This was my first time visiting Barton Creek Square Mall, and I was genuinely impressed. The mall…read morehas a great mix of stores, making it perfect for both serious shopping and relaxed window-shopping. The interior is bright, spacious, and well laid out, which makes walking around enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. There are plenty of dining options scattered throughout the mall, so it's easy to take a break and grab a bite while you explore. One thing I really appreciated was the kid-friendly area--a nice playground space that makes this mall a solid option for families as well. We spent a good amount of time just strolling, browsing, and taking in the variety of shops without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a comfortable mall to shop, eat, and unwind, this one is definitely worth a visit.

Barton Creek Square Mall is... fine. It has plenty of stores, the basics are covered, and you can…read moredefinitely knock out some errands in one trip. Parking is easy enough and it's convenient if you're already in the area. That said, nothing really stands out. There isn't much in terms of higher-end or unique retail, and it feels pretty standard compared to other malls. If you're looking for luxury brands, standout dining, or an elevated shopping experience, this probably isn't the spot. Solid for everyday shopping, just not a destination mall.

I spend a great deal of time at The Domain. I asked myself why while I was back at the Domain…read moreagain today. The Domain is now a sought-after destination - where shopping (casual and high-end), dining, night life and other fun experiences converge. You can go shopping, meet a friend for happy hour, or do something completely fun and adventurous in the course of the day or evening. One of my Finance groups hosts a monthly Finance meeting at The Domain. Shopping...some of my favorite fun stores are at the Domain such as J. Crew and Anthropologie. I love these two stores because they have unique goods at great prices, in general, and specifically, have amazing sales. If you are a big baller, you can shop at stores like Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany's and whole host of other high stores. I'm a tiny baller. Smile. Dining - At the Domain you can get reasonably priced foods to high end fare. Some of my favorite places to dine in the Domain include Glorias, Flower Child, Paul Martin's and Haywire. Important to note, most restaurants have great happy hours and associated amazing prices. Nightlife - Some say that The Domain (especially on Rock Rose Avenue) is the new 6th Street (known for its bars and Live music). I would not venture out that far. However, if you want to party in the wee hours of the night, you can do it at The Domain. Fun Experiences - You can transport yourself to fun such as IPIC movie theatre, Museum of Illusion or the Battle of the Games. Last weekend I discovered the Barkin Creek Dog Kitchen & Bath...so, The Domain is not only for humans. Love The Domain...I am sure I will see you there!

Outdoor mall with lots of popular stores like Neiman Marcus, Lululemon, Alo, Anthropologie, Bath & Body, Aritizia, and many more! An exclusive store that you can find here is the Coach Coffee Shop - there are only 2 in the US (New Jersey & Austin)! A lot of the retail staff are friendly and there seems to be stuff going on during the holidays, so definitely check it out. Also, lots of parking garages.

They gone done a really good job with this mall, y'all. I appreciated it years ago visiting when I was on tour and it was basically nothing, but still a hot spot for UT students. Rundown yet popular students despite not really having anything. Now they've turned it into a real fancy violin... um, I mean mall, not sure why my predictive text thinks this mall is a string instrument but anyway. So several of my friends whom are students head down here often to hang out and get boba from the popular and over-busy Gong Cha here. So it's alive, and largely because there's a bubble tea shop and a whole bunch of TVs for you to watch in the food court. So if you're at UT and spoiled by stuff to do... this is just an extra place for you to hang out and spend money and I think it's a great location and has some cool stuff as well. Parking is awful though unless you pay for the garage.

We have a Target inside the mall, and a few other really nice shops. These were all put here primarily for students that live in the dorms on campus, as well as the dorms located in the tower above the mall, not the general population. Also, the businesses & dorms are their own entities, meaning they aren't owned or managed by the owners of Dobie Mall.
