I met a couple friends there for coffee.. apparently, they are known for their s'mores latte. We tried the S'mores latte and it was delicious. We also tried a scone and ham & cheese croissant. The croissant was very well baked. The scone was good until you got to the middle...a little squishy, but with great flavor of chives and cheese. The cashiers were friendly and helpful regarding sharing about coach coffee. Coach Coffee is a bit on the pricier side, but worth giving a try. Love the concept... OVERVIEW: 5/5 stars for the store, 3/5 for the coffee shop. Super cute, friendly service, and nice selection of items - including the exclusive coffee shop merch (canvas tote bags, sweatshirts, mugs, water bottles, tea cups and saucers, etc.). I wouldn't wait longer than 15-30 mins. for the coffee shop, but if you go on a weekday morning or off time, it's not terrible. The menu offers your basic coffee and espresso, matcha, fun lattes, and lemonade and tea. We ordered their speciality s'mores lattes, which were alright. Basically tasted like chocolate milk. The cups are cute and the branding is fun, but the paper straws suck. Everything is pricy for what it is, which is expected, but I've had much better coffee for less. Coupled with the hyped up lines, I wouldn't really go out of my way to revisit (the coffee shop). It's a cute concept and fun to experience once, though! read more

Long line to the coffee shop (took one hour). Would I want to wait again? Probably not but I do think this concept is ingenious! If you don't want the coffee shop, you can just enter like normal to purchase their handbags and accessories. They have a fitting room in the back. I got their PB&J swirl, which was really good! Also added some complimentary Coach sprinkles, which the staff told me are made from rice cakes. The merch is really expensive-for those prices, I would rather buy a Coach purse haha. I want to be back when they have the purse-shaped tabby cakes again. Those look so cute!! read more

After all the buzz of a luxury brand serving up coffee while you do your boujee shopping, I had to see if the cafe part was worth the hype. Certainly captures that new york busy cafe vibe complete with some exclusive things only Coach could have. Vibe: High end brand, but very casual cafe, lots of coach branding even in some of the sweets. Food: You will find most the items you'd find in all cafe's. Lattes, espressos, etc. One standout is the Tabby Cake, which is the chocolate fudge cake coated in chocolate. This one surprised me how rich it is. Along with the creative design this was quite a nice treat. If there's any left as they do tend to sell out quickly, I'd at least try these. Service: Counter top service, staff was nice and had no issues. Certainly another worthy addition to the domain for cafes. Especially nice for when spending the day shopping for luxury brands. read more

Next to the entrance of Coach, you will find their little cute cafe. It gets busy, but the baristas were all very nice! We ordered the matcha latte. It unfortunately tasted like a $7 sea-foam green colored milk. After getting a nice outfit next-door at H&M, I drummed up the courage to go back and exchange the drink. Although there was a dauntingly long line, the cafe manager was nice enough to let me just exchange it there at the front after I told it how it was [in a nice way, cuz I'm nice :)]. I lowkey wanted to get their soft serve which looks great, but I kept it tame and got the mocha latte of equal value. It didn't have a strong flavor either. They just moved to a new location down the street at the domain next to H&M. The new location is super clean and the interior layout of all of the inventory looks great! They also have a Coach Coffee Shop inside! They sell some exclusive items for the Coach Coffee Shop, like tote bags and hats. My husband got an Arnold Palmer, it was good but not sweet enough for him, luckily they had simple syrup and honey syrup on the counter to sweeten your own beverages. I got a dirty iced chai, definitely not my favorite chai, especially for $7.50 for 16oz. If I went again, I would probably try a different drink. read more

I love the Coach store at the Domain! They recently revealed the coffee shop, which is so cute and is the second one in the country (the other one is in NYC). Staff is really friendly, and one member asked us if we wanted to see certain items or to help ourselves to items from higher shelves. The coffee is pretty pricey, but I expected that from a designer store coffee shop. I got the smores latte, and I enjoyed it! They even put small marshmallows on top. It's a really cute concept, and it's such a great way to attract customers to the store to browse their collection. read more

