After ordering, a customer service rep sent me an email saying my note would cost another $7. When I brought up the issue of how confusing the website is, he ignored that issue entirely and curtly wrote that I would have to pay the $7. Additionally, despite ordering it as a gift, and making the recipient (mailing) name & address different than billing, some of the emails (but not all) refer to me by the gift recipient's name.
