From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Everyone. We instantly felt welcomed. The store was full of beautifully styled clothing and just about everything a person would wear. (Sorry. No pictures this time.) Each rack made you want to try on everything. But don't get me started on the quality of their clothes! Swimwear to bras and panties -all that was missing was a beverage! Ha! The prices were too good to pass up on this trip for my family. While one of my loved ones was trying on clothes, I was encountered by two beautiful souls: Mr. Colin and Miss Michelle. We shared our stories and memories and omg! The tears. These sweet Angels were sent today -just for me (us)! Then, Miss Angie came into the room and continued to show more love. Backstory: just lost my father to cancer a few days ago. But we decided to keep my kiddo's spirits up by shopping for her trip. The comfort & compassion from each of them was a blessing. I love shopping for bras and underwear here! The jeans are good quality too. Today when I went into the store they had wax melters going and the scent was so strong I could barely wait to check out. I couldn't shop for my half off item because I immediately started getting a migraine. I was pregnant at the time and I had a very helpful lady. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was so sweet to me and she was really helpful to find a bra that would help me when I started breast-feeding and also a bra that would be comfortable when I was engorged, etc.. Went in with best friend for the dreaded bra shopping. I'm 59 & have been to major department stores over the years and paid $60+ for bras that I hated after getting home. I found the lady working there not very helpful. When I asked for help she just pointed to where I could find them. It was difficult because I was looking for bras in a size that is not easy to find. I did order one bra based on her measurements. The cup size was a bit too big. I will return it and order some more online. I really like the clothes from lane bryant, but this store is not my favorite. read more

The ladies who work at this location are all very friendly and helpful. Each time I visit, they are quick with a friendly greeting and an offer to help find something. They check with me on occasion as I browse the store to make sure things are still good. Anytime I have a question or need some additional size information, they are on top of it. I have nothing but great things to say about the people working here. On one visit to the store, I did not get there until late in the evening. It was about an hour before closing. They were completely relaxed and friendly the entire time. No one ever said anything to me about having to get out because they would be closing, they simply let me shop. Of course, I also work in retail so I was sensitive to the time and made every effort to get out of their hair so they could go home. read more

I really hate that I have to complain about the management at this location (on 3/11/12), but I definitely did not have a 4-star "Deanna B." experience! For the record, I have always liked shopping and supporting this location and never had any bad experiences or complaints until.... Just like Deanna, I too walked in the store near closing time (approx 15min prior) with the TOTAL INTENT to leave the store ASAP. I made my selections in a hurry and right at closing time but not even a minute after I was approached by this aggressive manager woman! First of all, that is HORRIBLE ETIQUETTE and certainly not the way you talk to customers [who are actually planning to purchase, not just browsing]! Honestly I was totally caught off guard by her demeanor. I know I had this shocked look since I had never been treated in that manner at this store before, I was almost speechless. She then had the nerve to roll her eyes at me, I guess cause I was in shock! She proceeds to tell me in a hurriedly tone that I need to make my selections quick because the registers were closing and the store was preparing to shut down immediately for inventory. Even though she was rude, I maintained composure and walked to the check out as I understood the inventory situation. I have to say the employee at the register was MUCH more pleasant and professional. In fact she even asked if she could help me shop around for more items [despite the fact that the store was closed]. So here is the part that really drove me to post this bad review -- CLERK: Can I interest you in the BOGO sale on accessories to go with your outfits? ME: No thanks, I don't want to hold you up. I know you have to get started on the store inventory. CLERK (with a perplexed look): Inventory? We aren't doing any inventory today! We just have to pick up the store and then we are out of here for the night. ME: [Just remained speechless for having been LIED TO BY THE MANAGER!!!] Obviously the closing manager on 3/11/12 was TOTALLY rude to me! I've worked retail before, I have friends and family who work retail so I know how it feels when it's closing time and all you want to do is go home (trust me, I get that...loud and clear!). I realize this happened over a month ago but I will never forgot how the woman manager made me feel that day....HORRIBLE! I typically give retail reps some slack since I have walked in their shoes for many years. However, the slack stops when I have been to the store on multiple occasions throughout the month making purchases (not returning or exchanging). Because I have been in retail, I am an easy going shopper and rarely ask for assistance (not that these ladies would help you). On one occasion, I entered the store and was not greeted by three different employees. After having 4 items in my hand, one employee decided to ask me how I was doing. At some point, one employee announced that she was going on her break and left two others to man the store. I could tell one employee was newer and the other lady had been there for a while. The best part of this was when I was ready to check out, the newer employer was at the register assisting a customer and she had to walk away with her to find a size. At that point the other employee was at the register too and looked at me and said, I have to get this done for INVENTORY, and walked away!!!! I had about $200 worth of clothes in my arms and I left them all on the counter and walked out. If this company is teaching their employees that getting inventory done is far more important that customer service, then they certainly do not need my money. read more

Five stars are for Denise, alone. She was super friendly and helpful. She went the extra five miles to try to get me something to wear to a wedding. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in. I had a couple of ladies helping me find what I was looking for and made great suggestions based on what I told them I liked. When I was in the changing room, they went to find sizes I needed. However, this location loses a star because many items I did want were not stocked in my size. Probably the reason why brick-and-mortar retail locations are disappearing in general. read more

This location is extremely unprofessional, they not only made me come back twice to pick up an order that was shipped to store, but they also did not call or email me to even notify me that my shipment had arrived. My husband went to pick up my things for me, and they only gave him one piece of 2 that were shipped (no one double checked the shipping list), so I had to drive back and get my second package. Upon arrival, what seemed to be 3 employees were all talking in the front of the store, and I could clearly see a customer waiting patiently at the register, I walked up, and scanned the room to see if anyone was there to help and she said she had been waiting, she seemed to become more impatient (which I don't blame her for), because clearly they all saw us up at the front and no one said anything. One of the employees (I didn't catch her name) came in from the back of the store and apologized for us waiting and while the other customer explained that she was being ignored, this employee started to make excuses for her other employees, stating, "Well this pole is here in the way maybe they didn't see you...", she then apologized again and continued ringing up the other customers purchase. She asked another employee to assist me because they could tell I wasn't buying anything and asked if I was there to pick up and the other employee went about what she was doing and then finally helped, but had an attitude and didn't smile once. Finally the first lady (the polite one) had me sign for my package and then I left...I will never go to this location ever again, poor customer service and poorly managed employees. read more
