It's ok... The anchor store is Walmart & I absolutely do not give that big box store my money. Ever. The Red Oak Ballroom is located here & I'm there at least once a year for work functions. Couple of good local restaurants to eat at. Guitar Center located here too & I've had to pick up a couple of things there. Not a bad experience with them. This mall says it's open from 9am to 9pm but that is a lie because they never open on these hours. Many times I've gone there in the morning and they are not open. Buyer Beware - Go to a Better Managed Mall and save yourself an entire trip to the mall wasted. I usually try not to write bad reviews, but this was very concerning to me Today, when I went to visit this location and attend a event there I asked to use the bathroom adjacent to the hockey ring. There were two security guards, a short one and a tall one. The short one was friendly and opened the door. Apparently they have locks on the bathroom doors now. The the second taller security guard named Joe, who I believe is autistic, FOLLOWED ME INTO THE BATHROOM. Without me realizing it, he was WATCHING ME PEE from behind waiting for me to finish. I thought he needed to use the urinal so I stepped aside as I was done. I went to wash my hands, HE THEN FLUSHED THE TOLIET for me as if I'm a five-year-old, not knowing what to do. I thought it was a joke. I think he was trying to keep the place very clean. Needless to say this is where it started to get creepy. As I was drying my hands, I joked with him about the heavy security, and what was he doing following me into the bathroom? He then in a stone cold almost robotic tone, asked me to leave the property that I was now trespassing. Now I came to this location for an event around the corner at that same location. There's multiple businesses here. There were no signs for my event. That's why I asked for directions and then I needed to use the bathroom. There is nothing outside the realm of weird in me doing any of this. I drive a nice vehicle, and I was properly dressed for the event. At that point, he began following me to the parking lot. I asked him "what are you doing, I am going to my event" he said you need to leave, I laughed, and I said yes trust me I am leaving. And he was also filming me with his phone. (who is this guy and who hired him?) and said he was calling the police on me. At this point, we had crossed into the world of weirdness and I asked him I need to see your superior. I mentioned this to the other security guard working who pretended to be his superior. He didn't think it was very big deal or outside the realm of strange. I'm a grown adult and this was bizarre. I'm not some homeless person. I was dressed nicely, and these two people were acting like I was some homeless person camping out in the bathroom I don't know who runs that place but both of the security guards need to be fired immediately. I felt very shaken up afterwards I have never been treated like that. There's no excuse. I can only imagine what travesty of justice actually happens here I wasn't shaken up because I done something wrong. I was shaken up because this 6' 5" autistic person has some role of authority, and he should not be working at this job whatsoever. He had no emotion when he spoke with me. I'm not kidding when I say he was like a robot. It was creepy. I was more worried for the women and children that attend the hockey ring next-door, and may have a similar experience with this nut job who again followed me into the bathroom and watched me pee and proceeded to tell me I was now trespassing after I was done. I've seen this before people buy a piece of property and then they have some management company who doesn't know what they're doing oversee and manage it. The actual owner of the businesses and property have no idea what really happens here If that's how this business operates, you need to sell your business it's not appropriate. This is Austin, Texas not California. We don't treat people like that here. I have nothing against autistic people, but in this case and point this gentleman should not have any authority. He should be bagging groceries and maybe not even working with the public. read more

No negative issues. Nice places to shop. Parking was good. Wasn't too crowed but went on a Thursday.

The reviews were not kidding about the wait and the line, it is a Wednesday nite and the line is out the door, 40 min for takeout. I can't wait to taste the food. read more

I spent a lot of time at Northcross Mall as it was going downhill. I remember a place where you could record yourself singing karaoke, a place to paint pottery, a Hooters, an ice skating rink and a movie theater all struggling to make it in a sea of closed shops. I thought that this shopping area was doomed. Flash forward 15 years and there's stores and restaurants galore. Nice job bringing this place back to life! Some of my favorite shops in this area are McAllisters, Walgreens and a WalMart that managed to not look as terrible and annoying as most. I definitely want to come back and spend some more time browsing shops when it's not so rainy and cold. read more

This mall has drastically improved from the old NorthCross! It has many shops, restaurants, and ice skating rink, and things to do.. Not to mention, it has the best salon inside it!! Check out Ozen Salon and Spa if your in NorthCross Mall, they will take walk ins! read more

Big disappointment with this t-mobile store. Today I came over for my email issue in which I cannot read emails from a folder from my yahoo account. The first representative, which is a lady, was very nice. She at least tried to fix the problem, by checking my phone setting. Then she transfered to their known best technician, named Brandon. He started out that sometimes the phone is able to pull out the emails, and sometimes it doesn t! He said that's just the way it is! This already doesn't help me understand why it happens. But with my case, it never works. He still didn't listen to me, and asked me in a mean way if I understand the technology. I, as an engineer, still cannot take the "sometimes" explanation. I was about to repeat what he said to make sure I got him. But he just cut me off and headed to another customer as he didn't want to listen to me. For the whole time, he never tried to touch my cell phone! Next is the manager! Coming out and told me right upfront that Brandon is his best technician. I'm sorry - I don't believe even the best technician can cut off customers like that! Is this how they treat customers?! I explained to the manager my issue. As soon as I finished, he just simply said, "I don't know." He had no intention to look into my problem. I guess because his "best technician" Brandon already told me that it s just the way it is! It turns out, after I called t-mobile, that Android phone ready-to-use apps does not support this feature. After I downloaded the specific Yahoo apps for Android, I'm able to see all of my emails. Dude, it is NOT the way it is like you told me! Both Brandon and the manager showed a rude attitude the whole time I was there. If you're there for buying something from them, I hope they treat you better. But for me, who's looking for a solution, they are very rude and don't care about my issue at all. I will never go to this store again - ever! Be ware! read more

This is a big outdoors mall which reminds me oddly of Houston's memorial city district--sans the nearby hospital. It was ironically revitalized with the Walmart which people were amazingly shrieking about--but apparently have no problem overcrowding to yes, buy stuff. And they've since allowed a Goodwill to set up shop too in this very same area. There is a mix of national stores and local botiques. It's best to shop when the weather is just right because you will have to walk from store to store. read more
