The service here is solid. I've always found the employees to not only be helpful, but they are also willing to give honest feedback when I try on clothes. I should note they typically wear the clothes too, so you can see how they look. As to the company, I can say the quality of the clothing is good. They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.

This is a great store located in the Lakeline Mall, way up in the northwest suburbs of Austin. We walked in almost every store (okay maybe half) over the course of several hours, and this was one of the better ones. We had a good time browsing in here, although it's not cheap. It's good though, and when there's a big sale on, you can find some pretty good deals. And other times it's a little expensive, but we like it.

They were very attentive to any questions or concerns we had about items and sales. They enforced covid mask rules which was very relieving and safe to shop at. We also want to give credit to Zack who went above and beyond with helping us and making our shopping experience an amazing one. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in the items they carried in store and online. He also kept us up to date on any sales going on or will be happening especially during this crazy year. Today, I went to this location to pick up Thing Two's backpack for school that I ordered online…read more The backpack I ordered was not carried in the store. Therefore, I had to pick the backpack up in store after order. I have many North Face products but have never purchased a North Face product at a North Face retail store. When I arrived at the location to retrieve the backpack, I was greeted by two employees. I was also greeted by a smell of mold (yikes), which was present throughout the store. When I advised that I was at the location to pick up an order, I was asked for my I.D. (although the employees never looked at it). I gave the employees the name for the order, and without hast, one of the employees went to retrieve my item from the back. The North Face company has been through many iterations related to the way it has positioned itself in the market. One particular change focused on DEI occurred in March 2024. The North Face began offering a 20% discount to customers who watched a four-part, one-hour "racial inclusion" course, titled the "Allyship in the Outdoors" program which aimed to "foster a deeper understanding of the unique challenges that people of color face when accessing the outdoors" (North Face). I find it fairly interesting that a company this large took this approach to educate consumers. Overall, I was pleased with the level of service I received when in the store and happy with the product. I also appreciate the North Face's forward-thinking approach to inclusion.

We coordinated outfits and paid for professional makeup in advance to be fully prepared. When we arrived, we were told the studio was over an hour behind schedule because one employee arrived late and another did not show up. Due to the delay, we were forced to cancel the appointment, as my daughter would not have been able to complete the shoot before leaving for the airport. All we received was an apology. There was no accommodation, rescheduling priority, or compensation, despite the inconvenience and financial loss. The cost of the makeup alone exceeded the price of the photo shoot, making this experience especially frustrating. Scheduling and staffing issues happen, but when clients invest time, money, and careful coordination for a meaningful moment, better accountability and customer care are expected.

I truly believe that if you visit the store you will find what you're seeking. On the other hand the Manager, Karson, Is making a big difference and making a change at the new location. So when my order came in I noticed that 3 tops that I ordered along with several pants that were supposed to be matching except the color was off but they do accommodate you and get you the right shades that you're looking for. Gabby, was the sales person that assisted me and she was very friendly and walked right up to me because, most of the time when you walk at a yoga place no one is there to assist yo, plus never find your size small is always sold out.. So knowing that information I would definitely recommend this location, since they're now permanent not a fly-by-night property and business. The pants are very high quality they're made very well so you're getting a well, made product for not cheap but an average price for what you're paying for. They also have several sweatshirts that are very well made and high quality I think you would like them too.

On 12/10/25 I decided to stop by this Lululemon store at HCG #11943 on my way home from Gold's Gym…read more I purchased the Groove HR Nulu black flared pant $118 and Align High Rise crop 25 inch $98, total with tax $233.82. I wanted to try on at home since sweaty from gym. Educator #176354 checked me out. 12/11/25 I went back to this Lululemon store to RETURN Groove pant and EXCHANGE align crop for 23 inch length. As I approached the register counter I emptied my bag telling girl I did not want $118 Groove pant and to exchange $98 Align for shorter length. She did an exchange as I went to get shorter Align length. Educator #175557 gave me my new receipt. When I got home I took out new Align pant of bag and looked at my EXCHANGE receipt and was concerned. Instead of given me FULL credit for Groove pant I returned and no longer had, she took price of Align pant $98 and deducted that from $118 Groove pant which left $20+ $1.65 tax totaled credit $21.65. She did NOT give me full refund for Groove pant. I checked my banking acct online and it showed that as well along with original purchase.I waited a few days and kept checking my online acct waiting to see if they saw their mistake and give me complete refund for $ 118 Groove pant, which they did not. 12/16/25 I go back to Lululemon store at HCG and went straight to check out counter. I began to explain what has happened, showed her my receipts and she refused to do anything. I returned the Align crop as well. I never kept anything. It was so obvious what they did that Stevie Wonder could've seen it. She told me to keep checking my bank account or to call " guest services" with the number she wrote on price of paper to call. I told her there's a problem and you owe me refund full price amount of Groove pant I returned 12/11. She goes on to say " we don't have your Groove pant", basically accusing me of stealing. Conversation got loud and I asked to speak to a manager please. She said she was the manager. I asked her for her name. She would not tell me and told me to " Leave Her store!". She is Educator #154718. I got in my car and called Lululemon guest services and spoke to them over 45 mins. A case # was opened up. Got home and forgot I had Lululemon app on phone so I opened it up and my acct showed items purchased and 1 item returned in 12/11 which was the $118 Groove pant that I was accused of stealing and never was fully refunded. Lululemon guest services followed up with me and saw what transpired and they issued me proper refund credit I was due. They apologized and offered to give me a $150 gift certificate which I thanked them for and told them I would not be going back to that store. Educator #154718 is not manager material. She's more of an unhappy , egotistical person that lacks basic customer service skills. And yes, this customer was RIGHT!! Good riddance!!

Autumn, the store manager, said that Veronica Beard is known for its tailoring for women who have multi-faceted lives. They are also known for their dickies dating back to the 1800s. Autumn described a dickie as, "a false shirt front or neckline insert designed to give the appearance of wearing a full shirt or blouse." This a faux top reduces the amount of layering needed. Autumn, also said they receive new inventory monthly. Their prices are mid-range. Very cool vibe...