Was brunching with friends at The Domain and as we were leaving, we ran into this cute Coach pop up activation they had going on. They had a very cute Christmas decorated area, inviting people to sign up for their text notifications and in exchange, you got a free cookie from Chip City and a $15 off coupon to use towards your next Coach purchase over $150. I will never purchase from Coach again. I ordered a bag for a gift on black Friday. Here it is almost 3 weeks later and they just now tell me that they no longer have the bag in stock and my order was canceled. It still shows it's in the shipping process but clearly I'm not getting it. Then I tried to talk to customer service and they disconnected me and gave me no answers. It's just so sad. It's a nice store, as are all the stores in The Domain. I just wasn't impressed. The store is pretty, clean, and laid out in an easy to browse way, but the sale people are a little too chatty. I walked in on a Sunday and was seriously looking for a new purse. The ladies started chatting us up like crazy. When I tried to hint that I was just looking, she moved on to my friend. She wouldn't stop and it got so bad, that she basically ran me out of the store. As my friend was trying to leave, the salesperson stopped her to find out where she had purchased her necklace. I understand that some people might feel important or like all this over the top attention, but a good salesperson can read people. Look for the signs and if someone doesn't chat back, then let them browse! I left without making a purchase even though I wasn't there to window shop. read more

I love Sean! I have an equal love affair with Coach and Cole Haan. Quality is on par with each other and you are paying a decent price for excellent leathers and craftsmanship. Both shops at the Domain had such lovely sales people who take care of you but give you room to breathe and shop without pressure but their knowledge and kindness closes the sale. Sean was a total sweetheart who allowed me to purchase the sale price that the beautiful riding boots and totes were running the following day by taking my card info and giving me free shipping. Without this excellent service, I would have possibly just left without buying the tote bag. They also offer free engraving on their merchandise! I am so excited and waiting for the items to ship to me gives me the extra excitement and feel of a gift coming to me. Coach is just a win/win situation when it comes to the hand bags. You can't have buyers remorse with a brand that has such a well-known reputation and resale is possible in the future. The totes are light weight with beautiful colors on the interior. Light weight totes are a must for me especially since I will be using it constantly on my upcoming trip. My boots are stunning and will be my first purchase of their footwear. So went back again yesterday to get my watch repaired. Sean greeted me and took care if things pronto! Took a few to look up my receipts in their system because I didn't have time to find my actual receipt, so the times are great right now with everything being documented online in outer space somewhere. He had me fill out some forms and so my watch is off to movado. The only part is just missing my watch and knowing it's not at home. Yikes! Now with movado I'll have to go n write a review on them once I hear from them and find out how they treat me ill review them too. Sean told me that their response & turn around rate was pretty fast but yet when he spoke with Shannon, she came right out and told me that movado is a lil slow n not so sweet either. They have a warranty on the moving parts but not the actual watch itself and it's the spring that keeps the watch band together that came loose. Now I also took in my bracelet as well which they gladly offered to exchange for anything else in store. I ended up keeping mine even though I still have a lil trouble with the clasp. They had one super close to mine, but it wasn't exact. Bummer! Overall, Sean & Shannon made yet another visit to the coach domain store a pleasant one! Plus right now they are having their mothers day sale! And he even let me in on what new jewelry lines are going to be released that I guess isn't quite supposed to be public information yet. If I believed in heaven, this would be it: the Coach store. Everyone here is happy, smiling, warm, and over friendly. Hell, I think I would be too, if I were surrounded by purses and accessories all day. Everywhere I looked, there was a smiling face, ready to help me - not that I always enjoy being fussed over and coddled, but it IS nice in stark contrast to other places in the Domain. Of course, KP (shopping accomplice) played devil's advocate. You should TOTALLY get that purse. Really? I mean, it's going to be $200 more... It's classic! But what will HE say when he finds out? HE won't care.... Maybe HE won't find out.... it is pretty TIMELESS. You'll never have to buy another purse again. Hm, this IS true. What kind of company does not honors customer repairs. If a customer brings a product with defective quality due to normal wear, you should send it back to Coach repair with no questions. The sales staff is not qualified to judge purse repairs. What poor customer experience giving the customer excuses and the runaround. The outlet store in San Marcos Texas sent my wallet back for repair with no hassle. When a customer brings in a product for repair, they want it fixed! If you want to purchase a Coach handbag or any product, think twice about it. It will probably be donated to Goodwill within a year. The handbags do not hold up to normal wear and Coach stores do not want to help with repairs. read more
