My son was treated in a stereotypical and disrespectful way and was falsely told that if he tried on a suit he would have to buy it -- which the manager later admitted was false. We made an appointment and were told his size was available, but when he arrived there was nothing for him. It feels like they misled us just to get us into the store. The manager dismissed our concerns by saying they had "never heard this before," which was unacceptable. We came ready to purchase, but instead experienced dishonesty and poor treatment. I am using Suitsupply to have my wedding suit made. I usually go to Indochino but decided I should step it up a bit for my wedding! I met with Cory and he was super helpful and walking me through the process since it's different from indochino. I was really impressed with the quality and fit of their suits and plan to come back to get measured and have my suit made in the near future. The absolute WORST customer support... It's actually non-existent, so worse than terrible. DO NOT spend any of your money here because the risk of having and issue and it not being resolved is incredibly high! I went into a store to get a simple refund, completely within their policy, and the store clerk told me that they couldn't help me and that I needed to call the customer support line. I called the number 3 times, over 3 different days, and waiting on hold for 45 minutes before eventually hanging up. I then sent 2 emails over a 2-week period, and still have not received a response. I wish I would've acted sooner so I could have my bank challenge the charge, but I was expecting to at least hear back from their customer support within 30 days of trying to resolve my issue... Had a great experience working with Cory on a custom made three piece suit at SuitSupply ATX. I came here for an appointment on a Sunday at the Domain and after about 10 minutes of waiting were paired with Cory for fitting and measurements. We ended up going with a navy blue suit with a tan waist coat for my best friends wedding this summer. The whole process took about an hour and a half. The cost was well over 1K but for quality materials and a good fitting suit, it could have cost a lot more. It took about 6 weeks for the suit to get here from China (where the suit is tailored to your specifications). Cory was incredibly insightful and so well versed with menswear and tailoring. I was very impressed! Reminded me of my fashion blogging days, he was pretty debonair and his knowledge of menswear and suiting was spectacular to say the least! If you visit here or are making an appointment online (recommended), strongly suggest choosing Cory for your consultation/fitting! I have yet to pick up the actual suit yet as I ended up moving to MN and needed to have it shipped to the Edina store. After reading many rave reviews I made an appointment to be fitted and buy two suits. One for my wedding and another for my upcoming engagement shoot. With that said, my Fiancee and I drove an hour to get here only to be effectively ignored by the entire staff. We approached the front desk and let them know we were there for a 2 o'clock and she then turned to presumably find Nick. After wandering the store for about 10 minutes I went back to see what we were waiting for, I was told that Nick was busy with a walk-in who was buying a belt... After another almost 10 minutes I decided I wasn't sticking around. Not one employee smiled at us, said hello, or offered us water/coffee. I understand that things come up but someone should have at least made us feel welcome to be there. The cherry on top is that it took us walking out to even be noticed... I own 7 suits. The one I purchased from this Suit Supply location was about $1k. After only 2 wears, the fabric is piling under the armpit and it looks tattered. I took it in and they said there is nothing that I can do and it is probably the result of my sweat/friction. Frankly, at this price point, I would have rather taken my money to Indochino and got 2 suits. At least I know those are going to end up in the garbage eventually and the price reflects the quality. I'd bet I get ~3-5 more wears out of this jacket before fabric degrades to a point I'd no longer feel comfortable wearing in a professional setting. Disappointed. read more

My fiancé and I went to find a suit for his birthday and we were helped by Andrew. I immediately felt an attitude from him when he was helping us. We showed him a suit we liked online and he happened to find one jacket in my fiancé's size for reference and I happily said look you lucked out (because we thought it wasn't in the store) and he snidely says "he didn't luck out we can always order it and get it customized." For such a lighthearted comment I thought it was rude and he proceeded to be very curt throughout all the interactions we had. He's knowledgeable, I give him that. But if you have customers spending decent money in your store, I would expect even a modicum of friendliness, or not an attitude at the very least. read more

