I usually don't write reviews, but my recent experience at this Old Navy was so frustrating, I feel obligated to warn others. The store itself is fine, but the management is absolutely terrible. Disorganized, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. read more

Emily a the cash register was just soooooo rude and disrespectful to a CUSTOMER! Please fire her! If she was having a bad day take it out on someone else! She had a horrible look on her face, like she hated her job. She needs to go- no room for entitled gen z working with public. read more

I'm sorry... I'm sure this will offend some... but just what are you shopping for here as an adult?! I can see it for kids... less expensive clothing (not great quality) but heck kids blow through clothes. However I actually like to shop for my wife... so I checked out the ladies side of things... Ohhh Lordy!! I think I'd have to be told I had to buy something from here before I ever willingly brought something home for my wife from this store! Cheap, horrible cuts, not well made, terrible patterns, and just dated! Now to be fair... if your looking for inexpensive sweat shirts, work out clothes, or lounging attire well then you've found the spot. Although as get out of the house and go be around people clothing this place is lacking style, fit, and a modern look! I was here to pick up character shirts (sonic and Mario) for my boys bday party... that is one thing I'll say... they have a pretty good selection for men and children of graphic tees! They have the cutest clothes for kids!! I just love all of the cute seasonal dresses, shoes, etc. for my toddlers! My girls demand to wear dresses every day, so thank goodness for this store and their prices! My only issue with this location is how small the toddler section is. I have also found their inventory for kids to be a bit low -- a bit too hit or miss to love it here. They do, however, have the best staff members: top notch customer service!! read more

How dumb of a business model is that they don't match their own online prices. They told me that I could order via my phone (while I'm in the store) then wait for an hour to have someone take it out of my hands, ring me up, then give it back to me. Hope the same fate comes to this store as the store next of them. read more

Like this store for cheap options with cute style. Prices are especially good when paired with rewards and coupons offered. They didn't get a five because many times they won't have size we are looking for but you can order and have free shipped to home. Store is generally well staffed in my experience and kept organized making things easy to find. read more

This is a great Old Navy. I used to not really like this location... it was drab and the clothes always seemed to be poor quality and strewn about the store. This little Old Navy has had a facelift! I was wondering about their renovations - I thought it was just a rebranding of the ON sign. Turns out the inside has had a complete facelift as well. As usual I am reminded of why I shop during the week - kids x 1000 in here on a Sunday. It actually is okay though - the designers parked the kid sections in the back of the store away from the human sections. I only had to deal with them once when I was hit by a stray soccer ball in the changing area. Old Lady Navy - why did it occur to you to put soccer balls in the store? Who's grand idea was that? The clothes are still the poor quality we know and love from ON but the dressing room was clean and staffed by a nice girl who took my "not for me" pile and she acted as crowd control as well - effortlessly moving mom, dad, johnny, suzy and little evan away from the doors so the rest of us could get in and out. read more

This store was by far the most organized ON I have ever seen. I could tell that a lot of great care and time was put into color-coding each section. I will be driving past my Georgetown ON to come to this one time from now on! read more

This store is usually very clean and the staff is friendly. They don't always carry the same options that are offered online, so that's a bit of a bummer. I will only shop this location during the weekdays when all of the suburban families have their kids in school. Otherwise, this store is a madhouse on the weekends. read more

Most of my closet is Old Navy. I have come to this location several times. It's in a shopping plaza with Sam's club, Ulta, Barnes n noble, etc. There is a huge parking lot with plenty of space to find parking. I like this location and old navy for the convenience and also because it never seems to get very packed. The only downside is they don't always carry all the sizes I'm looking for. The deals online are typically better than in store so check the website before purchasing anything. I plan on coming back to this location but I will also do most of my old navy shopping online. read more

I have literally started buying most of my kids clothes here. They have dressy and casual styles at the best prices and their Old Navy Cash program is the best. I happened to go on a double cash day and got two coupons for $30 off $75. $75 worth of clothes for $45...awesome! read more

I took my daughter into the Old Navy Story at LaFrontera because she wanted to look at some shirts. I didn't notice the time and we walked around for awhile trying to find what she was looking for. We passed a few employees none of which engaged with us and then my daughter went to try her stuff on and I went to find a pair of shorts. I went to the dressing room the the employee there asked if I wanted to try it on and then directed me into a changing room. While changing they turned off the lights because apparently the store was closing though no announcement was made and the employee had said nothing. I am legally blind and getting around in the dark is really hard for me. Had an announcement been made over the loud speaker like lots of stores do or even the employee at the dressing room informed me that they were closed I would have just left and come back another time but they didn't. The store needs to be aware that there are people who can't see well and turning off the lights instead of simply announcing the store was closing is unacceptable at best. Needless to say I won't be shopping at that location again. read more

Yes, i have shopped here and other Old Navy's many times, yes i know the deal is clothes are cheap and you get what you pay for but my problem was larger than this. I bought two pairs of jeans for my son that had the size on them but did not label the style (the tag on back inside of jeans says "Old Navy Straight"). INSIDE the jean next to the left pocket there is tag that says "skinny" or "husky" that i did not notice until neither one fit my son. I had washed them but felt that since there was no label on the outside the jeans they should exchange them. I was turned away at the store with "we don't return anything washed". Fine, so i call Old Navy Customer Service to explain the problem. The operator connects me with the Round Rock Store Manager who then argues with me and says they were labeled on the outside too. REALLY, did you just call me a liar?!? I already wasted gas and 35 minutes on hold then I get this?!? The 30 plus dollars I am out is not worth this, i'm sure they know this. Terrible Customer service over what amounts to nothing but losing another customer. I'll buy more expensive clothes and avoid this hassle. I will tell every parent i know about this BS, maybe they open up every pair of pants to make sure they aren't being lied to but i don't. read more

Terrible customer service. I had a return from an online purchase with the tags attached, and a computer print out of my invoice- and the clerk didn't feel that was adequate. Finally, he realized he could use my BR credit card to "ok" the return. My 7 year old daughter summed it up best- "They really didn't seem to want to help us, did they?" Sadly, seems to be the trend at most ON and Gap stores- a disconnect from the online experience and staffed with rude, bored kids who don't have a clue how to treat clients. I think I'll continue to shop online so as to minimize interaction with them! read more
