This is by far best Buckle in the area! The team are super friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They're extremely attentive and will bring as many styles/sizes as you need to try on. The store is always well stocked, nicely organized, neat and tidy. No matter what your style you can find the best denim jeans here over anywhere else. They're fantastic! And they have a free onsite service to hem the clothes and add any fringe/details you'd like. I have been on a mission for some bootcut jeans. I saw some on Google shopping at Buckle that looked really nice but i had no clue what size i needed and Im not sure ive ever bought anything from Buckle. When i got there, i was greeted by a very nice saleslady. I told her i was looking at bootcut jeans but didnt know my size in inches (that is how their jeans are sized) She knew pretty much what size I needed and grabbed a couple bootcut in a certain style to get me started in the dressing room and the bootcut jeans just kept coming until i found the perfect pair. I bend, but I don't Buckle. Unless I'm in the Lakeline Mall, then I kinda do. This is a nice Buckle located at the big mall in Cedar Park in the northwest suburbs of Austin, which we wandered for hours and must have gone into 50 or more stores, what a day, I was sore by the evening. I like it in here, but they do a little bit of hard selling and prices aren't cheap, so that's why we decided not to go over 3, even though it's an impressive and attentive store. First time ever that I walked into the store and no one acknowledged me. 3-4 employees I walked around for at least 30 minutes trying to decide on a gift for someone and was ignored. When I finally went to the register I stood and waited for two young women to finish a personal conversation. When I was checking out the young lady asked if I had been helped when I said no she made a lame excuse about how busy they were lol there was only 2 customers in the store the entire time I was there. The other was male and he got all the help he needed! This is what I do know I know the managers well! I am an account holder. I am in there often and today was unacceptable. Hey Buckle! Your store manager Allie at the Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park, Texas likes to accuse my family of stealing though we never walked in your store!!! Sent a security guard after me, my 11 year old son and husband after WALKING past. Said we stole a boot! Yet when we returned with security to confront her the boot was still there, nor would I even have a place to put ONE boot in my small bag. She immediately said "It's ok we looked at the camera" and waved me off! No apology. Made my son have to feel like a thief with his parents. Almost got escorted out by security until the head of security arrived and said WE were in the right and did NOTHING wrong. Allie completely judged us by how we looked (sorry we're not Buckle material and look more Hot Topic) and FALSEY accused us. Allie is a bully, Allie profiles based on looks and Allie doesn't apologize when in the wrong. She should NOT be your store manager! read more

Known for its ability to greet customers this place did not disappoint as we were greeted right away and asked if we needed any assistance. The staff worked with us to determine what style we wanted and went and got different sizes as needed so we could just focus on trying on the clothes. Quality clothes at a bit higher end pricing but worth it as it will last. Note: they offer free tailoring of their jeans for the life of the jeans. read more

Well. This store was definitely an experience to say the least. I was immediately greeted and asked my first name upon entrance. Interesting to say the least... after that I was asked in front of patrons, staff, and anyone else in the store what my size was and that I was going to be shopped for basically. I told them I was just looking but they couldn't take no for an answer. My sister was shopping with me and was asked the same questions and was told what to try on and so was I . Then they informed us that at buckle they are personal stylists and that they will be helping us shop. Normally this may sound great but the pushy nature of the sales man and woman was overkill and a huge turnoff. I was then asked where I worked and if I'd like a job at buckle. I did not mention I wanted a job I was just offered. I kindly said no and was pressed with an application!! So crazy. I can't even believe this happened. I walked out of the store to throw away a drink and my name was called out by the manager. I then walked back into the store and he had already begun filling out my application. I was flattered but also really confused and just wanted to peace out and go into a less threatening and less expensive store. I kindly said thanks but no thanks he knew I had a full time job already (which I had no complaints about). My sister didn't know how to leave and tried on a few shirts all of which she wasn't impressed with. She told the woman helping her that she didn't like the shirts and instead the woman (Vanessa) said "Ok I'll just go ahead and ring up the orange one then!" How odd! And yet again... pushy! The feeling when we left was a little more than uncomfortable we were both somewhat disturbed at the selling techniques and "stylist" approach. Can't I just browse and drink my tea in peace? I've been to a couple different Buckle stores and all of them have been 3-4 star experiences but this Buckle has always been a 5 star experience. Upon walking in I've always been promptly greeted and almost always before making it to where I'm going I'm asked what I'm looking for. The employees here are always so helpful at finding all the styles of jeans similar to any pair you may like and are very knowledgable about all their fits and products. They always rush to bring me clothes to try and get a room for me set up immediately always feels like you're a VIP in the store. I will continue to keep coming back to this buckle and won't even consider going to any others. read more