My one tip is to make an appointment beforehand! My fiancé and I came twice to search for his suit for our wedding and our first visit was very disappointing. We came in on a weekend and were greeted by the front desk employee, but never had anyone ask us if we needed help. My fiancé tried on a couple of suit jackets, but we ended up leaving because we were not helped and had no idea what the buying process was like. We went back a few months later to start the search again. We were having the same experience until an employee finally came and asked if we needed help. He said that we could make an appointment to have a proper fitting. We had no idea that they took appointments and that was the preferred store method. We waited about 30 minutes for the next appointment and then finally got undivided help. It was great one we had an associate helping us and was a totally different experience. I am glad that we finally had help and were able to hear all about Suit Supply to understand the process and purchase a suit. Overall, I think their customer service needs to be improved to make customers aware of appointments and feel seen in the store. We came here on the recommendation from a friend and after making our online appointment, we were excited to finally get my husband a suit for our wedding. The excitement started to wan when we got to the store and it was so chaotic that it took about 20 minutes before someone asked us what we needed. After I told him that we had an appointment, it took another 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment before we were actually measured for the suit. After weighing our options, we decided to get a custom suit and we loved it. The only reason I am giving this store 4 stars instead of 5 is because they should have someone at the register to check customers in and check them out as it was a little unorganized and hectic trying to figure out who did what and what was going on. read more

Went here for a new tuxedo shirt. The salesmen where helpful, I just wish they had a larger selection. They do tailoring there. Turnaround time was five days. I wanted it taken in a bit more, after trying it on the second time, which they were able to do the very same day. Decent over priced products but horrible customer service after sell is made. They're nice until a sell is made but good luck getting what you are promised on time. The store at the domain rarely ever picks up their calls and toll free customer support never picks up unless your placing a new order. If you're deciding between suit supply and another store and customer support and price is important to you then look elsewhere. I've purchased multiple items from the store and there was always one issue or the other. Of course suit supply replied below asking for my contact information so management can "address my concern." But management had several opportunities tho "address my concerns" in person at the store and chose to do nothing besides the generic "come see me the next time" you come to spend money on our overpriced items. The clothing is great - off the rack fits well, great in House tailor and always funky patterns to look fly as hell....but you can get great clothing anywhere. I'm all about service. I come in to try on jackets all the time without pressure to purchase. I am greeted by name every time I walk in. Attentive service. When they're helping customers they give great attention to who they're with. I can understand if some feel disrespected but I value that professionalism. Booked an appointment and showed up on time, but a walk-in had taken my slot which I didn't mind initially. The staff was slow to assist me which made me question the point of booking an appointment. After I finally received help I was left in a fitting room for half an hour while staff helped others like I was not even there. So I decided to leave. The staff seemed to be confused about this even though I had been mostly ignored the entire time I was there. I came to the store for the service but it was very much lacking. I purchased a sports coat from here not too long ago and suddenly one of the seams came loose and when I took it in they said they would fix it and at no charge for a repair which, to me, is great customer service. Upon my arrival to pick up my jacket I was interested in getting another jacket but custom made this time and I was unsure about specific details. When I arrived Cory promptly greeted me and was super knowledgeable about the details that go into a jacket. He helped me find the best fit, even having it altered for me to my specific shape so when it arrives it will be perfect. I then asked him if we could do the same thing to the jacket I was going to pick up that day and he gladly helped me with that too. Cory was a great help and so professional. I just wanted to take a minute to offer my review of Suit Supply, Austin. I ordered a suit online without a hitch. It came in promptly--a day earlier. The fabric and color were fantastic: Lazio Plain Blue S120s. The one problem? Fit. Unfortunately, I went with SS online recommendation (and wishful thinking) that said a 40R would fit. It almost did! But was a little snug. No big deal. I live in San Antonio but made the quick trip to Austin to have them process my return & order a size up. First, the store is located in a posh, mixed use area near a Nieman Marcus, fancy apts, and other shops. At first I was like FML! I have to go into a mall or something, but it was just an open air development with shops and the like. Thank goodness. Prolly a perfect location for this store. There's plenty of free parking in the garages near the store. I walked in and was immediately greeted by several folks. It's exquisitely laid out with suits, ties, dress shirts, and casual wear lining the walls. Some nice EDM on the store radio. Overall, i hate shopping and will do almost anything to avoid brick and mortar stores, but would come back here in a heartbeat. The employees are super attentive--Cole walked away for a min and someone else asked me if I had already been helped. Anyway, Cole ended up handling my return. We unboxed the suit and he knew immediately they didn't have that style in stock. He escorted me to the back area to try on a different suit jacket, made sure it fit, and we went back to the front. He had to call a different store to ensure they had it in stock--rather than relying on the computer information. He confirmed with the other store and within 10 minutes, had my online order refunded, and my new suit ordered. I was in and out in maybe 20 min. since I didn't have to really try on a bunch of stuff. Painless return process. It was GREAT. I thought Cole did a fantastic job and the next time I'm in the market for another suit, I will make the short drive up here rather than order online simply because I was so impressed with their service. Legit. If you're in the market for a decent suit, stop by Suit Supply. You won't be disappointed. Update: I received my new suit within a week. Everything was exactly as I wanted except they shipped it to the Austin store instead of my home address which I thought they were going to do. But the Austin store overnighted it or something super quick. Again, painless process from start to finish. These guys/gals are top notch, as is the suit. read more

