They offered me a whole $22 for - a brand new pair of Nikes that are over $100 a fur vest that's selling for $50-75 online a pair of fringe bell bottoms that are over $40 and a cropped tank that's over $20. Then claimed that they pay at least a third of the value. Last time I checked $22 is not a third of $200+ $8 for $100+ nikes? But yet everything in the place is priced high for used items. I understand businesses have to make a living but that was pathetic. Someone needs to look into who is buying and pricing the items.

It's pretty packed with a variety of antiques at different price points. There is a large garden area with outdoor decor as well. The place smells wonderful -- they make sure you're smelling a holiday potpourri and not dusty antiques :) There was definitely a cohesive style and tone to the items here which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that style isn't for me (I lean toward the quirky, bizarre, and whimsical). This was more quaint and rustic. But I definitely enjoyed walking through here nonetheless, particularly because of how pleasant the shop is. Oh and the staff is extremely friendly! I wouldn't bring small children here unless they're in a front carrier. I wore my 1-year-old on me and it was fine. I've previously brought my 3-year-old in a small stroller to other antique shops and it worked out. I wouldn't do that here. The aisles are tight and it's full of breakable, valuable stuff. They get new quilts in all the time and the pricing is very reasonable - and they have a quilt raffle going on where you can buy a chance at a handmade work of art for a few dollars. My friend and I spent a good amount of time just admiring all the different quilts when we visited today. The variety of handcrafted items is impressive, and all the pricing is very reasonable. I have a feeling you could find a gift for anyone in this shop! Ceramics, crochet items, aprons, jewelry, wreaths and home decor, really cute hanging pots for plants, hand turned pens - this place is a treasure trove! I also learned today, that nothing stays longer than 3 months, so the turn over is constant. Always something new to see!
