The service here is quiet and great when you do need assistance. They greet you as you walk into the store. They let you shop in confidence and don't follow you around while you are shopping. They have a great selection to choose from. It all depends on your choice, occasion, and fashion. They do limit the amount of garments you are able to try on in their fitting rooms. They even have some seats in there if you are a guardian or parent of a child to sit and wait for them. Since I am a male, I just stood outside the dressing room and my sister-n-law would show me what her outfits looked like as my daughter tried each one on. Quite honestly, I was impressed with my daughter's shopping skills. We were in and out of this store in less than an hour. LOL At the end, when my daughter was ready, I was shocked at the value of clothing we bought. We only spent $68, I was expecting to spend at least $100 or more. On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent.

While trying on the suits, the associate checked my progress and brought me different sizes and other suits to try based on things I was discovering. I was really pleased with the things she brought to me to try. In fact, it was a selection she brought to me that I ended up purchasing. The selection of two-piece suits offered various degrees of coverage and support. I didn't check out any of the one-piece swimsuits, so I cannot comment on their quality. There were many colors to choose from, but sadly the truly vibrant colors I was searching for appeared to be out of season. Items are sold separately, so it's easy to mix and match items, and even buy two tops with one matching bottom to leave with two swimsuits! While I was browsing, I heard a few people come into the store and leave shortly thereafter. I can see that this would be very frustrating if this was the routine that happened throughout the day. The service here is solid. I've always found the employees to not only be helpful, but they are also willing to give honest feedback when I try on clothes. I should note they typically wear the clothes too, so you can see how they look. As to the company, I can say the quality of the clothing is good. They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.

I began dress shopping in December at the start of the year and had over a dozen appointments at different stores, trying on more than 60 dresses. It sounds like the typical story of finding the perfect fit and feeling that magic, but it truly happened for me. I teared up when I slipped into the Jory dress. Timeless, simple, and incredibly flattering. It was the most certain and effortless decision I made during my entire wedding planning journey. I purchased the dress around February and was told it was already being finished and ready to ship. No rush fees, no extra costs. Just an elegant, stunning dress that would arrive within a couple of weeks at a store just five minutes from my home. They even held on to the dress for me up until it was time to fly to my wedding. I greatly appreciated that because I didn't have room anywhere in my apartment and I also didn't want to risk damaging it.
