Very nice store located in the Domain. I shopped her for my daughter's Christmas gifts. While it's very expensive in my opinion, I believe they have a nice selection of sports wear for both women and men. But unfortunately you are looking at paying about $117-$128 for one pair of leggings or sweatpants. They do offer military which helps a lot. You can show a valid military ID to receive the discount or sign up online as a member and you can verify your military service with your account. The staff here were very resourceful and helpful with me finding the exact outfits my daughter was wanting. Unfortunately, they didn't have matching sweatpants she wanted. After two fitness classes and tooling around Barton Creek Mall, I still had some shopping in me. So, off to the Domain I went. It was not until I opened my trunk at the Domain that realized that I had gotten large socks instead of medium one. Good news...there was another Lululemon at the Domain. As I walked into Lululemon Domain, I immediately noticed that the store was densely packed with customers and a long check-out line. In order to defer the long, meandering check-out line, I decided to check the sales racks. While the Domain store had a larger variety of sales items, I did not find any item I wanted to purchase. By the time, I finished combing through the sales racks, the line had decreased. After scanning the SKU#, the sales associate said she was able to locate 9 pairs of socks in store. Then she went off to secure one of the nine sets of socks. In no time, she came back with the size medium socks. She rang me up rather quickly and offered me reusable shopping bag. This was an even exchange at $0 cost to me. In addition, I was captivated by the big screen behind the registers. As a side note, I love their reusable bags. Often, I carry my gym items in the Lululemon bags. You can use them as a lunch bag, grocery shopping bag or on a picnic. They are extremely portable. Man this stuff is expensive!! But it really lasts... My wife loves these work out clothes. So for Mother's Day I brought her in to get her some. I always have to gasp for breath when I see the prices! It just doesn't register with me that work out clothes will cost this much. But she likes them and she still has her first set that we bought over 1.5 years ago! She wears them all the time and they look good on her. The customer service here is really nonexistent. I've shopped at lululemon in other states that seemed to hold up the values of the company, however this location runs on ego alone. I walked into this store knowing it had been around a year since I got a pair of leggings that had some issues at the seams on multiple places, I was told it was a year and ONE month since I bought them, so I was shit out of luck on my $100 leggings. She never even looked at the seams, asked a singular question, had any conversation, or offered any real solutions. She looked up the date of purchase and tried to act like I was pulling one over on them because of 30 days longer than the typical quality promise. I had to look up the quality promise on the website, and turns out it's 100% within their policy to case by case handled quality exchanges after a year. I've heard about this Lululemon clothing for quite a while now but haven't had a reason to go in one of their stores until now. My husband recently took up Yoga pretty seriously. While shopping with a friend in The Domain, we decided to head on in and shop for the two of them. The clothes are cute, made well, and fit well. My husband was very interested in their selection of Yoga mats and non-slip towels. My friend found a bunch of cute workout clothes that can easily be worn to a casual meal or around town. The staff in the store were attentive, friendly, and not too pushy. Overall, it was a great experience! As I've read about Lululemon clothing in the past.... it's expensive. The product itself is very well made and you are paying for a quality product that will last you a long time. It's worth it to us, but I can see why some people decide on cheaper options. Lululemon is high priced high quality athletic gear for the athlete, the business person that wants to look like an athlete, and the person who isn't athletic at all but wants to spend money on athletic apparel for comfort or to meet societal expectations. It's on the #posh side of the #Domain so items must be priced as such. Thing is, the customer service is impeccable. Every time I've come here I am treated like they assumed I have the money to buy what they're selling, and it keeps me coming back. In this crazy #2020 it's a very welcome, and peaceful experience. I defaulted to counted my clothes in front of someone before going into the dressing room... they acted like I didn't need to. I asked if I can wear them out and promised to pay, they acted like I didn't need to say that. They even went to go get another pair of clothes for me because sizes were off, while I was still in the dressing room to alleviate the extreme discomfort of having to put my shoes back on to walk out there myself. It's seriously like an emotional spa treatment. Beyond that, they hem my pants for free for life, and the only reason I've ever actually damaged a pair was sliding down the ramp on my thigh at the BMX park. All that to say, they're sturdy. I purchased a pair of align shorts online. I have never ordered online except for this pair, only in store. I have over a dozen pairs of Align shorts and leggings and never had any issues like this online pair. I only wore this pair once and the seams along the butt completely started ripping. I went to this location to exchange them. The female worker on the floor was extremely nice and helpful! I explained everything and she said it was no problem and to get in line and she would explain it to the cashier. The cashier was so snotty and rude; completely made me uncomfortable. She kept repeating "you have to be careful with this material" to which I explained "I have over a dozen pairs of these. Some are even over a year old and don't look like this." Didn't matter to her at all. She kept repeating that I needed to be careful with the material. I was the only one in line waiting to pay for my yoga