When we asked where it came from, we were pleasantly surprised to find it was from a local company! It's hard to explain other than to say it's quality tea! It was easy enough to order online and once the order is ready, you can just drive up to the business to pick up your order. I live close by so it's easy enough to just go there but they also do shipping of orders. They only take cash so be prepared for that. But it was easy to drive up and they bring it right out to your car. I've already made 3 - 4 batches and it really makes amazing iced tea. We drink about a gallon of iced tea a day in our household and we like it unsweetened so the flavor has to be really fresh. I know they supply to many of the restaurants throughout the Greater Austin area and if you are fanatical about your tea like I am, you'll appreciate this tea. Even if you are the occasional drinker, you won't find a better tea!

When I brought up the issue of how confusing the website is, he ignored that issue entirely and curtly wrote that I would have to pay the $7. Additionally, despite ordering it as a gift, and making the recipient (mailing) name & address different than billing, some of the emails (but not all) refer to me by the gift recipient's name.
