Well for these few items I didn't want, the Burlington next to my residence where I purchased them from on William Cannon wouldn't process my return. They did suggest trying a different Burlington for the return because they said they may have a different policy and might accept it. I thought that was strange since I made the purchase there and the cashier didn't say final sale when I purchased so they should have honored my return, well nonetheless I went to Brodie per their suggestion and when arriving at Brodie they also said they couldn't process the return on my items because of what my items were and that they always make sure to say such items are final sale to the customer at check out so that the customer knows and that the Burlington I purchased my items from should have done that at checkout and since they didn't they should honor my return. Well I decided I'd try one last location before heading back to my closer store over discrepancy that they didn't clarify final sale at checkout. Well I arrive more North at the Burlington in Capital Plaza. I arrive with my few items and stated I needed to return them, without hesitation this location processed my return and very quickly at that. They also had very good customer service. Like I said I've spent hundreds here but I had just a few items that ended up not being for me. They were new still in the box and had the price sticker attached. This Burlington was so quick to accommodate me and process what I needed. This is the location that should be praised for good customer service. If you have something that you happen to have to take back, just make sure it's new and unused and that you still have the price sticker for them to be able to process it. The Burlington I made my most purchases from in the past near my residence will no longer get my business for not making right with not establishing final sale clarification at checkout and not processing a small return I needed after having so much else I purchased from there. He asked me what kind of style i wanted and let me browse. So many selections. It was hard to choose from, i finally decided. Im a girl with big calfs. The store breaks that mold. I was able to call this store and immediately ascertain if they had suitable product in my size for an event. Not only did they have the product they offered to reserve it until end of day when I could return to the area. Upon my visit, the manager, Firouze, immediately went to the task of helping me select sizes and product. She was patient as I tried adjacent sizes on multiple times to be sure the fit was perfect. She managed to keep focus on me while serving other customers that came and went. While it took me well over 30 minutes, I was able to leave knowing what I had was the right thing for me and wouldn't need any alterations. That's a big bonus at this store. They have prehemmed pants in common lengths. As a bonus there was a hero's discount that I qualified for which gave me 15% off the total purchase. Anything helps at this time of year and that was a great way to stretch the budget. I also needed a pair of dress shoes and they happen to have the perfect ones on display in my size. I was able to use a coupon I had just received with my suit purchase to effectively take 2/3 off the price of that purchase. All in all I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience I received here.