Couple months ago my fiancé bought a suit for our wedding next month 09/24/22. The suit hasn't been worn at all except for when we tried it on the day we picked it up. The gentleman who helped at first was very nice and professional, told us to bring it back for alteration four weeks before the wedding. Which we did, we didn't know we had to dry cleaned the unworn suit for them to be able to start the alteration. I understand your policy but it would've been nice to tell your customer ahead of time. Anyway, we got to the store, the lady named sparkle who helped us was just very unprofessional, she looked annoyed the entire time, the moment we walked in, it feels like we were not welcomed. It was very awkward and she was very short and showed no empathy. We did not spend more than $500 for the custom suit to be treated that way.. couple days past by my fiancé had to rescheduled the appointment because the suit that needed to be dry cleaned before they could do the alteration isn't ready: AGAIN, the suit wasn't WORN. But it is the policy..... the same lady who answered the phone just keep sighing over the phone. We told our groomsmen about the story since we told them to go there and get their suit for the wedding and the guys that dealt with her agreed that they have been treated like that. Very unprofessional, Not welcoming and just plain rude. I will never ever recommend this place again! What a shame! Whoever manage this place, I understand life's hard right now or your employee might be going through something but never ever treat your paying customer like shit. You do not get what you pay for. I own two suits from suit supply, the suits are made in China and have really cheap quality fabrics, especially in their "summer" designs. There is literally a Chinese tag inside of the suit for a suit company that claims to be founded and produced in the Netherlands. It's all bullshit. For $600 I'd love expect something that was at least halfway decent where seems didn't fall apart after my second time wearing it. I went to wedding this past weekend and my inseam in the seat blew out. Like I exploded on me where I had to excuse myself and change pants. This is the third time I've ever worn this suit, absolute garbage quality. However their customer service is superb. Every time I've visited the store weather for a press, needing an accessory or a shirt they are top notch, and you can't beat that. Unfortunately I just really wish their suit quality matched their price tag. Which they most definitely do not. Really hope yo hear from the company and get this fixed read more

This company has really dropped the ball for my wedding plans. I *loved* this store's suits, so I've patiently waited over a month to schedule a fitting for a custom-made suit with their measurement guy who comes in from Dallas. I gave them my information twice and never got a call back. One month later, I finally find out that the guy won't be coming at all, and that by the time they do have someone who can take my measurements, it'll be too late to get the suit before my wedding. Based on my experience, I'm not sure how much I would trust this company to be reliable. read more

