I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.

I said I would like to find Jean shorts maybe a pair of jeans too and white jeans. She asked style, size, and I was a deer caught in headlights. Girl I have no idea what size I am, and style, I like the lighter color denim. And distressed. After that I don't know. So she started grabbing pants off shelves, & hangers, was so nice to have a personal shopper, and she made it actually fun. Every time she saw something in my arms, should would put it in a fitting room with my name on the door. After trying on 6 pairs of bottoms and a dress. I ended up with a pair of jeans, 2 different style jean shorts. When I checked out, Patrick suggested getting another item since it will be 50% off. Which I didn't even realize I only had 3 pairs. A fourth would be 50% off. So I wanted to get a second pair of Jean shorts, but it just happens I grabbed the last one of that size. But... luckily Patrick said he could order me the shorts and they would be delivered to my house with free shipping. So I said, let's do it. Super excited. So in total, 3 pairs of Jean shorts and 1 pair of jeans. And I think I paid about $180.00 for 4 pieces. Huge savings today. I'm so happy with my shopping experience. Thank you Alyssa, you truly were a life saver. And Patrick as well, had a great experience paying for my items. And I'm excited to receive the other shorts within this week.

I did have two employees ask me if I needed help which was great. At other times, staff would walk right by me and not even acknowledge me. I was on a time crunch and just needed my hat cleaned. Only one guy back there, Holden, and it was busy. He had to manage a phone and customers. Three other employees right there. One was stocking items nearby. The other was a young lady folding clothes at the hat counter. Maybe she isn't qualified to work on hats. The third seemed like a supervisor but she was just running around the area and Holden had to manage everything else going on. I give him a thumbs up. Not only did he take care of the hat I brought in but he found a new Stetson I wanted and made sure I had everything I needed. I would go here again.
