On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent.

They have a great selection to choose from. It all depends on your choice, occasion, and fashion. They do limit the amount of garments you are able to try on in their fitting rooms. They even have some seats in there if you are a guardian or parent of a child to sit and wait for them. Since I am a male, I just stood outside the dressing room and my sister-n-law would show me what her outfits looked like as my daughter tried each one on. Quite honestly, I was impressed with my daughter's shopping skills. We were in and out of this store in less than an hour. LOL At the end, when my daughter was ready, I was shocked at the value of clothing we bought. We only spent $68, I was expecting to spend at least $100 or more. Some of the stores in the mall are decent, there's Hollister, Pacsun, Aeropostale, Journey's, American Eagle, Pink, ect. (which are the ones I normally visit). There are some stores on the other hand that aren't great and to be honest most of the stores are pretty underwhelming. I would say most of the people working here are nice and chill but aren't interested in small talk (I can't blame them they're just there to do their job). The food is fine, I normally never get the food though because I don't really trust mall food if I'm being real. If you come here to have fun, I'm sure you'll find somewhere even though the mall is pretty boring. You'll see in the photos I put that there escalators are broken and they have been broken for months "temporarily" out of order? More like permanently out of order. There is a beautiful, private area in the back with a pedestal and large mirror for you to check out your dresses and comfortable seating for family or friends that may be with you to see. 2. Clothing: So many options, colors and styles of Indian outfits ranging from casualwear to bridal that you can truly get for any occasion. Outfits are priced extremely reasonably as well. They have lehengas, anarkali suits, gowns, designer-wear, shervanis, kurtas, salwars among others. The colors and patterns also range from bright and summery to darker and more elegant. It's hard to choose just a few things to try on! They can also custom make outfits if you are looking for something in particular or have an idea in mind. 3. Service: The service is absolutely wonderful - my mom heard about the owner, Mina, from several community events and her husband Jimmy was there on multiple occasions when we went to try things on. He was absolutely wonderful in helping us find things we might like and making us feel comfortable in the shop. It was very homely and he was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable.