Funerals. For many of them, the living require that men who attend wear a suit. Thus it was I went to Suitsupply in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, picked out a super nice one from their selection of modern options, got fitted, and out of there in 20 minutes. Holy. Crap. This is what every suit buying experience should be. (Again, I went in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, which is probably when you should go, even though there were only two sales associates there). On top of that, they got my tailoring done in a few hours (!) - without charging me any more than what they ordinarily charge for alterations. That my friends, is some fucking service. Now, it wasn't 100% perfect after the first try, but it was pretty damn close. And it also turned out the person in question I needed the suit for wasn't quite dead yet, so I didn't need it for another day. But my point is that Suitsupply was willing and able to get that done for me, which is sweet of them and also kinda nuts. Suitsupply has a wide selection of colors and modern style suits, either for dressin' up more formally, or you can take a look at their leisure section if that is your thing. You can waltz into the store to get fitted, or you can try your hand at self-fitting at home, order it there, and then go to the store to pick it up and get it altered if necessary. Suitsupply's prices, to me, seemed reasonable for their product. Now 'reasonable' is clearly different to every person, but the way my suit-purchasing experience has been over the years, you have 1. used suits (price varies wildly) 2. lower end suits (maybe $200-$300) 3. Suitsupply (ranging from $450-$700ish?) 4. everyone else that is pushing $1k for a suit I don't wear suits frequently, so a nice one usually lasts me several years or more. YMMV. Suitsupply is a Dutch company that now has stores all over the planet. From Wiki: "Suitsupply was named among the best places for suits in New York City by New York Magazine in 2012,[5] and among the best new menswear stores by GQ Magazine in 2011.[6] The Wall Street Journal reported in 2011 that a Giorgio Armani suit priced at $3,625 equaled the quality of a Suitsupply suit priced at $614.[7]" p.s. if *I* should kick off anytime soon, my funeral will be come-as-you-are. One of my suits had some stitching come out - took it into the store and Cole had the suit fixed in minutes. Could not believe how fast they got that done. If that would have happened to one of my customs at Balani it would have taken weeks and I probably would have had to pay. I wear suits every day for work. I've worn customs, had suits from brooks bros, and Saks... Suit supply has exceeded all expectations! And they are cheaper too! Ask for Cole, he'll take care of you. Went to suit supply to get a blazer and walked out with three new shirts as well. The quality of the cut and fabric are nicer than some of the high end designers I have owned (and tried on). The alterations were pretty fast and I'm very happy with the product. If you're looking for a way to look good in your clothes without going full bespoke or spending 3 times the price this is the way to go. If zero stars were possible that's that they would get. After spending hundreds of dollars on the suit, the cheap fabric ripped in the middle of my husband's and I first dance so he couldn't wear the pants for the rest of our ceremony at our freaking wedding. Then when he took them in to get them repaired they told him he would need to purchase a new suit, not fairly giving him compensation for poor quality and didn't even mend what had ripped. The pants were not too tight, he wasn't over stretching the pants. He was slow dancing. Customer service was no help saying it would be weeks if ever for getting a pair of pants and would still have to pay for that new pair. Not happy. Will never spend money here again. read more

Thank goodness you can order online because the customer service was awful leaving us no choice than to walk out empty handed. Husband and I made a special stop to this Austin location during a weekend getaway from Northern California, which we made a point to let staff know. While the store had a couple of customers upon first arriving, we did get a fitting room and a store employee provided my husband with a shirt to try on with a couple of suits. That was the extent of their attention, which completely disappeared shortly there after. Since my husband is 6'5" he was very excited to have more options than the 2 sport coats available at the San Francisco location we visited the previous weekend. As a lobbyist he wears suits nearly everyday and we were prepared to buy a couple, along with some sport coats. He noticed they had a few interesting pants and more casual wear and decided to try on a few to ramp up his less formal attire, however the lack of interest from the staff after the store was empty of other customers got tiresome. At various points I had to find somebody to help us with a size only to have to chase them down again after they forgot to check in on us. At the end we decided to walk out and make an online purchase for a few pieces that he would have otherwise bought in store. Hope these guys don't work on commission. read more

It was ready within 3 days as promised, and when we went in to pick it up he tried it back on to make sure nothing needed adjusting and wow did it look amazing! The staff here is so helpful and the service really is amazing, not only did they remember us but also the event we bought the suit for etc. They gave him a really nice travel bag for the suit as well as went over thorough care and cleaning directions. These suits fit like a glove, are super high quality, and reasonably priced. I ordered a suit from Suitsupply online but wasn't happy with the fit/fabric so I returned it to the store. Once there, it was clear that I should have gone in person in the first place. Do yourself a favor and actually go to the physical store; they have a large selection and are happy to get you fitted.