The staff was very attentive and helpful. There was a good selection of clothing. Their prices are a little high, but they are competing at the higher end of jeans and shirts, so it's understandable. I have never really had a reason to ever come here but just happened to be walking past the store while I was at a visit to the mall again yesterday (on a Monday afternoon). Only there because I HAD to be n was in Cedar Park anyway, to stop by the pink store to get a specific jacket that the domain location didn't have in store. So, walking by I side eyed this pair of shoes and immediately stopped n back stepped to look a little harder. Then saw a few more that caught my eye. So went inside a few steps to see when I was immediately greeted by a nice young guy working and asked if they had them in my size. He said, " oh yes, I think we do, I'll be right back " In the meantime I stood towards the front looking at the mens sandals and fossil watches when I struck up a conversation with the female sales woman who was knelt down folding Jean's on the floor beside me. She just said something like, " oh those fossil watches are really nice right?" So we just made small talk and I asked if she had the pair of sandals in my hubby's size. They didn't. Then after about 7 mins, a bit longer than expected the guy came back out with an arm full of shoe boxes and proceeded to the dressing room area to set up the shoes for me to try on. When I get over to the area I see he had two other shoe styles all set up for me to try on as well. Stuff I didn't even ask for. I get it though. Sales, sales, sales. He walked by about 2 mins later n asked me how things were looking. He also said "those pumas are my favorite!" Good sales tactics n people skills! I gotta admit, I did like the other two shoe styles he brought out. He got my style down perfectly, because there were plenty of other shoes there that I would have NEVER of picked. He happened to choose two others that I definitely would of worn. So pretty spot on. Impressive. Good thing I have some control otherwise I probably would of bought all three. I ended up getting rung up by the lady I talked with earlier and I she was just as talkative and friendly and down to earth talking about more things than just selling me stuff. I'm usually quick to change subject anyway when I feel I'm being upselled. Plus I'm a pretty big talker myself and have the gift of gab. So pretty easy for me to be up front and not be manipulated or pressured. The entire visit was extremely pleasant, the people were attentive and helpful. The prices are on the mid to low end. Mostly lots of rock, beach, skate like wear. Not usually my style, but with shoes I have a wide range of styles. I like anything that catches my eye. The stores in the mall in general are HOT though. Don't know if that's just me or what, but find every time I am at checkout in these stores, I start getting hot as hell and wanting to fan myself. Ugh! A lil disappointed I couldn't find the size for my husband in their sandals. But the chick helping me with that had many other style and brand suggestions and was really helpful. Sorry I can't remember their names. I always ask, but just can't recall. On my way out the guy helping even made sure he said " AWESOME! OK girl! See ya later!" Lol! Bought two pair of jeans here and they offered free alterations to hem them. Picked them up a week later and they did not hem them. I will never shop here again. Don't offer a service if you aren't going to do it. read more

Staff is very attentive, nice set up in the store. A few weeks ago, I shopped here with a friend and I guess I was distracted and accidentally left my phone on the check out counter. I called the store and asked if they still had it and they said yes and put it in the back office for me over night and I was able to get it the following morning.
