When we tried to fix the problem at the store and online, they told us they didn't even carry the version 2 (which came out 2 years ago) they only had version 1. So they sold my daughter a lightstick that is over 2 years old for full price ($70) that doesn't even work at the concert. Because it was the 15th day they said we were out of luck even getting store credit, because their policy is 14 days. (If we were going by hours, not calendar days, it hasn't been 14 24 hour days yet- but that is not the point) Their customer service is awful. If you want cheap lomo cards and stickers, this is your place. If you want albums, authentic merch, and good customer service, this is not it.

It ended up only being $13.57 total, so of course I bought it after trying it on in their dressing rooms and browsed the rest of the store. Like any store of this kind things are marked fairly high, but they are quality items and the sale rack deal alone will bring me back to this shop on another market day. There were 3-4 women asking if people needed help and checking customers out behind the register. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I tried out and they gave suggestions on other items that would go with things I had chosen which I appreciated.

I have a feeling you could find a gift for anyone in this shop!
