Walking in you are immediately faced with racks of clothes. On the perimeter of the store are small areas of items, but definitely nothing like a department in a big box store. The rows were over packed with items. For example, in a housewares area, messy stacks of cookie trays with bread pans and cooling racks stacked upon each other filled one shelf. The pots and pans on the top shelf, when not stacked as a set, we're also messy and often unstable. The candles were 5-6 deep in no clear organization. That's not to say the whole store is like this. The bath section was easy to navigate and the clothes, on the whole, are in the right size sections. To me though, this is just Goodwill with new items. I'm not impressed. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Marshall's thanks to Gianna, Ela, and Karen! These three truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. I love the shoes and dress I purchase for Easter! It's not often you come across a team that works so well together while also making customers feel valued and welcomed. Especially nowadays in this industry with such young kiddos! I'm really disappointed with the way the employee in the back, who manages the dressing room, behaves. She seriously needs to get herself together before interacting with customers. I was at Marshall's recently and overheard a conversation between her and a young man--he was incredibly respectful and polite, but she was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. It's surprising and upsetting that Marshall's allows their employees to treat people this way. read more

Marshalls!! This location is very well staffed and has lots and lots of stuff! They are located in a newly developing plaza with many shops to come soon. As of 2017 there are not many shops just yet but they are filling up quickly. The prices and options are great just like any other Marshalls but the difference is this one is really well organized and it's HUGE! Even the ceilings are higher than normal. There is plenty of parking and it is so nice to shop in a Marshalls that is super clean, organized, and has plenty of people to help you out when you're looking for something!! read more

I went to the store today and there was this one employee named Carlton B. He was trying to talk to me, but I told him I was Deaf ( I have a hearing aid and the store was extremely loud). Knowing that, he was able to motion me to be next in line. So, I signed thank you to him, but he was curious and asked "is this the sign for thank you"? I said yes and showed him one more time. Then, he asked "how do you say you're welcome?" So, I showed him how to sign it in ASL. Then, he proceeds to signed welcome to me. I stopped him on my way out telling him how much I truly appreciate him taking the time of his day to learn a little bit of ASL. VERY much lack of customer service. Soon as my mom, sister & I walk into the store we see an outdoor patio set that caught our attention and wanted to put it to the side so we could do some more shopping. We were told we'd be helped to load it into our truck after the purchase. When my mom finished her purchase I asked for an employee to help us load it into the vehicle; there was two that were next to me and if anything the employee that I asked looked annoyed at the fact that I asked for help even though they said they said they would read more

This is my go to Marshall's! The ladies that work here are super friendly. They are always laughing and cutting up. They are super efficient and even though the lines do get long like most of these types of stores that are full of the bargain hunter ladies looking for a deal. They keep the lines moving fast. They also sell reusable bags at the checkout that are super handy for beach trips lugging around all the beach towels and such. I have found so many items here for my adult son who changes his style up every other month and also my picky husband. I like to buy their beach and board shorts here in the winter when they are on super sale. Hurley and RVCA shorts and shirts for a fraction of the normal price tag. I like this store over most because even though they they do ask for random donations every now and then for certain charities they aren't super picky. I've made a few returns here as well and get no slack. I like their beauty department for clean soaps and good prices on cleansers and body lotions. They also have a great pet selection with comfy dog beds and plenty of snackos. They carry food and human snacks too. Pack your patience and stroll around. read more

Love everything about this store! I've been to many Marshalls and this by far is the best all around. I had the best customer service, (which I didn't expect from a discount store) wonderful selection, and so NEAT and organized. I was looking fiercely for a matching rug to a larger one I found and 2 employees went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. Just a reminder that this is not expected in a discount store. I explained I was passing through from Alabama and both employees welcomed me. Okay I LOVE this Marshall's! They have the cutest seasonal section and home decor! I always walk out with some fun finds here. The female athletic clothes are also a good selection. I love the overall cleanliness and organization that the store has. The cashiers move the lines quickly and courteously, and they accept donations for the JDRF foundation during check out. I'm a type 1 diabetic and love that I can also donate during my check out. A+ for Marshall's! read more

Horrible customer service. They have things priced wrong and don't even honor the price they put on the tag.

Have overall had a good experience there up until the last couple times i went the employees put things on hold for themselves which wouldn't be an issue if they would set them in the back but the employees tend to pick harder to find items and set them on the counter behind the register. I personally do not have an issue with the employees getting first pick but they should set their items in the backroom where customers don't have to see the item they were looking for on the counter behind the register. read more

Today I passed probably 7 employees while shopping around and not one of them made eye contact or said hello. Then there was only 2 women as cashiers and both of the customers they were helping had long, complicated transactions. Instead of calling for help they decided to help each other and chatted with employees who were just coming in. The line of customers waiting grew and grew. Probably waited almost 15 minutes to check out because none of the employees called for backup. The woman who checked me out was wearing a shirt that was entirely inappropriate for work, it looked like a crop top and her stomach was hanging out. She didn't apologize for the long wait and just blamed it on being busy, it was not busy. I work in customer service and know how things need to be prioritized. This store needs to work on that.
