While waiting 35-45 minutes for a table at our lunch spot, my friend and I visited nearby shops…read more Outlaws & Gypsies was next door and quite the interesting little shop...located in the Georgetown square. The shop was super cool and all things cowboy...adults to children cowboy boots and accessories. Love the uniqueness of store. The scent of leather wafted through the shop likely emanating from all the boots - adult and children. I was amused by the baby boots and fascinated by the purse charms and purses. The prices were middle of the road from a boots perspective. The store offers cowboy chic including handmade leather goods, locally crafted candles, and quilts that support charitable causes. While we did not purchase anything in the store today, it is certainly going to be a definitive stop during future shopping visits. Outlaws and Gypsies staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted and offered assistance immediately. Highly recommend visiting this shop...

Love this store, love the furniture. Worked with Cynthia who was very personable and helpful…read more Through the years I have purchased several different pieces of furniture from leather creations. While they are expensive, it is made in the USA by hand. This is the type of furniture that you will be handing down to your children and will hopefully last for generations. If you stop in and take a look at what they have on the floor, you'll understand what I'm saying. This is some really good furniture. You do not purchase the furniture on display. You order your furniture, customize it the way you want it and it is handbuilt for you then delivered to your home.

Customer Service specifically Darin Martell, National Service Manager…read more This is my email sent to our salesperson Ms. Cynthia on 3/29/25 after receiving our sofa from their delivery service on 3/28/25. I've omitted my personal cell phone numbers that I asked for them to contact me at. Hello, We had an issue yesterday with the furniture once it was being setup by the delivery company. I tried calling but I'm thinking your phone line is not currently connected because of the move. Anyway, our delivery team contacted Costare to explain the issue & to also communicate that we're not able to reach you at the number provided but he said he would be in contact with us & you. I've attached a copy of the receipt with the screw insert issue on the leg of the chaise. You may reach me at. His response on 3/30/25 Hello, I'm sorry for you not being able to contact us. You are correct that things were down with the packing of the showroom. I'm not quite sure what that challenge is. Do you mean that one of the legs does not stay in place (like there isn't anything to screw it into)? If so, that sounds like a "T-Nut" might have gotten loose when it was being shipped to you (no legs fell out when they wrapped it up). This can certainly happen once in a while. You could certainly have a technician come out to install a new one. Our floor models are sold "as is" so this would be your responsibility. You could also leave it as is. As long as the leg is in place, it's not hurting anything by not being screwed in. Or, you could grab the part from Amazon I have linked below and insert a new one yourself pretty easily. I hope this helps. Thank You, Darin Martell National Sales Manager My response: Darin, We weren't made aware of this issue at the time of purchase. Your delivery service pointed this out & said it wasn't something they expected. I would like to speak with the Owner because this is not my responsibility. We were also told that the frame & springs are under warranty. Here's a copy of my original receipt where Ms. Cynthia stated the warranty. Apparently, customers are not allowed to speak to the owner or anyone else above him. Also to note, the leg is not part of the frame & it's our responsibility to inspect furniture on the floor. I didn't realize flipping the furniture over & inspecting screws, legs, etc. was my responsibility! I would've assumed that a honest business practice would list any issues upfront to make the customer aware so they have an option to proceed or not.

Very simple stitch job which they completely botched. I went in to pick up the shoes and noticed the repair that looks like it was performed by a 6 month old blind monkey with no arms. They used a different thread than what is on the shoe in the area that needed to be repaired and it honestly looks like total crap. I voiced my opinion and the gentleman there said that the manager would be in the next day and that he would leave a message for him to call me. No phone call the next day so I called back the day after and got a hold of Brandon. The complete indifference in his voice was alarming for somebody in a managerial position. We had some back-and-forth regarding the poor craftsmanship and he informed me that he would speak to somebody about it and call me back. No surprise here, but I received no call back and had to follow up once again. Got a hold of Brandon with even more indifference than the first time. He stated that they attempted to repair, but it looks the same. I'll still have to pay full price for a pathetic repair. Shame on this company.
