The $100 pendant and $100 chain gone in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend sticking to the cheap chains on Amazon for anything other than special occasions. 2 stars for a quick response, I don't blame them for not offering a replacement program especially if their jewelry fails this quickly. After letting me know how much she wanted it and even gave me her ring size, it was up to me to surprise her with it. However, upon arrival, I realized this ring did not come in her birthstone color which she wrongly presumed it would. As a result, I went back home and brought her back with me a couple hours later. After looking through the rings, we decided on two instead of one. For the average guy who's not real familiar with gemstones, you'll need to know this. The peridot stone is a lot less expensive than the lab created stones. They do have many nice selections of unique creations and the service level was very attentive. It should be pointed out that James Avery never participates in Black Friday weekend sales events like everyone else. For that matter, I did not spot anything that was marked down or on sale. Definitely a jewelry store we will once again return to.
