Additionally, despite ordering it as a gift, and making the recipient (mailing) name & address different than billing, some of the emails (but not all) refer to me by the gift recipient's name. You can either order products directly with Sam or bring your own. Sam prefers extra time to complete a job to make sure the screen print looks and works well on your products. Unfortunately, I was on a painfully tight timeline and needed this order fulfilled in a matter of days to account for shipping as well. If you need a math problem, here you go: I brought in my own bags (33, Total: $2,437.00). The screen printing job cost $333.00. After completion, Sam notified me he butchered the first bag since that was the test product, that leaves 32 viable bags. When I came home, I noticed there were 3 bags off-centered; his error, not the bag's. Each bag cost around $74. Therefore, I needed to purchase 4 more bags for him to redo (Total: $296.00). So, in addition to the $333 job order + the repurchase of additional bags due to damage ($296.00), my total order was $629.00... Though I am grateful for Sam being able to complete a rush job, I wish he would have compensated for the damage and misalignments, but it is what it is.
