That made no sense, especially since I had the physical receipt in hand, but they kept blaming me for not giving them my email and rolling their eyes. On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent.

The service here is quiet and great when you do need assistance. They greet you as you walk into the store. They let you shop in confidence and don't follow you around while you are shopping. They have a great selection to choose from. It all depends on your choice, occasion, and fashion. They do limit the amount of garments you are able to try on in their fitting rooms. They even have some seats in there if you are a guardian or parent of a child to sit and wait for them. Since I am a male, I just stood outside the dressing room and my sister-n-law would show me what her outfits looked like as my daughter tried each one on. Quite honestly, I was impressed with my daughter's shopping skills. We were in and out of this store in less than an hour. LOL At the end, when my daughter was ready, I was shocked at the value of clothing we bought. We only spent $68, I was expecting to spend at least $100 or more. It was not until I opened my trunk at the Domain that realized that I had gotten large socks instead of medium one. Good news...there was another Lululemon at the Domain. As I walked into Lululemon Domain, I immediately noticed that the store was densely packed with customers and a long check-out line. In order to defer the long, meandering check-out line, I decided to check the sales racks. While the Domain store had a larger variety of sales items, I did not find any item I wanted to purchase. By the time, I finished combing through the sales racks, the line had decreased. After scanning the SKU#, the sales associate said she was able to locate 9 pairs of socks in store. Then she went off to secure one of the nine sets of socks. In no time, she came back with the size medium socks. She rang me up rather quickly and offered me reusable shopping bag. This was an even exchange at $0 cost to me. In addition, I was captivated by the big screen behind the registers. As a side note, I love their reusable bags. Often, I carry my gym items in the Lululemon bags. You can use them as a lunch bag, grocery shopping bag or on a picnic. They are extremely portable. My sales associate gave me one of the new designs in red.

When we arrived, we were told the studio was over an hour behind schedule because one employee arrived late and another did not show up. Due to the delay, we were forced to cancel the appointment, as my daughter would not have been able to complete the shoot before leaving for the airport. All we received was an apology. There was no accommodation, rescheduling priority, or compensation, despite the inconvenience and financial loss. The cost of the makeup alone exceeded the price of the photo shoot, making this experience especially frustrating. Scheduling and staffing issues happen, but when clients invest time, money, and careful coordination for a meaningful moment, better accountability and customer care are expected.

Weird smell. I felt like I couldn't peruse at my leisure because there were so many employees around talking to each other. There was a female employee staring at me as I walked into her bra section, and only after I said hi did she say hi back. I didn't feel comfortable there, and then a male employee came over ~to the bra section~ and they started laughing and talking together. I just left. I did find 2 pairs of pants that were on such a hefty sale that I only spent $20 for both, but I really don't think it was worth the terrible experience.

The store breaks that mold. I was able to call this store and immediately ascertain if they had suitable product in my size for an event. Not only did they have the product they offered to reserve it until end of day when I could return to the area. Upon my visit, the manager, Firouze, immediately went to the task of helping me select sizes and product. She was patient as I tried adjacent sizes on multiple times to be sure the fit was perfect. She managed to keep focus on me while serving other customers that came and went. While it took me well over 30 minutes, I was able to leave knowing what I had was the right thing for me and wouldn't need any alterations. That's a big bonus at this store. They have prehemmed pants in common lengths. As a bonus there was a hero's discount that I qualified for which gave me 15% off the total purchase. Anything helps at this time of year and that was a great way to stretch the budget. I also needed a pair of dress shoes and they happen to have the perfect ones on display in my size. I was able to use a coupon I had just received with my suit purchase to effectively take 2/3 off the price of that purchase. All in all I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience I received here. I was actually dreading the thought of having to go to Men's Wearhouse and get taken for a ride on mismatching coordinates as has happened once before in an emergency purchase. Everything matched and was of good quality without taking me to the cleaners. Five stars.