pants and the cashier and sales rep were just standing there chatting while I was waiting! I asked to speak the manager. Lululemon is my all time favorite athletic wear and they also have an amazing product quality guarantee. I went to this store to buy a couple Christmas presents for my husband and also brought a shirt that had worn poorly. I stood in line and watched this employee named Whitney who was very rude to a lady ahead of me. When it was my turn she never really acknowledged me. I said hi I'm looking for these pants and also have this shirt to either get fixed or exchange. She grabbed the shirt and said oh my gosh it's wet? I said wet? I felt it and was like no it's cold because it's been sitting in my car all night, then she held it up and said very rudely is this even Lululemon? I kind of laughed and said are your serious? Yes the lulu logo is right there. Then she said I've worked here for 3 years and I've never seen this shirt, it must be really old. I said we moved here from Dallas and don't you guys have thousands of different items? How would you know every single product? Again why was she questioning me and arguing about a shirt? Then without hesitation she said I can't do anything with this? I said what do you mean? I can't return this? I said I also have it in 2 other colors and my others are perfectly fine. She said I can tell you no, I don't have to return it. I asked her name and she said Whitney. I told her I had no idea why she felt the need to be so rude and that she probably shouldn't treat customers like that. Then she walked off and I was so upset I pushed my stroller out of the store. I have very mixed feelings about lululemon. I won a free pair of pants in a raffle and I was super excited - I've wanted to try out lululemon's clothes, but the price tag is a little high for my budget. (Ain't nobody got time for a $100 pair of workout pants.) The girls that work in the store are all rather friendly - I had no problems with service. They answered any questions I had and checked on me regularly to make sure I was still doing okay. So far, so good. Then the problems start. For all intents and purposes, I am exactly the kind of woman to which they are marketing their brand - small, fit, I pratice yoga and I'm a runner. Normally, I have problems finding workout clothes that fit well - things are usually too big in the waist and not long enough in the leg. I have some seriously long legs, so I was excited that maybe lululemon would have something that would fit me. For what kind of women are these clothes designed? Models? First of all, be careful with the sizing. I usually wear a size 2 in jeans, and 2s are a little big on my waist, so I always have to wear a belt. I figured I would have no problems with a size 2 here. Workout clothes are usually a little more snug and since my jeans are usually big, I figured this would work out great. Wrong. Those pants were not going to get over my thighs without some serious effort, so I just stopped while I was behind and decided to grab a 4. No big deal, I don't really care what the number says, and now I know that lululemon apparently has their own idea of what size numbers mean. (Seriously, that 2 was more like a 00. Ain't nobody got time for that.) After getting the correct size, I encounter the next problem. Instead of being too short, the pants were about six inches too long. What? I tried on four pairs of pants and they all had the same problem - each pair was way too long. Normally, I would be jumping for joy over this discovery, but this was slightly ridiculous. Would I need to take these pants to get tailored? (Ain't nobody got time to take a $100 pair of workout pants to get tailored.) I mean, yeah, my legs and butt look great, but why are they so long? Whatever, normal pants were clearly not going to be for me, so I get a pair of the cropped running pants. Much better! And then we encounter the third problem - none of these pants can pass the bend test. For those not in the know, the bend test is when you bend over and make sure you can't see your underwear through the pants. I didn't even have to bend over - you could clearly see my underwear through the pants when I was just standing, a problem that was exacerbated by bending over. Guess I'm only wearing dark underwear when going running in these or else everyone is getting a free show. Overall, I guess I was just... disappointed. For a clothing brand that is so expensive, I expected a product that was a little better. I see their logo everywhere in this city, so I expected that their clothes would be a good quality - now I'm starting to think that maybe people just buy into the hype. Don't get me wrong - I'm really hoping that the cropped running pants I picked out work really well, and now that the weather is cooler, I'm really excited to take them out and see how they hold up. I'm also hoping that they will work well enough to be the pants I run marathons in. I'm not going to complain too much because I got them for free and so I'll just work around the sheer issue. Would I have paid for these pants? Probably not. Maybe their tank tops and sports bras are better, but I don't really see myself going back and trying anything on. The price is just too high for me to mess around with further disappointment. (And those pants are going to have to overcome a lot of disappointment to change my mind.) read more

