More "working" cameras should be added and they should have more than one security guard on duty. Management does not seem to care that the car break-ins are happening during late afternoon and early evening for years. Every time I go to this shopping plaza I fear my window will be smashed like others. Management needs to help fix this issue and catch the thieves! BEWARE of parking in this lot!

A huge sprawling parking lot with enough space under one roof to get in a mile of walking, if one were so compelled. This brings me to Target in Austin Tx. Located in a safe albeit busy part of town this place will have, almost anything you need since it's a Super Target. They're aren't many people walking around so if you need something be prepared to "hunt." Finally the place is always clean and stocked so that's a huge bonus. As for the food, it has what one has come to expect from Target, average products at a low cost however when it comes to fruit and veggies, the supply is always needs a lot of washing. The baked and homemade food items are average but better than that other "blue" store! I've also found they're limited in toys as I tried to purchase some items for my kids but they only have the absolute most popular items. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you won't find it here, or at least anything new. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is limited, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Other than those items, it's Target so you already know what you want.

Short girl, pale, complaining about everything when I asked a question side and said I don't know. I asked for a drink with a splash, listen to me when I say this a "splash," of heavy cream, and she poured, "poured," so much heavy cream it's disgusting. I don't know how you are training these people, but the difference between, and I'm trying not to curse here, but this is the second time these people don't know what the hell they're doing, if you don't know the difference between a splash, and a Poer, I don't know what to tell you a customer is asking you for a very specific thing. I wanted enough to change the color of my coffee as I said. You poured almost an entire shot glass full of heavy cream into my coffee. It's just kind of stupid I don't get it Train your people to listen to your customers and give them what they want when they requested. Tell them to get a better attitude, look at people in the face address them directly stare them in the eye, and at least act like they enjoy working here. I mean, just really what a shitty experience

The employees have been helpful and they have a variety of bulk items. The not so good- once you've had a Costco membership, this just doesn't match. The brands are Walmart brands and not as good of quality. There's not as many healthy brands compared to other box stores. Not sure I'll be keeping this membership, but for now it has a convenient location.

Horrible customer service from their tire store. Purchased 4 tires for my truck almost $1100…read moreticket, when tires arrived upon ordering and waiting, went to the store there where I found out that I need to make an appointment which I couldn't do since I was already at the store. Tech Stacy didn't do any effort to get my tires installed, instead he didn't seem to care even-though their shop was completely empty, no cars at all, except 2 young technicians playing with one loose tire. Tech Stacy refuse to help me, refuse to install my tires which I had the feeling that he was lazy to work and that showed me that he didn't care. So I asked him to refund my money and without hesitation he did it with a smile. That evening I took my truck to Costco and end up buying my tires from them. I won't shop at this store anymore.
