Three times I did this and had to change which foot because I had challenges getting the cardboard out of the toes of all the Right foot shoes. The store manager, Tony, was very knowledgeable regarding the makeup of the shoes, and how it affected shock absorption by the joints and back. I was additionally impressed when he answered all of my questions regarding Skechers, and the various ones offered in their store. My husband also needed some insoles for added comfort and Tony assisted in choosing the right ones for the shoes he picked out. This kind of service should be the norm everywhere and not the exception. Because of our experience, I will be returning to this store for future shoe purchases.

The store provided expired products and then attempted to avoid resolving the issue, causing significant inconvenience as I had to pick up the order and return to the store. Instead of assisting customers, the staff created obstacles and even resorted to calling security, which is unacceptable.
