Visiting Austin, TX and I was pressed for time for my shopping time. I ran in and ran out. I went…read moreto my Vitamin Shoppe app and saw they had the bone broth in stock. I couldve ordered it on my app and theyll hold it for you until you arrive. I didnt do it because we were heading out there within a minute. I went in and asked them wheres the bone broth. They took me there and bought it and left. Most of the Vitamin Shoppes looks exactly alike. Identical. They shelving and displays are almost exactly the same. I been shopping at Vitamin Shoppe for years. Its a store I rely on. At least for me I know I am not buying vitamins that could come from China and then you find out you got a blend in your vitamins with other gunk. Vitamin Shoppe is a trusted source I never buy from Amazon because people have warned me that it could be fake. So vitamin shoppe is a place you can trust.

I was pretty down when the Flavor Vapor in Dallas closed. That store provided my first vape…read moreexperience and got me off smokes (5 years now). Them shutting down also lost me my connection to my favorite flavor, which I learned was not available online. I did some Googling and found this store. It was a long shot, but I submitted a question through their website to see if they carried my go-to juice - Harrison responded that same day. While the Austin store didn't carry it, Harrison did some digging, found my juice and special ordered it. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, giving me regular updates on his progress. It didn't take long and, when it came in, he gave me a great discount and priority mailed the goods to me himself. Superb customer service made this a great experience, and I'm stoked to still have access to my go-to juice (pina colada for those interested). Many thanks to Harrison for going above and beyond to take care of a new, and now loyal, customer!

This was Ten years ago though and don't get me wrong, their products still hold up till this day as far as I'm concerned but it's their customer service that's lacking. Maybe it's just me but the last few times I went in there, I felt pressured and rushed, which always leads me to forget what I came in for. No one ever seems to know what I'm talking about or looking for until I point it out with the Restart website pulled up on my phone for clarification. If they had someone working the front who seemed like they actually cared and could guide a little I would've walked away with way more remedies, which would be better for both of us. I'm more of a CBD/"non-psychoactive" person so it's not about getting intoxicated for me although I do enjoy that too every now and then but there is a really nice middle ground if you supplement correctly. Anyway, glad you guys are still around keep fighting the good fight.