I honestly feel like I'm ripping this place off when I go in there. The experience there benefits my pup and I more than my cash benefits the company lol. 1. Customer Service: First and foremost, all of the employees there are amazing, and as a management consultant myself, it means even more to me then most when I walk in an establishment where literally every employee has a genuine smile on their faces and a warm attitude. They're also very attentive, and the moment I might be looking for something or have a question I don't even need to look for an employee, they're right there to help. 2. Knowledge: I have to start off by saying that I wouldn't be surprised if every employee there was also a Life Coach for Fortune 500 executives. Whether it is subject matter knowledge about fitness, health, spirituality, or even personal, they're insight is sound and is as legitimate and helpful as is the advice I relentlessly seek to obtain for my clients (who are execs). I may as well bring a notepad to take notes while I am there. You might as well be buying clothes from a hybrid of Dr. Phil, Oprah, and Tony Robbins. 3. The Products: The products here are amazing, as someone who has been an athlete at the college level, Airborne Infantry in the US Army, and a certified personal trainer and health coach, there are many beneficial, technological, and practical reasons why I have transitions from mostly Under Armor and 5.11 workout/training clothes to Lululemon clothes. Plus, the brand is just nicer to look at and more comfortable as well. 4: The Experience: When you combine all these thing, it's an amazing experience that can't really be found anywhere else. From the start I'm greeted by beautiful men and women. Then I take my clothes to try on in the fitting room and when I get to the room I see that my name is written on a sign on there. The funny part is that I don't even remember giving them my name. I know I gave them my pup's name (Belle), but not mine, so they are attentive. Then I try on clothes and they give me great feedback. How do I know it's great feedback? Because it's not exactly what I want to hear, but what I need to hear. 5. The Cherry on Top: It's so dog friendly! This is the best environment for a dog, and Belle feels right at home. When I take Belle for her daily walks around the stores (since I live about them at The Residences) she always tugs at me to go inside Lululemon because of how much she loves everyone there. I went in to grab some underwear for my wife & some for myself as well. I was a bit lost until Morgan came up and helped me! She was incredibly informative assisting me on not only the women's but also men's! She knew the store backwards & forwards and did not get frustrated at my questions that may seem obvious to some but as a man who doesn't wear women's clothes knew very little. She was a bright light full of patience & joy! It was the last 20 min of her day and she treated me like I was the first customer in the door! I get these weird cold sweats, heart palpitations and voices in my head that beg of me.. "please, those run crops, pace setter skirts, racer backs are so pretty on you...why don't you just buy them?!" oh wait..those are just the ambassador's words minus the "why don't you just buy them" part lol and...I ADMIT..I'm weak. I don't write reviews often but I felt the need to in this case. I stopped in yesterday to exchange a pair of pants I bought. The problem with the pants was they kept falling down while running at the gym and I needed a pair of high waist pants. Ive done exchanges several times at this store, so I didn't think I would have a problem. A girl finally approached me after looking around for several minutes. I wish I had gotten her name. I told her I needed to exchange the pants. She asked me if something was wrong with them. I said no, I wore them once and they didn't work in my workouts. She said "oh, we cant do an exchange if you've worn them" I replied that ive done this multiple times. Then, she seemed very annoyed and told me I could just this once. When I picked out a pair to exchange, she said "make sure you try those on this time" I said that I did try the original ones on but they didn't work for me once I started working out. She kept questioning me and was super rude the whole time. I saw her talking to another girl about me while I was walking around the store looking. It was super obvious. Okay, this store has successfully seduced me. I came in hoping to treat myself to one cute little workout top since all my all my other athletic clothing was on the boring side, and left with two ridiculously cute bra tanks and a pair of the most comfortable pants to ever grace my legs. Oh my. Something to take note of if you've never shopped here before: they don't vanity size like most stores do these days. I usually wear a 2 or 4 but here I'm a 6/8. Not a complaint, but it's worth taking note of. Also, the pants are crazy long, which is nice for me, but they offer free hemming for anyone who needs them a bit shorter! All the ladies working here were really sweet and helpful. I was looking at the yoga mats and one woman came over and asked me how often I do yoga. When I told her I don't, but am interested in trying it out, she let me know about the free in-store yoga classes each week, and mentioned a few studios near where I live that have good deals for first time customers. I ended up passing on the mat for now, but if I end up enjoying yoga I will definitely come back for one (and probably some more clothes)! I recently started working out more after a young family member of mine fell ill unexpectedly due to poor health. I decided to get my butt in gear, and get active! As many of us know it can be difficult to get up early every morning and hit the gym; however a cute set of workout clothes makes it a little bit easier, and there is some cute stuff at Lulu. My favorite thing I have purchased from Lulu is my Ta Ta Tamer bra. For larger chested ladies that want to get their run on, this bra is a life-saver. Yes it's pricey but it is totally worth it, and your boobs will thank you later. read more

This location is a fantastic lulu shop! Parking is easy with a few spaces out front, and a parking garage around the corner, and the space itself is pretty large. It's a store with a lot of space, and therefore, a great inventory at all times. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, but are not up in your face the entire time (which can happen at lulu). The gear itself? Well, its lululemon! My favorite yoga, running and workout gear all come from here, and I can tell you - its worth the cost in most cases. Their fabric wicks like none other, and lasts a VERY long time. I have crops that have had a three running season lifespan (so far!). If you feel like you aren't getting your money's worth out of a piece - sell it. Lulu has a cult-like following (and I am a card carrying member:P), and their stuff is really an easy re-sell. Another great thing about this store in particular? It has a good sale rack.
