Ross. The people at this particular location are 100% ridiculous. Before I even got there, I called to double check which shopping center they're in, and they didn't know, they didn't even know their own intersection or any stores on the other side of the street from them. Once we got there, they didn't have the item another Kohl's had called to hold for us earlier that day. Luckily, the item we wanted still had others in stock. The boxes were at least intact, not strewn about the store as my husband and I saw at a Kohl's in Southlake earlier that day. I hardly ever visit Kohl's. The main reason is that I don't shop for myself too often. I prefer to shop for the little one and I can usually find better deals elsewhere. However, on this particular day, my MIL and SIL were with us. My MIL wanted to see a set of 3 crock pots in one unit that you can plug into the wall. She said it was on sale and just HAD to have it. So, off we went. We walked in and had looked through the entire store before we asked where to find said item. A nice man by the name of Mitch helped my MIL. He lifted the box, ran a price check and carried it over to the cashier. In addition, he made sure she received a 15% discount (apply for a Kohl's card) and he carried her box to the car/loaded it for her. THAT is customer service. Mitch alone is why this store got a five star rating. He alone is the reason I'll return. Go, Mitch!! read more

I don't like this location at all. The isles are very small, the service is bad, and it is very messy. I am a male and when I walk through the isles here, my shoulder rub on the clothing and products. This makes me want to leave and frustrated because I spend my time picking things up off the floor. Yes, I do pickup things I drop in retail stores, unlike a lot of people. I recently bought some Docker khakis here and there are lines on the back from the fold lines. They are very discolored from sitting in the neon lights. They do not employee enough people for this location. I have never been without waiting in a long line. The first time I visited was around Xmas time so I assumed they just couldn't keep up with the increase in business. They always have deals going on and the have some nice clothes and shoes. Bought some great boots the other day. They were 50% off. I looked online and couldn't find them near this good a price. Christmas is here, so I imagine I will spend a lot of time walking around this store. I love it that they carry other things as well. You can even get toys for the kids or some bedding or if you are looking for something you need in the kitchen. They mail and email all kinds of discounts. I went into the store tonight and needed some dress shoes and dress pants real fast for an event and did not have much time and I asked Julia in the clothing section to assist. Wow! Customer service at is best. She had me fitted and was bring me all kinds of pants and shoes without me having to leave the area I was in. Kohls is one of those places that has the occasional article of clothing that I like... but mostly just OK or unflattering cuts (on my body type). What I like about Kohl's, is that they have amazing deals and prices on things. I actually prefer to buy non-clothing items (like children's toys) here, and I am sometimes happy with their children's clothing. I love the deals they put on and the Kohl's cash idea was genius on their part. I am going to reach out on several platforms to find out I can get some sort of clarification on how I just felt like I experienced the worst customer service from any place before. I came in to use some Kohl's cash and coupons that have been sent to me on my Kohl's account and the woman as the register seemed completely annoyed that I was using them. After the barcode was scanned on my phone I realized that not all the discounts that I applied to my online account didn't show up and neither did the $40 in Kohl's cash that I had. I apologize I'm not sure exactly how the system works and they I needed to swipe to scan more codes. She never once tried to help me maximize my discounts and when I handed her my phone back you could see the attitude come out. This is a very nice kohl's. I never find much for me but when you hit a sale on kids clothes you can get a ton and save a ton and get extra bucks. Don't buy boy undies there now they are expensive and you can get twice as many for less at target or Wal-Mart. The workers are very nice and they always say hello. The staff at the Kohls #511 store were so nice and kind to me when I came in there today. The cashier and the gentleman in the Jewelry department. His name was Brandon and he sized my watch for me. They were busy and he had a million things going on, but he took his valuable time to help me with my need. He was amazing!!! It was the best customer service I have ever received at a Kohls. I don't visit them a lot, but this experience made me aware of this location and I will certainly be back based on Brandon and the cashier's politeness and helpfulness. Worst Kohls in town. Clearly the customer service desk doesn't listen to their customers. They returned money back to my mom's charge because I had the reciept instead of giving me a gift card so I could exchange the item that DID NOT WORK. It literally didnt turn on and the box had clearly been opened and banged up. Just really inconvenienced my entire family. Instead of me being able to order a different one on line... With a gift card and my own Kohls card, my mom has a credit that she DOES NOT NEED on her account.
