The most expensive workout clothes I have ever seen ... This review will just be on the location and the employees since I don't know much about the brand and would never buy anything in their price ranges. The store is super clean and easy to find stuff. If you can't find what you're looking for then there is someone nearby who is more than willing to give you a hand. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. They have all their displays set up very well so you can practically take one quick look around and know where everything is.

I've heard about this Lululemon clothing for quite a while now but haven't had a reason to go in one of their stores until now. My husband recently took up Yoga pretty seriously. While shopping with a friend in The Domain, we decided to head on in and shop for the two of them. The clothes are cute, made well, and fit well. My husband was very interested in their selection of Yoga mats and non-slip towels. My friend found a bunch of cute workout clothes that can easily be worn to a casual meal or around town. The staff in the store were attentive, friendly, and not too pushy. Overall, it was a great experience! As I've read about Lululemon clothing in the past.... it's expensive. The product itself is very well made and you are paying for a quality product that will last you a long time. It's worth it to us, but I can see why some people decide on cheaper options. This store is located on the North end of The Domain pretty close to Neiman Marcus.

    The liner less 9inch shorts

My poor rating is not towards any particular store.. I am just upset that they are so expensive and I go to wash and dry my brand new favorite comfy shorts(2 pair) and this happened to both of them! Do not dry the shorts if you want them to keep their integrity!

Manager falsely accused me of re-attaching tag on this dress. Said the tag isn't in the "correct spot". Unbelievable

Great service at this lululemon when buying some gift cards and having issues with my bank. Workers were very patient and accommodating.

The store has a nice layout, and you can easily find what you're looking for. I met Leslie, who was super helpful and patient. She recommended I spend a few minutes walking around the fitting area to get a good feel of the boot to determine the best fit. I'm in between sizes depending on shoes, brand and design (6-6.5 US Women) and typically wear lightweight socks with all year-round boots. To my surprise the Blundstone Original Chelsea # 510 in size 3 (AU/UK) = 36 EU fit just right. I wore my new boots to Vancouver, and they were comfortable right out of the box, no need to break them in. I signed up for their membership and can't wait go to back to pick up a few more things--overall solid experience.

It's well-stocked, well-organized, and staffed by folks who clearly live and breathe the outdoor life. What makes it great: Excellent layout -- spacious, easy to navigate, and doesn't feel overcrowded, even when it's busy. Gear is thoughtfully displayed, and the store flows well from one department to the next. Helpful staff -- genuinely friendly and super knowledgeable. Whether you're getting fitted for boots, comparing bike racks, or just looking for the best water bottle, they take the time to walk you through your options without upselling. Well-stocked -- From high-end hiking gear to commuter-friendly bike accessories, it's got a little of everything. Great selection of clothing, trail snacks, and even travel gear if you're about to hit the airport. Bike shop in the back is a hidden gem. Solid service, quick turnaround, and honest recommendations. Bonus: Located in a convenient area with easy parking (which is a huge win downtown). Feels like a hub for the local outdoor community -- check the events board or just chat with someone about where to hike, paddle, or ride next. Bottom line: Whether you're prepping for a thru-hike, a weekend at Barton Creek, or just commuting across town, REI Austin is a reliable and inspiring place to stock up. Great gear, even better people.

Both pairs were brand new, unused, straight from the delivery box. I tried to return the larger size and was told I couldn't... because there was no RFID tag. Seriously? There were no tags on either pair when I got them--how is that my fault? The employee acted like I was trying to scam the system with used shoes, even though they were clearly unworn and just delivered. For a brand that prides itself on "premium" customer service, this was an embarrassing, inflexible, and tone-deaf response. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you better back it up with customer service that isn't robotic or accusatory. I expected better from Lululemon--won't be ordering again if this is how they treat loyal customers making honest returns. Do better.

Working with A-List was great: the online system is very easy to use and intuitive -- from art submission, art approval, communication back and forth, invoicing and finally payment. And they answer their phone when you call (a rarity these days) and write back quickly if you email. Good day, Wanted to…read morereach out and share my experience on a release by Sneaker Politics. There was an Air Max 95 Bandana Release on Saturday, during SXSW on 3/14. I got to the store at 9:30am and was greeted by a gentleman (smaller black guy with shades), who gave me the details of how the release was going to work. He granted me a wristband that had #3 on it. Door opened at 11 and majority of people got wristbands and lined up. Everyone lined up according to their numbers on their wristbands. With me being #3, I entered the store and bought the releases. I understand that it's a release, so I do understand one per person. When I walked out there was a Hispanic male outside who worked with the store giving out wristbands. I wanted to get my daughter a pair, so I asked could I get back in line grab another. The line was really long. I grabbed another wristband and was #76. I was told from that Hispanic male that o could get another but I had to go to the back of the line, which is what I did. I waited and waited until my turn. The line grew longer behind me. When I reached the registered, the same gentleman (black guy with braids) who checked me out the first time said I couldn't get about pair until everyone got a pair. He said if I wanted another pair then I needed to get out the store and wait back in line (which is what I did the second time and was #76). I showed him my green #76 wristband and he rudely said i needed to get back in line again to get another pair. I was not trying to argue, so I told him I'd do that but this was wrong. I was disappointed. The black guy in braids stated that he was the manager and there was nothing I could do to get another pair right then and there. I told him the guy with the wristbands said I couldn't get back in line. He said "the guy outside with the wristbands is a part time guy who doesn't matter to the store." He's not the manager, I am the guy to make the decisions." He was very rude! I walked out and got back in line AGAIN! When I got back in line, there were others who had got back in line who were in front of me and waited twice while it was my third time to wait in line for a 2nd pair. The line was long. A few guys had bags in front of me. Just made me feel upset and targeted. The line moved and I was now one guy away from the register. The guy in front of me also had a bag and pair in his hand that he bought earlier. But he didn't wait 3 times like me. When it was my turn, I told the managers in braids, "am I good now because I waited." He laughed and said he was the manager again. He gave me a speech about how he makes the calls and that I got the pair I needed. He said, "you got the pair you needed, right?" Very rude, while laughing, and it felt like he was really making fun of me. He then used profanity and mentioned that he needed to make his living. "You're not going to fucking stop me from making my money, you got your pair didn't you?" I didn't say anything, then I kindly mentioned I'm not going to argue, I just want to make a purchase and leave. He gave me my pair and checked me out. I kindly reached over to shake his hand or give him a dap. He laughed at me and didn't bother shaking my hand, so that's when I left. My experience with Sneaker Politics was very disappointing. All the other employees were great until I reached that gentleman. Very unprofessional, laughed at me, used profanity, and I'm sure he didn't have that conversation like that with other customers. I felt dumb and targeted but thankful I got me and my daughter a pair!
