Was multi tasking and was getting several shoes/styles for us plus some other customers along with helping a parent with 3 kids pulling different sizes and styles. Dennis has been absolutely instrumental in that journey. What impressed me most wasn't that he was trying to make a sale--it was that he genuinely wanted to educate me. He took the time to explain the differences between the various Brooks Brothers shirt collections, the different fits, fabrics, sizing systems, and how each style complements different body types. He patiently helped me understand how the Brooks Brothers sizing system works and why finding the correct fit makes such a tremendous difference. When it came time to purchase, Dennis also educated me on how to buy with the current sale that was going on. My few experiences with Dennis could not have gone any better. They have been perfect. For the first time, I feel like I understand how to build a wardrobe that is tailored to my body instead of trying to make my body fit the clothing. Dennis never rushed me, answered every question with professionalism and enthusiasm, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Because of his knowledge and customer service, I'm now in the process of transitioning my entire wardrobe to Brooks Brothers. Honestly, I don't believe I would have made that decision without his guidance. Brooks Brothers has built an outstanding system of fits, measurements, and classic style. He hates pleated pants and we just were hoping they had some nice things in stock. We walked in and were greeted, anything you are looking for, well not really, just wanted to browse what they had overall. It was my husband, myself, and 1 and 2 year old. Thankfully we had them in our double stroller - the Nuna Demi grow that seats both of them comfortably so that we can shop without worrying about them running around or grabbing things off shelves, etc. She asked me about 30 seconds later once we made it to the other side of the store (by the columbia side of windows) . No thank you. browsed their sock selection, which was slim pickings. and we decided maybe they had some on the opposite side of the racks we passed on our one lap in. again, the thick accented, glasses wearing young lady asked again, Is there anything you are looking for ? That was it, in 1.5 minute-2 minutes time she followed me around the store asking if we needed help looking for something. I said, you know that's it, I'm done. Even if I wanted to purchase something in this store I wouldn't specifically because of you. I'll be spending at the stores down the hall. And that's exactly what we did. Never. again. ever. I couldnt figure out why we were treated this way? Was it my $500 purse? was it my $1400 stroller? Was it my well-dressed family? was it because I had kids with me? I'll never know. I did purchase some workout socks. I love their socks for working out. The socks grip your feet and do not slide down into your shoe. Some of my socks that are older, tend to slide down into my shoe, however, Lululemon socks never do this. My issue with socks, in general, is that I cannot always remember where I last put them - in my car, in the dirty clothes, on top of the washer in my sock bag. So, when some of my socks are in sock purgatory, I have more to wear. Lululemon is located inside Barton Creek Square Mall. Lululemon is bright, modern, and designed for a high-end shopping experience. The store offers services such as Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store, free hemming/adjustments, and returns/exchanges. Lululemon offers a wide range of women's and men's activewear, including leggings, joggers, tops, and accessories like yoga mats and belt bags. The store also participates in Lululemon's "Like New" clothing trade-in program, which is great for sustainability-minded shoppers. Staff members aka "Educators" are trained to provide personalized product education and ensure a seamless guest experience. They're known for their expertise and knowledge. Lululemon has premium pricing with leggings often averaging $98+, and tops $60+. I always wait for sales before I purchase items at Lululemon or I may have to break open my piggy bank. Smile.

If individuals on second-hand resale sites are selling, absolutely, to be part of a more sustainable clothing practice, but AE has lost my service until it undergoes a major personality shift. I placed an online order using a birthday promo code and opted for store pickup at the Barton Creek Mall location. The order was supposed to be ready by August 6th. That date came and went with no notification or update. I drove to the store--wasting my time and braving heavy crowds--only to be met with apathetic and unhelpful staff. The associate told me the items had shipped but couldn't provide a tracking number or any real support. She offered to cancel the order and help me shop in-store, but that defeated the whole point of ordering online for convenience. After multiple failed attempts to get help from outsourced customer service, I finally canceled the order and placed a new one to be delivered to my apartment. To my shock, American Eagle used DoorDash to deliver the package--without any prior notice. How they couldn't use the normal shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS is beyond me. I had to rearrange my entire Saturday to wait at home for a courier, which was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional for a major retail brand. This entire process--from poor communication to lackluster customer support and an unreliable delivery method--was unacceptable. It's clear AE no longer values its customers or their time. I'll only buy AE items secondhand moving forward. They've lost my business.
