Points knocked off cause of the expensive food and drink options, and horrible horrible cell phone signal here which the management should respond to by putting up a public wifi and repeaters throughout the mall to provide signal. I was in a store once and wanted to join their app to save money and couldn't connect. So I actually left and had to go to Starbucks and come back. Round Rock Premium Outlets has the typical stores you would find at an outlet as well as specialty stores. Unfortunately some of the stores have closed down, including van heusen which I liked. They have a couple of dessert and food trucks. I love that they have decorated for Christmas, including having a huge Christmas tree on display. We checked out our favorite stores that had great deals leading up to Black Friday. Coach and their sister store Kate Spade had plenty of merchandise available. The customer service was friendly and attentive as well. The children's place had great deals as well, including last sale (clearance items). The restrooms need improvement, however they are decent to use. read more

It's hot or miss for me. I have a very specific style so there's only certain stores I go to. Lately Polo hasn't been it for me, but Coach I've been to several times in the past couple months and luckily they've had what I originally went for. Nike has been extremely crowded per usual but I haven't found anything recently. Loving the new additions like Shoe Palace and Rally House just wish Rally House was limited to local teams. There are a good amount of stores some chain type stores that you know like Nike, Coach, Banana Republic, and some random stores I've never heard of, but overall a decent variety. Not really any places to eat in the mall area, plenty of parking, lots of places to stop and sit. The prices at most of the stores I went into were pretty expensive, but all of the stores have "sales". I like the fact that good stores are spreading everywhere so that gives us an opportunity to walk around and get our steps done for our workout in walking style I got to buy a new wallet and am very happy with it! If you like shopping and getting your items for a little less, then go to the Round Rock Premium Outlet. It has many different stores to shop at. It also has a couple of large parking spots. Additionally, there are at least 4 restrooms and several benches to sit on if you get tired of standing. There are several food trucks to get food and even a food court to sit down and eat. There are several snacks shops for those that crave sweets. Go check it out and get a few steps in while doing so. Just think healthy living...exercise, shopping for the mind and food for the soul. read more

It's been a year since I've been back to this outlet and I have to say, it has come around. It was once pretty dead and sad. This past weekend was quite "vibrant" with a crowd. Could be back-to-school but it's nice to see some empty stores from a year ago are now occupied. The stores are the typical outlet store we see at outlet malls - you get Coach, MK, Polo, and Nike. I wouldn't consider this a premium outlet although. I like that it has a Starbucks and now with a few new boba shops. Stopped into the retro store, Calendars, Toys, and Games to do some early Xmas shopping. Firstly, this store is right out of the 80s and I loved it!! Very demure; very mindful. Wall to wall with action figures, board games, and variants of board games I didn't even know existed!!! Puzzles and of course, calendars lol. Cashiers were pleasant enough but they weren't fans of my bears jersey so I'm not sure about them just yet. Some stuff could possibly be considered vintage while other stuff seemed unnecessarily overpriced. Great store though. read more

Always clean, spacious, great deals and a good array of products. Clothes, shoes and accessories galore. Jewelry and perfume, too. There's a food court with plenty of options. And there are food trucks. Bathrooms available on every block. We enjoy going here when we need athletics and kids' clothes. Or even my Coach purses, are a better find than online. It's usually not crowded at all. But don't go here for Christmas shopping! It's mad house! We have been lining up outside a store and wait in long lines to get inside the store to get in line again that wraps all around the store, so you can finally get to the 'added mobile' registers to check out. I like the Starbucks in the center right across the food court ) but I can certainly appreciate another local coffee/ beverages shop that can help satisfying my thirst. The boba shop there was way too overpriced@14 for my coffee with boba!! But other than that we always succeed in finding great deals with each brand store. read more

The food court was a little sad , but I didn't eat there.I could see it being a great spot for the suburban dwellers to shop at so they don't have to face Austin traffic. Great place to shop and close to the North Area, I hit it on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and also visited on Black Friday night. Now they have a bubba place and more new stores which I love to hit and check on the sale. Stores such as Nike, Adidas, Express, Banana Republic, Coach, Under Armour are a must. My only recommendation for them is to keep the foodcourt open until a bit late as people were shopping until 10pm that day and I was looking forward to buy some ice cream but they were closed. read more

Restrooms were clean. Lots of parking spaces. My wife was able to purchase some clothing at deep discount. Youngest daughter stuck out. I wasn't shopping, just people watching. Oakley outlet store was AMAZING!!! The staffs there were welcoming and highly knowledgeable with their products. I was helped by Alfredo who is patient and helpful. Then, Alex put the 'icing on top of the cake' , by helping us with the best and professional help . He went above and beyond for us. We each got a pair of glasses that we wanted BUT the customers' services that Alex provided for us were phenomenal!!!! This mall has a few great stores like Nike, Adidas, Vans, Coach and Disney. I think they need to add more smaller businesses or more businesses that are a little bit more engaging and experiential. I believe that I passed by a selfie store and I wish they would add a couple more stores within the mall to add to the shopping experience since the architecture is pretty bland/stale. I think this mall also lost its touch due to the fact that Chili's and other business were closed. read more

Insanely busy... insanely hot... and just rude rude people! Why in the world did we pick today to go to an outdoor mall?!? I guess we were the ones that are insane! Even though the Nike outlet was over filled to complete capacity we still found shoes for our boys. But then stood in a huge line forever! Then over to Gap and found nothing for our boys... is it me or is gap just a compete waste of time anymore!?! Next Gymboree... great sales, great clothes... no service... but got 5 outfits for Remi and out for 50$!! Can't beat that with a stick although some of the people I sure could have! I know it's hot... but what in the world happened to common courtesy? Why are people just so flipping rude?!? Also the majority of the ride on toys in the center walks were not working! Really?!? ...made for one very disappointed little boy!! well finished up and got the world out... with out going postal (close though). I'm surprised I have not left a review here yet. This place gets a solid four stars for me. The location is convenient, the shops are cool (wish it had Tory Burch like the one at Houston Premium Outlets in Cypress), and they have food/drink trucks. Plus they will have live music on Mondays in Sept & October. I noticed that stores are coming and going in this outlet. The beef jerky store is pretty cool and new. I'm looking forward to see what will take G.H. Bass and Co's spot now that it is gone. Parking can be difficult at times, but honestly it's not that bad when you compare it to Black Friday's crowd. There are a lot of nice shops around this outlet. I just can't get over the people that are walking around. I understand Austin (or the Austin area) is known for being weird, but I have witnessed too many strange encounters. I've had people follow me around the outlet and into the parking lot. I've seen people buy clothes, get naked, and change into the clothes they just bought in the center of the store. I've seen people let there children pee near the outlet entrance. The stories go on...The stores are still nice, but you can find some of the same stores at other locations. read more

Great deals at the Polo store around Labor Day. They had lots of events and customer service was pretty consistent. I definitely would come here again. There's a good selections of stores it's near Austin. Also there were lots of events and prize giveaways on Labor Day. As long as your favorite store is here I would check it out. read more

Lots of stores to choose from with plenty of parking. These outlets are kept clean and they have a small food court. The area is pretty busy so plan ahead for traffic. Overall I enjoyed these outlets although I would have liked if they had an H&M. Maybe soon they will, but they are conveniently located off the highway so that's another plus. read more
